| Cache Creek CAZ5 in British Columbia Canada |

File Description:
Cache Creek is a small village of around 1,000 folks on the eastern side of the Coast Mountains of British Columbia, around 70 miles northeast of Pemberton and 40 miles west of Kamloops. The village is in a valley bottom and recently suffered from severe flooding due to the overflow of the river. The airfield is high above the town, with a runway aligned 15-33 and 3,280 feet of asphalt, without runway or taxiway lighting; hence "airfield" as opposed to "airport". I have posted it as Cache Creek CAZ5, but I suggest that you revise the name to perhaps "BC airfields" and just load my future airfield posts into the same scenery and texture folders to avoid the inevitable doubling up of common textures etc. Plus that way you will have just one FS9 library post to do and new airfields will not need yet another posting. | Campbell River CAE3 in BC Canada, textures and revised AI with Beaver aircraft |

File Description:
Campbell River CAE3 float base is in the middle of the eastern shore of Vancouver Island, six miles from the airport of the same name and where the channel between island and coast narrows down. Coril Air and Vancouver Island Air are both based there, but any number of other company planes can be seen on a daily basis, for instance Harbour Air which runs a regular service from Vancouver. This post provides all the textures required for the original post (some were missing, as I was told recently after some years had passed) plus a revised traffic file for Campbell River which has Beaver float planes flying between Campbell River and Vancouver Harbour. The Beaver planes are included, with permission, from the payware Alaska scenery by FSAddon. The layout of the dock moorings has been revised and the AFCAD included here replaces the one previously provided. The date of the scenery is around 2010, before a lot of the holiday trailers had been removed.

| Southeast Farallon Islands Version 3 |

File Description:
Complete download: Surf height fix. Also new island texture map. These islands were mysteriously absent from the FS2004 default scenery, probably owing to their small size. When I went to look for them I found a small mountain of water instead of the islands. Most people don't seem to be aware of the Farallon Islands. Located off the coast of California, near San Francisco, they are home to thousands of birds, seals, and some of the largest Great White sharks known to man. All of this is within a very short distance of the city. Today, it is a wildlife refuge and is off limits to visitation by the general public. Those of you interested in more info might check out "The Devil's Teeth" by Susan Casey. This island is actually a scenery object. As such it doesn't have a landable surface. Future versions will have a helicopter pad, a lighthouse, and the 100 year old houses used by researchers.

This is an improved version of my previous senario for TNCC. This version has substantial improvements in the terminals and areas of the airport.
Curaçao International Airport (IATA: CUR, ICAO: TNCC), (Dutch: Hato Internationale luchthaven) also known as Hato International Airport (formerly Dr. Albert Plesman International Airport), is the only airport for the island of Curaçao.
The airport is located on the north coast of Curaçao, 12 kilometres (7.5 mi) from the capital Willemstad. Curaçao International Airport services flights from the Caribbean region, South America, North America and Europe and has the third longest commercial runway in the Caribbean region after Rafael Hernández Airport in Puerto Rico and Pointe-à -Pitre International Airport in Guadeloupe.
The airport serves as a main base for Divi Divi Air, Jetair Caribbean as well as EZAir; it formerly served as a main base for ALM, KLM, DCA, DAE and Insel Air.

This FS2004 project reproduce the african "Mombasa Moi International Airport" (IATA: MBO, ICAO: HKMO) located on the coast of Kenya. If you are a tourist long-haul pilot, an air-safari bush pilot or a night-freight pilot this airport is a "must have" ! In the scenery you'll find all buildings (airport and close surroundings buildings with full night lighting), hundred of custom made detailed objects, static and animated vehicles, animated scenery parts and a photoreal airport background. Each scenery part and object (frame-rate friendly thanks to the low poly design) has photoreal textures and everything is placed in the right position (which has been seen on summer 2015 at the real airport). On 13, October 1923, a special USN board directed that semiportable mooring masts (160-foot poles of steel tubing 16 inches in diameter and braced by three sets of guy wires) were to be erected at Forth Worth, San Diego and Camp Lewis (Washington State). In August of 1924, it was decided that the USS Shenandoah (ZRS-1) would make a set of flights's from her base at NAS Lakehurst to the West Coast and back, using the mooring masts at Fort Worth, San Diego and Seattle (Camp Lewis). In accordince with this plan, the USS Shenandoah arrived at the Naval Air Station North Island at 2300 on 10 October 1924, and landed on the ground. She was then secured to the mooring mast the following morning, during daylight. She remained moored to the mast for the next five days, while some damage that was done during the landing the previous evening, was repaired.

Freeware project KOBE X (RJBE) Japan. Contains fully detailed airport with custom ground polygons. Accurate 3d model and texture of all the building of the airport including the terminal, control tower, hangars, bridge and many more. Please note that this project was my initial experience in many fields of scenery design so take it as it is and enjoy flying in Japan. The design is never done but I think it was ready to be released. Still have some work to do with the animated jetways and night lighting for my next "payware" project (KSAN, San Diego Intl). It's going to be far better than this freeware.
You can download the world of ai installer and install the All Nippon Airways package and maybe the JAL too. The jetways are not animated but you can park a 747 in gate 1, a 767 in gate 5 and a 737 in gate 6 and be perfectly aligned with the jetway door.
Also I've not try this scenery in a less powerful computer than mine. I run a Windows 7, I7-950 @ 3.8 GHz and a GTX 570. So don't get mad if you're having bad performances :). With all sliders in the "display settings" set to max I've around 20 fps in the virtual cockpit of the level-d 767. You'll get a nicer airport with also the global texture resolution set to max, water effects set to High 2.x and traffic to ultra-high. Do not turn on Ground scenery shadows as it will make a shadow for the entire airport (ground poly).
I've some tutorial on my YouTube channel (n170toga) on how to make fsx sceneries if you are interested. Don't forget to subscribe there and have updates for the upcoming scenery. Please review this airport if you like as I will learn a lot for my next
project and it's only going to be better.

File Description:
WLP HQ is a basic simple scenery. It's a fictous bush-airport and camp in northern Tanzania, just west of the famous Lake Natron.
WLP stands for "Wild Life Protection". WLP is a fictous project and is refering to J.T. Chance's latest adventure novel. Max Stein, a bushpilot and adventurer, is hunting down smuggling and illegal hunting gangs. This project stands for a complete new approach by making the reader a part of the story ... kind like interactiv action if you will say so. The book invites you to fly it's hero adventures in your flightsim, therefore you got maps, flightplans and so on with the book. (No need for a specific flightsim version.)
WLP HQ is the main base of these operations. You'll take over from there and you follow the storyline on your own yoke. There is no need to download any further files to do so. This scenery is freeware of course, the adventure may be purchased (inexpensive paper-back or even cheaper PDF download) on lulu.com

Bella Coola is in one of the deep east-west fjords amid the Coastal Range on the coast of BC, approximately mid way between Vancouver and the Alaskan border and some 70 miles inland from the open ocean. The town of Bella Coola has a small population of around 150, while the population of the whole Bella Coola Valley is around 2,000. The valley is warmer in both summer and winter than the surrounding area, and tourism flourishes along with forestry, fishing, and local government administration. Although there is road access, the ferry service is the main connection to larger coastal towns or cities such as Vancouver. The airport, 7 miles east of the town, is connected by daily Pacific Coastal flights to Vancouver and Anahim Lake (to the east). The asphalt runway is 4,200 feet long and aligned 04-22 in FS9 (by 2010 this had changed to 05-23 in reality) and is without lighting of any sort, so it is restricted to daylight hours only. At the eastern end is the terminal building and in the middle the West Coast Helicopter hangar, which has a large fenced paddock-like enclosure in front of it. The helicopters hop over the three feet high fence as they "taxi" to the apron in front of the hanger (but not in FS9!). Between the two there are four other company hangars spread out along the roadway beside the fence. I have never seen the airfield in Summer, and I have not attempted to replicate the apron as it now shows in Google Earth. The screenshots show the main and overwhelming feature of Bella Coola, the large valley amid the steep mountains. This terrain has an inevitable effect on the ai, in that you will never see a plane land as it hits solid rock before it makes it to the runway. You will, however, see them take off. Pacific Coastal currently flies Beechcraft 1900's to Bella Coola; I have used the Saab 340 which I have seen there some years ago and which I prefer.
