You DO NOT need the first "md8x9xclassicfs9_patch.zip" below as I've included that here, but you DO need the "MD8x9xclassicpanelfs9.zip" (further below) to be installed to use this patch. This FSDSv2 model is based on the Kitfox Classic IV homebuilt from Skystar Aircraft located in Idaho. This is a sturdy little plane, and makes a great GA addition to a hangar. It is perfect for that little site seeing flight, or to just jump around from town to town. It gets along at around 120mph, so it will also do fine for the longer trips as well. We have produced this scenery to provide taxiways and details
as they were around 1962 in Jakarta, Yogyakarta, Juanda and Denpasar.
We have also included new parking to allow the AI aircraft to taxi
correctly at the new (old!) airports.
Kemayoran airport was Jakarta’s and Indonesia’s first international airport.
It was gradually forgotten after the Indonesian government opened
two new airports, Halim Perdanakusuma and Soekarno-Hatta.
In late 1920’s early 1930’s the Dutch turned the area into an airport
and built several military camps to house their soldiers at what is
now Garuda Street.
Kemayoran airport was officially opened for international flights
on 8 July 1940.
The airport was managed by KNILM
(Koninklijke Nederlands Indische Luchtvaart Maatschappy),
a subsidiary of KLM, the official airline of the Netherlands.
Kemayoran Airport was officially closed on 31 March 1985
because the location was deemed no longer appropriate,
and the government wanted to convert it into a commercial area.

We have produced this scenery to provide taxiways and details

We have also included new parking to allow the AI aircraft to taxi

Originally called Ibura Airport, the airport had its name changed to Guararapes Airport in 1948. The facility originated at the time of World War II, when a new airport was built to replace the earlier airfield, Parque do Encanta Moça. With the end of the War, the facility became strategically important as a technical and refueling stop on the route from South America to Europe.
