File Description:
This package is intended to give an AI representation of eight of the remaining airworthy DC3s in Australia. The CalClassics AI DC3 is used as the basis and the model is included here with Tom Gibson's very kind permission. Also included are fictitious flightplans based, where possible, on information from the operator's websites.

File Description:
FS 2004 scenery for Malmo's Bulltofta airport in Sweden. Bulltofta served as Malmo's civilian airport from 1923 to 1972, with a short spell as a frontline fighter airfield during World War 2. This scenery is an approximation (not 100% accurate) of what the airport would have looked like in the 1960's. Requires fs9_custom_buildings_ss_1.zip and default_terminals_ss.zip by Sidney Schwartz, lens_ez_scenery.zip by Len Hickman, peepslib.zip by Geoff Williams, abw_alphanumericlibraryfinal.zip by Scot Ingram and esdg_ramplight_rwy12.zip by Bill Leaming. This adds engine failures, carb icing, oil and water/methanol consumption making the DC-6B experience even more realistic. Oil and water/methanol levels are saved between flights and can be refilled on the ground. Includes widescreen and reference sheet. Oil and water consumption fixed for latest model, pause and time warp now supported.

FS2004/FSX Olympic Airways DC-6B Mainliner SX-DAD (c/n 45539/1010). The DC-6B was generally considered to possess the best operating economics of any piston airliner built. Passengers also appreciated their smooth, quiet ride. Olympic Airways operated 13 DC-6 aircraft from 1958-1967. This is the fourth DC-6B SX-DAD, named Isle of Rhodes. File Description:
BOAC was an early customer for the DC-7C and had a fleet of ten. G-AOIE was delivered to BOAC on Dec. 14th 1956. This aircraft was subsequently loaned to carrier, BEA. This is an exceptionally rare bird since the airplane is foriegn and loaned to British European Airways for Euro Domestic flights. These files are skins only and require the DC-7C by Tom Gibson/Greg Pepper found both at Avsim and Calclassic.com. Please check for updates as these occur on occasion with improvements or corrections.

Textures for Tom Gibson's Douglas DC-7C - repainted by Thorsten Napp and Manfred Meyer.
You need to download and install the latest Douglas DC-7C base pack with model, sound and panel from calclassic.com.
These textures depict N16465 (c/n 45120) originally delivered to BOAC as G-AOIJ, later served with many freighter companies. Then in 1981 purchased by La Mancha Aire and flown throughout the Caribbean and South America until 1985.
The additional JBM titles stand for Juan B. Millon (later founder of Millonair), to whom the aircraft was leased in 1983

First flight of Convair CV-240-0 with cn 80 on July 14, 1948. Delivered to American Airlines on July 23, 1948, registered N94239 and named "Flagship Lake Superior". On August 10, 1964 bought by Trans-Texas Airways. In December 1967 cn 80 was converted to Convair CV-600. N94239 was last spotted at Tucson International (TUS) in a derelict condition in 1986. CV-240-8, cn 38, bought by Ethiopian Airlines from Sabena in July 1956 and registered ET-T-22. Sold by Ethiopian Airlines on July 8, 1960. After serving for several companies finally bought by Mission Air Lift Inc. on November 1, 1976. Crashed after engine failed on take off at Clewiston, Florida on September 4, 1978.

Bought by Houston Aviation Products in November 1968,
withdrawn from use and stored. Broken up at Houston,
