File Description:
The small Zip-file will include a link for scenery download, because the scenery file size is above 500 Mbyte. Just follow the link and download EDHK 2018. This is an "install and fly" version, everything you need is already included (*see info below) and I will continously update the scenery. The story, in November 2012 the German MFG5 (Marineflieger-Geschwader) was relocated to Nordholz (ETMN). This was the end of the main military use in the southern and eastern part of the airport. Because the German harbor city Kiel needs living space for their citizens, opponents of the airport tried to convince citizens and politics to close the airport and to create there living space instead. In 2018 the citizen of Kiel voted with a citizen’s decision with the result that the majority voted for the preservation of the traditional airport. Personally, I am very happy with this decision. On the area of the airport some companies are settled, their employees should be able to sleep a little better now. In addition, there will certainly be future investments in the airport due to the election results. Since the airport has been financially in the red for years, the operator of the airport, the Port of Kiel Flughafen GmbH & Co. KG has converted large areas of the airport as parking area. These parked vehicles are part of the constantly increasing cruise ship operations within Kiel, making it possible for passengers to safely park their vehicles for extended periods of time. The taxiways “A†and “D†of EDHK are no longer in operation. This was of course taken into account in my scenery. The access to this taxiway was marked as in the original by yellow "X". The taxiway lighting was also turned off there. The on-site Luftsportverein (LSV) uses above the runway 08/26 an individually marked grass runway (not official), I called it 08S/26S and it is for the winch launch of their gliders only. The size of this provisional winch runway is about 820x20m. A glider takeoff by towing aircraft is usually handled by the Runway 08/26.(*) There is no copyright infringement, since I have received all the needed permissions to use the listed objects/libraries full or in parts within my scenery, the same for the single objects or non-Library bound objects/elements. I got all these permissions in writing from each individual author/rights holder. Take the time and read the full, included descritpion, please. If you have question, ask me first!

| Fort Nelson CYYE in British Columbia, Canada |
|
Images related to this file:
File Description:
Fort Nelson is close to the Peace River in the northeast corner of British Columbia, around 70 miles from the northern border, 90 from the eastern border, and 80 miles east of the Rockies. The wartime construction of the Alaska Highway actually started from Fort Nelson, as there was already a road from Fort St John (which is close to Dawson Creek) north to Fort Nelson. The airfield was part of this construction effort and after the wartime ferrying of planes to Russia it was used by the US Army Air Force and then by the Canadian Air Force. Fort Nelson flourished with the oil and gas exploration of the 1950's and the following years, and this continued to grow until the collapse of the oil price in 2014.
The town of Fort Nelson became the capital of the Northern Rockies Regional District when it was founded in 2009, and as a result the official name of the Fort Nelson airport is the Northern Rockies Regional Airport. The date for this scenery is around 2016, by which time the economic fortunes of the town were in decline. Five times per day flights by Central Mountain Air were starting to be reduced in number to the current (in 2022) one per day and none on Sunday; in the AI included here there are two flights per day. The main resident users of the airport are four helicopter companies, the helicopters presumably used for maintenance trips to whatever parts of the oil and gas fields that are still in use in the surrounding area.
There are two runways, the main one is aligned 03-21, 6,400 feet long and 200 feet wide, with ILS at the southern end and PAPI at the northern. The second runway (a narrower rebuild on a previously existing runway) is aligned 07-25 and 77 feet wide, and is without any lights. These are the alignments as per the original build of FS9 and not as per the approximate 2016 date of the buildings; I had a problem at a very late stage in making this scenery which prevented me from continuing with some final details.
On YouTube there is a series of posts by Angle of Attack showing the preparation and then the flight of an old Cessna 172 from Homer to Oshkosh for the installation of modern instruments. Interesting for me as they visit or fly over airfields I have made (Homer, Merrill, Tok Junction, Burwash, Silver City, Haines Junction, Watson Lake, Fort Nelson, and Grande Prairie) but in the winter so it all looks very different.

File Description:
North American T6_Harvard
This aircraft has has been constructed using Gmax v1.2. The aircraft is constructed with as few polygons as possible and with a single texture file to ensure the absolute minimum impact on your framerates. There are two models- each has seven LODs.
The aircraft has had an amazing history with first prototype flying in 1935. To quote from Wikipedia "A total of 15,495 T-6s of all variants were built.During the Korean War and to a lesser extent, the Vietnam war, T-6s were pressed into service as forward air control aircraft. These aircraft were designated T-6 "Mosquito"s.[1] The RAF used the Harvard in Kenya against the Mau Mau in the 1950s where they operated with 20 lb bombs and machine guns against the gangs. Some operations took place at altitudes around 20,000 ft asl. A Harvard was the longest-serving RAF aeroplane, with an example, taken on strength in 1945, still serving in the 1990s (as a chase plane for helicopter test flights - a role the Shorts Tucano's high stall speed was ill-suited for). The T-6G was also used in a light attack or counter insurgency role by France during the Algerian war in special Escadrilles d'Aviation L©g¨re d'Appui (EALA), armed with machine guns, bombs and rockets. At its peak there were 38 EALA's active. The largest unit was the Groupe d'Aviation L©g¨re d'Appui 72, which consisted of up to 21 EALAs. Portugal also used ex-French aircraft during the Portuguese Colonial War.
Since the Second World War, the T-6 has been a regular participant at air shows, and was used in many movies. For example, in Tora! Tora! Tora! and The Final Countdown, converted single-seat T-6s painted in Japanese markings represent Mitsubishi Zeroes. The New Zealand Warbirds "Roaring 40s" aerobatic team use ex-Royal New Zealand Air Force Harvards. The Reno National Air Races also has a class specifically for the T-6 during the National Air Races each year."
This GMax model is quite fun to fly as a normal aircraft, but was originally designed specifically to enhance the AI aircraft population.
I would like to especially thank Ray Blake who has kindly made these high quality textures for this package.
A paintkit is being posted as a separate zip file.

File Description:
Flightplan Visualizer (FV) version 1.17.0. Copyright 2018-2020 by Pelle F. S. Liljendal ([email protected]), all rights reserved.
FV comes with 783 pre-imported Commercial AI flightplans (+380 BizJet flightplans are available as a separate download). However you are able to import additional (AI) flightplans yourself. Once imported these (AI) flightplans can be visualized on a map-view, and the user will be able to search accross all these. Hence you can use the program as inspiration as to which routes to fly. E.g. you can search across all imported flightplans to find all flights in an A321 flying into/out from LDDU, or simply to look for all flights in a Boeing 747-8F.
Simply run the included installer to install the software. The program will be installed into "C:\Program Files (x86)\Flightplan Visualizer" and all datafiles will be installed into: "C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Roaming\FlightplanVisualizer". The program comes with a full manual explaining everything, and a 3 page quick manual to get you started. The first 3 times you run the program the quick manual will automatically open. The forum is hosted here: https://forum.aerosoft.com/index.php?/forum/919-flightplan-visualizer/
Version 1.17 Contains the following changes:
- A big Thank You to Alex for the donation, it is appreciated ... You are actually the first one to donate, but then again I never expected to get rich writing this software :-)
- Both version 1.16 and 1.17 are mandatory, so if updating from a previous version you MUST install/run both versions as outlined on the forum. Running version 1.17 will forcefully update all flightplans to the latest file-version, as version 1.18 will remove some of the backward comparability.
- Added support for importing flightplans from the new .aigfp file-format used by Alpha India Group. Export of flightplans (in aifp-format) is disabled for flightplans originally imported from .aigfp files, because the repaint-info is not imported from these.
- Beside the supplied aircraft-types contained in the ("factory") aircraft-database, users can now add their own user-aircraft, both in form of owned (flyable) 3rd party aircraft and aircraft-types (used in flightplans, or as basis for owned aircraft).
- Added support for Helicopters (simply created the "aircraft" with the engine-type set to "Heli"). They will be listed/treated as an "aircraft" with a specific engine-type (and in stead of a "wingspan" they have a "rotor diameter").
- Many reports have been added to list "suitable" substitute aircraft based on match-score (a value between 0 and 100, where 100 is a perfect match). Likewise reports have been added to visualize repaints that you have, and those you might be "missing" for a particular aircraft/airline.
- In form leg-info you can now "tag" a leg by pressing the new "Tag" button. Doing so will add the leg to the new "Tagged legs" menu-item found in the "Misc" menu. This menu can contain the last 10 tagged legs (flights). Selecting any of these 10 menu-items will open the leg-info form and show the details of the tagged leg.
- The AIG flightplan download-form will now only pre-select flightplans with a new season or a new revision, as you have to pay attention to flightplans with status "Not installed" since the reason these are not installed can be due to airlines being defunct or have changed their names.
- The AIG flightplan download-form now have 2 numbers above the list-view. The first tells the number of flightplans being listed for the selected season, and the 2nd number in parentheses tells the number of checked flightplans. So choosing a season, you can simply look at the number in the parentheses to see the count of new seasons/revisions to install (without the need to scroll throgh the list).
- The "Defunct list" (list of all defunct airlines, as marked by AIG) that can both be displayed in the "AIG flightplan downloader" and the "Enable / disable flightplans" forms, is now both sorted by Name (first) and by ICAO (last), making it more easy to look for a particular airline.
- The Leg-info and Edit flightplan -forms now both list the (flightplan) sub-folder name and the name of the original imported filename (in case you need to see the version/revision number that AIG append to this filename).
- The same sub-foldername and original imported flightplan filename are also added in the top when generating a leg-info report.
- If the departure/destination airports have gates marked as favorites, or gates with comments, therse are added to the leg-info report. E.g. "Gate G47 (36.0): B744F, no-jetway", where "36.0" is the radius of the gate (in meters), and "B744F, no-jetway" is the comment.
- Many "behind the scene" changes were made to the Leg-info report, and more data have been added (e.g. carrier/operator-callsign, time-zone/offset, airport-size, rank and traffic-density).
- Added a button to the Leg-info form to show list of possible substitute aircraft, sorted by scored (based on how well these match the parameters of the original aircraft).
- Internally the program stores- and perform all weight-calculations in lbs, however in settings you can now choose if weights should be shown in lbs or kg.
- Using EOW- or MTOW- filter sub-type in the aircraft filter the specified weight will now be according to the chosen weight-unit specified in the settings form (in previous version it was fixed to be lbs).
- Obtaining METAR/TAF messages from the internet takes a few fractions of a second, hence the "Show as Report" button on the Leg info form, now contains an asterisk until the METAR/TAF messages have been obtained, as these would otherwise appear as "not obtained" in the generated report. So if you need these messages in the report, you should wait pressing the "Show as Report" button, until the asterisk is removed.
- The form for creating user-airlines now contains a "Lookup" button that lets you search for airlines, so you can check if an airline already exists before creating it as a user airline.
- Airlines without official iCAO/IATA-codes are sometime created with an artificial ICAO code of "---". Airlines with this ICAO-codes are no longer listed as alternatives.
- Reordered the two "fields" in the "Min. Rank" and "Min. Traffic-density" combo-boxes, to make it more easy reading- and picking- the correct.
- Improved scanning of readme-files during import (more files are excluded such as "Repaints.txt").
- Changed the default size of the about-form, to make it more easy to being reading the history-text without having to first resize the form.
- All forms in FV have been made with a HD resolution (1920x1080) in mind. Some users are running at this resolution, but have chosen to scale the font-size to 125%. If doing so, some forms were not fully visible. Hence there is now a new setting item called "Reduced desktop". If defaults to be disabled, however once enabled some forms will be reduced in their size (e.g. the flightplan-, airline and aircraft- list-views in the Leg Search form will be more narrow, allowing the form to be fully visible).
- The country sub-filter no longer supports wildcards (nor partial codes), but now it accepts both 2 and 3 letter (ISO) country-codes. The filter-text will be colored red, if an invalid country-code is entered.
- The result-viewer now have a "Save as" button that allows you to save its content. Also an "Enable edit" check-box have been added, which puts the text-box into edit-mode, so you can change its conent (e.g. before copying to clipboard, or saving to disk).
- Right-clicking the main-map there is now a menu-item to show country, time-zone/offset (as a hint) at the GPS-position of the mouse-cursor. These information are downloaded from the web, hence there will be a small delay.
- Added more logging, to better identify which actions might have led to the program displaying an error-message. Also tweaked the log-format a bit to make it more readable.
- Updated all external libraries to the latest versions.
- Added release dates for each version in this version-history text.
- Fixed: If marking gates as favorites or adding comments to gates these data were not saved unless other user-data were added to the airport (e.g. marking the airport as favorite, setting rank/traffic-density, manually specifying size, taxi-in/out times, entering comments or hint-text for the airport).
- Fixed: If changing the ICAO-code of a user-airline, the alternative-list was not updated until next time the form was opened. The form also got a minor optimization in the process. When editing an user-airline you can now press enter in stead of clicking the "Save" button (as long as the Comments field does not have focus).
- Fixed: In a few cases the week-number was not calculated correctly for multi-week flightplans.
- Fixed: In some cases the week-day was still shown as a "name" (2 letters), even if the user had selected to display these as numbers in settings.
- Fixed: Aircraft/Airline search forms would not perform initial search when opening the form, if the search-text was blank. You had to enter a letter, and delete it again, before the search was performed.
- Fixed: Aircraft search form did not use natural-sort when sorting by name (e.g. "CRJ1000" was listed before "CRJ200").
- Fixed: Setting core-affinity to a non-zero mask, and change it back to zero, it would not return to its initial state (e.g. all cores selected) until the program was re-started.
- Data: Updated a few airports with missing country-code and/or missing time-zone.
- Data: A few new aircraft were added and some aircraft were split in dedicate pax/freight-versions.
- Data: A few helicopters have been added.
- Data: Aircraft-data updated as there were still a couple of freighters with non-zero passenger-count. Also the weight constraints were updated for A LOT of aircraft.
- Data: Cumulative aircraft-types (such as "[32S] Airbus A318/A319/A320/A321") are now removed in many views, unless the type is in use by at least one active flightplan.
- Flightplans: Compared the list of flightplans bundled with FV to the list of flightplans available in AIG AIM. This meant a few flightplans were marked as defunct (and removed from the installer) and a few missing were added (primarily from 2017).
- Flightplans: The first Summer 2020 flightplans have been added (FedEx and UPS).
- Flightplans: All new/updated flightplans have been added to the installer, and all obsolete have been removed. A total of 783 active flightplans are bundled with the installer.

File Description:
This folder contains a repaint for the Supermarine Spitfire Mk.XIV by Real Air. It shows Spitfire Mk.XIV RM656 DL-F, which was the aircraft that Captain Jean Maridor, of the Free French Air Force, was flying on the 3rd of August 1944, when he was killed while destroying a V1. Jean Maridor was born in Le Havre, France on the 24 November, 1920. He became interested in flying at a young age. He stopped his studies to focus of this new interest. Maridor began to take many courses in flying. He obtained his pilot's licence at 16, making him the youngest pilot in France. In 1939, he joined the French Air Force and received his pilot's wings in september 1939, continiuing his training on the Dewoitine D520. He joined a squadron just two days before the French Surrender, only to receive the order to burn his aircraft. After the French surrender, Maridor left to go to England with many other French pilots, where he joined the R.A.F. After training, he began flying with the 615 Squadron on Hurricanes. He scored his first kill on the 14th of October 1941. In february 1942, he transferrd to 91 squadron, flying Spitfires, where he scored a further 8 kills, one of which was Lt Paul Galland, the brother of Adolf Galland, in october 1942.
From june 1944, 91 squadron flew the Spitfire mk XIV and specialised in shooting down the V1's that the Germans started sending over to the UK. Capt Maridor was succesful at this too, shooting down 6 of the Doodlebugs before his final flight on the 3rd of August 1944.
On this day, Maridor intercepted a Doodlebug over Rolvenden around 12:33. Flying towards the bomb, he shot at it at 12:39. Although he hit it, the bomb was only damaged not destroyed. On his second attack, he saw the bomb was heading for Benenden School, which at the time was being used as a military hospital. Knowing that hundreds of lives would be lost if the bomb was to hit, Maridor launched a final attack at 12.43. He approached to less than 50 metres to ensure he would not miss a second time. The Doodlebug exploded this time, but the wing of his plane was caught in the explosion and ripped from the body. The plane crashed beside the lake on the school grounds, killing Maridor just 8 days before his wedding. His fiancée has been quoted as saying he would not have hesitated in his attack on the bomb. He knew that many lives would have been lost otherwise.

| Medicine Hat CYXH in Alberta Canada |
|
Images related to this file:
File Description:
Medicine Hat is a town in south Alberta, beside the South Saskatchewan River, and around 180 miles southeast of Calgary. Originally a railroad town, and in fact still served by the railway and now also by the Trans-Canada Highway, it is currently mainly known for the large natural gas fields in the area. As Rudyard Kipling said, Medicine Hat has "all hell for a basement". The name of the city is a translation of the Blackfoot tribal name for the eagle tail feather headdress worn by tribal medicine men, and it was curiosity about the name that first got my attention.
The date of this scenery is not 2010, as is usual for my scenery; it is more like 2015. The terminal building has been extended and improved, the apron around the two large southern hangars and the large rental hangars behind them is still visibly new, and the tie-down parking places on the grass accessed off one side of the old taxiway are in place and in use. The airport is now (2015) not in the busy usage that it experienced in the second half of the 1900's and old taxiways and a runway have been left to decay and large old hangars have been demolished. Hence the visible remains. The current runways were rebuilt (on top of the existing as foundations) and are 03-21 with 4,990 feet of lit asphalt 150 feet wide with PAPI at both ends, and 09-27 with 2,885 feet of lit asphalt 100 feet wide.
The two newish hangars to the south are a helicopter operating and maintenance company with a flight training school based in the adjoining offices (light grey buildings) and an FBO in hangar and offices (dark grey). Further buildings have been erected since then, and some existing ones have been reclad (eg. light grey now, in 2021, has a light blue roof).
I have cheated in one respect. In reality, the edges of the airport have been gradually utilised for various purposes, such as workshops, storage sheds, factories, etc, with access from the surrounding urban roads. As I have almost no information regarding their appearance I decided to leave the airport area as it was originally built, rather than incorporating buildings that I know are false. I admit that this was also the laziest solution.
The scenery includes a grass strip 3 miles to the south of Medicine Hat, namely Schlenker CFZ3. It is the only airfield I have come across where the fences are not around the edge of the airfield, they are instead around the runways and apron. I presume this is so animals can be left to feed off the grass in summer.
The AI includes flights by Air Canada Jazz.

| Royal Air Force 101Sqn Douglas DC10-30 (Fictional) |

File Description:
SGA/FFX DC10-30 Royal Air Force 101 Squadron: This is a fictional repaint based on the paint scheme used on the Lockheed Tristar of Transport Command. To the best of my knowledge, 101 Squadron has never used DC10-30's. SGA DC-10 model included - This is a complete package containing the aircraft, panel, gauges & sounds. Credit for the work is contained within the readme file.
Number 101 Squadron was formed at South Farnborough on 12 July 1917, and two weeks later went to St Andre-aux Bois, France with FE2s as a night bomber squadron. It main tasks involved attacking enemy communications and aerodromes in Northern France and Belgium, with occasional strafing attacks on troops aimed at drowning the noise of tanks and soldiers positioning for battle in the trenches. In March 1919, the squadron was reduced to a cadre and returned to the UK before disbandment at the end of the year. It remained dormant until March 1928, when it reformed at Bircham Newton and flew Sidestrands in the day-bomber role until these were replaced by Overstrands in early 1935.
At the outbreak of World War II, the squadron was equipped with Blenheim IVs and was involved in attacks against enemy barge concentrations in the Channel Ports. In mid-1941, No. 101 Sqn became part of Bomber Command's medium-bomber force with Wellingtons and flew many night sorties against Germany and Italy. These aircraft were replaced barely 18 months later by the Lancaster and became specialised in airborne radar jamming to disrupt German night-fighters interceptions. After the war, Lincolns replaced the Lancasters and the unit moved to Binbrook. In June 1951, No. 101 became the RAF's first jet-bomber squadron when it received Canberras, and it was with this aircraft that the squadron was involved in operations in both Malaya and Suez before once again disbanding on 1 Feb 1957.
A brief period of inactivity ended on 15 Oct 1957, when No. 101 Sqn joined the V-bomber force with Vulcans as part of the Finningley Wing before moving to Waddington four years later. The squadron became synonymous with the type, and took part in Operation Corporate, the Falklands Conflict, operating from Ascension Island. Shortly after the conflict, the squadron relinquished its Vulcans and disbanded again, until it reformed on 1 May 1984 to operate VC10s in the air-to-air-refuelling role, and has since demonstrated the flexibility the aerial refuelling offers to combat aircraft in such operations as the Gulf War and Operation Allied Force.
Following the disbanding of sister VC10 squadron, No 10, 101 became the sole operator of the type in October 2005.

FV comes with 738 pre-imported Commercial AI flightplans (+380 BizJet flightplans are available as a separate download).
Version 1.15 Contains the following changes:
- As a first, you can now import flightplans even if one or more aircraft-types cannot be automatically detected during import. These will instead be assigned to a dummy-type during import, however you need to manually assign substitute aircraft-type(s) before being able to save the imported flightplan. If/when the program gets support for the aircraft-type(s) that were missing during import, the substitute aircraft-types can either be re-detected manually or by using the "Re-process aircraft/airport-redirects" menu-item.
- Added a combo-box that can be used to filter the flightplans that are shown in the flightplan combo-box on the main-form (e.g. enter "west" to see only flightplans containing "west" in the name). Hovering the mouse over this new filter combo-box will show examples of the more complex filters (e.g. filter by provider, author, season, year, and so on).
- In version 1.14 user-airlines were added, and these could be accessed via a menu-item on the main-form. However in version 1.15 you can now also add user-airlines from the import-flightplan form, so you don't have to abort a pending import, and go to the main form in case you find you are missing a user-airline.
- Added MRU-lists (Most Recent Used) to the browser-forms used to search for: Airport, Aircraft and Airline. The text-edit in the top of these forms have been replaced by a combo-box holding up to 20 items (in chronological order, with the most recent at the top).
- Added a new chart to the Airport Info form showing: "Daily flights per international/domestic/same state".
- Added Utilization-pct to the fleet report (both total for the entire fleet, and per aircraft). The Utilization-pct is also visible for the displayed schedule (for a single aircraft) in the Leg-Info form. This value tells the pct of time the aircraft spends servicing the schedule (the remaining time the aircraft "sits at the gate", including the time spend loading/unloading passenger and cargo, loading fuel, being serviced by ground-crew and what not).
- On the main-form, renamed menu-item "Re-process airport-redirects" into "Re-process flightplans".
- Distance from selected airport to mouse-position on main-map moved from the bottom of the form to the upper/right-corner of the form (where info of selected airport is listed).
- Using the (right-click) context-menu on the main-form airports can now be toggled (on/off) as being favorites.
- A few minor changes were made to the default leg search criteria. If you have saved your own default, you should go to the leg search form, press-and-hold SHIFT while clicking the "Reset" button (to reset to "factory default"), then set the criteria to your perferences, and finally press the "Save Reset" button to re-save your preferences.
- Added MRU-list (Most Recent Used) to fuel-density combo-box on Unit Conversion form. If empty, the list will be preloaded with the values 0.7850 (old default), 0.8040 (often used as a standard for Jet-A), 0.8200 (often used as a standard for Jet-A1). The user is still able to enter another value.
- The values used in the unit-conversion form are saved with the settings file, so each time you open the form will contain the values entered last time you used the form.
- Tweaked the method for calculated flight-time. In previous version the same parameters were used for calculating flight-time for all flights. Now these parameters are dependant on distance, resulting in calculated flight times that are closer to those used in the flight-plans (based on statistic-data from +700.000 AI flights).
- Some of the aircraft have been marked as "Retro", and in settings you can choose to exclude the "Retro" (they are enabled by default).
- Improved (Boeing) aircraft-type detection when importing flightplans using non-standard naming, such as "B744F" in stead of "747-400F" or "B736" in stead of "737-600".
- Updated all libraries in use to the latest versions, and addressed some minor issues with the map.
- Fixed: Newer versions of MyRwy are outputting airport elevation as a floating point value (e.g. "629.92") whereas older versions were outputting it as an integer value (e.g. "630"). In previous versions of FV the floating point value "629.92" was wrongly read as an elevation of 62992 ft. The program can now both handle floating point and integer values, hence can be used with both old- and new versions of MkRwy.
- Fixed: When adding new user-airlines in version 1.14, callsign was being set to the name of the airline, in stead of the entered callsign. If you added any user-airlines in version 1.14, you should edit these with version 1.15, and set the callsigns again.
- Fixed: If a Leg search was active (combo-box in bottom of main-form showing "[Last Search]") and all flightplans were disabled in "Enable/Disable -flightplans" the program would shut-down with an exception.
- Fixed: The list of the airline-codes (gate-tab on Airline-Info form) started with a comma, however comma should only be used to separate the items when multiple airline-codes were associated with the same gate (3rd party scenery only).
- Fixed: In some cases the cruise-speed was not shown correctly in the Aircraft search form.
- Fixed: Some of the menu-items for launching the (YouTube) tutorial-videos were missing the tool-tip text ("Hold SHIFT to copy url to clipboard").
- Fixed: About-box can now be closed with ESC, like most other forms.
- Fixed: potential issue reading xml-data, perhaps with a the benefit of a slightly better performance.
- Data: Added support for flightplans using "retro" aircraft types such as: Aerospatiale SE-210 Caravelle, British Aerosapce ATP/BAC One Eleven, Concorde, DC-3, DC-4, DC-6, DC-8, De Havilland Comet, Fokker F28, Hawker Siddeley HS 121 Trident, Ilyushin Il-18/20/22/24/86, Lockheed Constellation/L-188 Electra, Shorts SC-5, Tupolev TU-134, Vickers VC10/Viscount, and thanks to user Aucery Lockheed 1011.
- Data: Support for additional aircraft-types added as well: BN-2A Trislander, CASA C-212/C-235, CubCrafters XCub, DHC-2 Beaver/Turbo-Beaver, DHC-3 Otter, DHC-5 Buffalo, Diamond DA-42/62, Extra EA-300, Honda HA-420, ICON A5, NAMC YS-11, Mooney, Mudry CAP 10, Pilatus PC-6/PC-24, Piper Cub/Super Cub, Robin DR-300/400, Shorts SC-7, Tecnam P2012/P2006T
- Data: Some of the aircraft-types, for which multiple ICAO/IATA-codes exists, were split into two (one for Pax and one for Freight), e.g. Convair 580, DC-9-10/30/40, and Il-96. As a result you should execute "Re-process flightplans" (found in the "Flightplan" menu), and "Re-detect all" aircraft.
- Data: A few missing aircraft IATA/ICAO codes were added, and some "behind the screen" data for multiple aircraft were updated as well.
- Data: A few Airlines were added/updated (a big THANK YOU to Bruce Nicholson for the assistance keeping these data up-to-date).
- Flightplans: The good people over at AIG (Alpha India Group) have once again been VERY busy since the last release, hence the installer comes with 298 new/updated pre-imported flightplans, bringing the total of flightplans bundled with the installer to 738.
- Flightplans: A few flightplans were bundled with the program in duplicates (2 slightly different names, or 2 different seasons). These duplicates have been marked as obsolete, and have been removed from the installer. Using the "Select all obsolete flightplans" menu-item in "Enable/disable-flightplans" you can mark these flightplans and move them to the "Disabled" folder, from where they can be deleted.

| Mesolonghi Airport - Rio-Antirio Bridge - Greece ** UPDATED VERSION ** |

File Description:
These are actually two sceneries offered in one pack. I started building the small airport of Mesolonghi in Western Greece. When nearing completion, I thought that FS was really missing the big suspension Bridge that connects mainland Greece with Peloponese that was finished in 2004, being the biggest in the world of the fully suspended type. The bridge project turned out bigger than the airport as I ended up doing the typical, Greek-style double ended ferries that served the straights for decades before the bridge and still offer a cheaper and, to some, more relaxing alternative.
Mesolonghi airport is situated 5 kilometers east of the historic city of Mesolonghi and is close to the technical school of fisheries. There is no ICAO code (ZZZZ) so I had to give it the fictional LGME in the sim. A purely day field, it houses the local Aeroclub and ultralight school. due to its small size and hospitable atmoshpere, it is a popular GA pilots destination, receiving also often international arrivals. The runway is asphalt and 800m (2635') in length. No PAPI or VASI are provided. There is no tower service and unicom frequency of 119.7MHz is used by the traffic. Closest controlled airport is Araxos (LGRX), a civil and military field, quite common in Greece, 12.5 nautical miles S-SE. The nearby city of Mesolonghi is famous for its heroic resistance and fall in 1826 during the Greek war of indepence. It is also famous for its fishery production, due to the natural lagoon, formed by the shallow waters.
Features of the Mesolonghi airport scenery include:
- Photoreal area with seasonal variations and watermask.
- Custom hangars and containerised buidings.
- AI default trike performing TnGs (in P3D it will work only if you copy over the FSX trike).
- The technical shool of fisheries on the north side.
- Customized shorelines, to fit with ORBX Global Vector.
- Optional shoreline fix for default scenery.
The Rio-Antirio bridge is located 14.5 nautical miles to the east of the airport. It connects the towns of Rio on the south side and Antirio on the north side. More data on the bridge can be found on Wikipedia.
Features of the Rio-Antirio bridge scenery include:
- Custom bridge model, bump mapped textures with hard platform surface and vehicle traffic.
- Night lighting textures and custom roadlights.
- Photoreal scenery for north and south shores, including hand placed autogen and night textures.
- Custom castle models on north and south sides, with bump mapped textures and night lighting.
- Custom model of the toll post on the north side.
- Custom AI ferry boats with constant shuttle service between Rio and Antirion piers.
- Customized shorelines, to fit with ORBX Global Vector.
- Optional shoreline fix for default scenery.
- Optional HDR optimized photoreal textures.
