Horton Ho-229v3 r2

File Description:
The Horten Ho-229 was a World War II prototype flying wing fighter/bomber. Designed by Reimar and Walter Horten and powered by two Jumo 004B turbojets it was built to carry a 1,000 kg load for 1,000 km at 1,000 km/h. This is an updated version with 6 skins and visual model from Kazunori Ito's FS 2004 Ho229ab version and flight model from Jay McDaniel/Scott Gentile CFS3 ho_229v5 version. It has been adapted to FSX with a new instrument panel and gauges based on original Ho-229 photographs (no VC). Integration and gauges by Fred Highland. Version r2 is the compute aircraft with impoved cockpit graphics and more realistic aero modelling.

Nardi FN-333 Riviera

File Description:
FS-2004 Version Available HERE. The classy looking Riviera amphibian is "Seabee" in Italian style... Built by Nardi and Siai-Marchetti, supposedly only 23 were built during the early 1960ies by Siai-Marcheti, the majority of them being sold to America. As every italian design, it is built to go fast. It seats 4 people including the pilot, the reversible propeller gives it superb manouverability in water (and taxi). It is a high-wing anphibian aircraft with double tailfin and pusher propeller. Read notes before flying! (FN333_check.htm, FN333_ref.htm & panel_FN333.htm, plus redme.txt). This model features advanced flight dynamics, detailed external model, detailed photreal virtual cockpit and virtual cabin with night lighting, custom effects, etc. Happy Flights!

MH's AI Traffic Pack V1.0

File Description:
This package consists of four programs, one of them my previously published AI Traffic Check, now as version 2.0, and three new utility programs. AI Traffic Check has been improved to give more detailed information on traffic BGL files (including boat traffic) and aircraft configuration. AI Traffic Modifier can be used to modify aircraft configuration files of FS to update them to FSX standards. AI Traffic To FSX Converter converts AI traffic files of flight simulator from old format (FS9) to new format (FSX). The last one, AI Traffic Merger will find and re-install lost texture files of AI aircraft and at the same time new AI aircraft can be installed from a given source folder.

Timberline Lodge V1.0

File Description:
Timberline Lodge-gmax version1.0 for FS2004. This scenery focuses on Timberline Lodge (National Historic Landmark) located on Mt. Hood, Oregon and includes a helipad with night lighting effects. On June 11, 1936, at the brutal height of the Great Depression, ground was broken for a project unique in America. Timberline Lodge was built entirely by hand, inside and out, by unemployed craftspeople hired by the Federal Works Projects Administration. The building is a tribute to their skills and a monument to a government which responded not only to the physical needs of its people in a desperate time, but also to the needs of their spirits. Additional scenery elements complied with FS Scenery Creator 1.5

Lihue Airport, Kauai, Hawaii

File Description:
This scenery completely redoes the original right down to the last palm tree. It includes an all new terminal which is highly detailed, and now includes the entire airport. With a cargo area, hangar area, and airport office buildings. The default FS tower has been left in due to its nice rotating beacon on top which is something new in FS2004, but it has been incorporated into the scenery with the office buildings at it's base. The front of the airport has an all new parking lot complete with parked cars and landscaping. I have not used any objects which have known transition problems between FS2002 and 04, so it should also be completely compatible with FS2002.

Alderney Airport (EGJA)

File Description:
Alderney Airport (EGJA) is located on the island of Alderney in the Channel Islands. I have travelled in and out of the island on many occasions and, despite the lack general lack of information on the internet about the airport, this is a pretty accurate representation. Features include accurate control tower, accurate terminal building, grass parking area, static aircraft, ground vehicles, car park, fire-station, surrounding trees, perimeter fencing and more. Many night textures and custom AFCAD file included. The airport is at N49 42 44 and W002 12 88. This scenery is for FSX but should also work under FS2004. It may even work in earlier versions of FS but this is untested.

Satellite Assisted Landing System Version 9

File Description:
FS2004 Gauge: Satellite Assisted Landing System, v9 (SALS). Using satellite data, this gauge provides glidepath/glideslope guidance into all runways inside the FS world. Approach heading and glideslope indicators are displayed during the landing phase in a fashion similar to those used with ILS and requires the same piloting techniques to keep the needles centered. Because SALS has the ability to guide an aircraft to both ends of a runway, every airport including grass strips and seaplane bases can be accessed with a high level of landing precision. In case of missed approaches, backcourse guidance is provided during climbout. Panel or separate window installation. Includes SALS icon gauge and Word doc with illustrated design parameters. This freeware gauge adds VTOL & Hover features to the IRIS F-35B JSF. Besides true vertical takeoff&landing, it allows you to fly forward, backward, sideways and turn, while in a hover. This solution is based on overriding the normal FS flightdynamics while in a hover, simular to the implementation of catapult launch / cable arrest in my Carrier Operation Package; in short, it's a VTOL&Hover FDE coded in a gauge. Special thanks to Doug Dawson, who created a gauge that provides for overriding FS2004 variables from an XML gauge. Boeing 767

File Description:
FS2004 Boeing B767 Panel. This comes from an old FS98 panel by Eric Ernst which is one of the best jobs I have seen, even better than many so called "realistic" panels for later FS releases. Since I greatly missed this panel, then I have reworked it for FS2004. All gauges react to panel lights and avionics buses, making it great to flight at night. Also features no-smoking/fasten-seat belts signs, plus tape sliding radar altimete, regulable seat position and animated yoke. Last but not least, I have included the whole gauges source code under GPL (gauge programmers will love this!). Gauges programmed with an eye towards frame rate.
