Boeing-style HSI gauge for the CIVA 1.50 INS (V1.1 corrected)

File Description:
(V1.1--mag deviation errors corrected)

Boeing-style HSI gauge and INS/VNAV selector switch which permit integrated HSI display of INS nav data in addition to standard VOR/LOC/DME data. Designed specifically for version 1.50 of the freeware CIVA Delco Carousel INS gauges, available separately from www.simufly.com.

Works as a drop-in replacement for the Ready for Pushback B747-200 panel with the new version of the CIVA INS. Designed for FS2004 -- may or may not work in FSX.

Delta Boeing 767-3P6/ER

File Description:
Replacement day and night fuselage textures for the wonderful paint by AJ Nikoley. I have simply re-placed some windows and doors to change the configuration to a -3P6/ER style layout. Original paint by AJ Nikoley which can be found in this library, deltannc763.zip , is required for this paint to work. Please read the read me file included as to avoid problems with installation. All credit for this paint should go to AJ Nikoley. For use with the Project OpenSky B767-300 model.

San Antonio International Airport 'KSAT'

File Description:
This scenery is built for FS2004. This scenery was created with Abacus EZ Scenery, but you do not need the EZS libraries. On the contrary you will need the RWY12 libraries installed. I have added a terminal replacement, airport vehicles, parking spots, GA hangars, and lights. The gates are designed for certain size planes. The gates are assigned as the airport's website (http://www.sanantonio.gov/aviation/) indicates. I used Google Earth Imagery to very accurately place the gates.

McDonnell Douglas MD-8X FDE's

File Description:
Replacement FDE's for the AI Aardvark MD-8x to correct a problem of the aircraft vanishing on landing as soon as they touched down. This seems to be a rare occurance and only a few users have reported this problem. If you have not had this problem, you do not need this file. Also includes a FS2002 FDE that is more robust than the fs2002 fde that was included with the original released model. FS2004 FDE by David Freed / David Rawlins. FS2002 FDE by Joe Caban.

Fly Tampa- Miami Version 1.5 (KMIA)

File Description:
-THIS IS FOR THE PAYWARE FLY TAMPA- MIAMI (KMIA)BETA RELEASE VER 1.5 - It will work with the current version 1.2. This is a remake of Fly Tampa- Miami Version 1.5 beta (KMIA) Afcad 2 file. This file is for use with the Fly Tampa- Miami version 1.5 beta which is available on the Fly Tampa website forum under Miami. This is the suspected release due soon to add the new terminal and renumbered new runways. Runways 8L/26R & 12/30 is used for landing, 8R/26L & 09/27 for takeoff. This afcad uses crossing runways so all runways are in use. All taxiways and runways are properly aligned. To have ATC work with the new numbered runways, you will need the Jim Vile's kmia_ils_jv_v2.0 zip file on AVSIM.com. I use this afcad and Jim Vile's FlyTampa_KMIA_ILS_jv.bgl file from the zip file. Make sure you read the attached readme file.

DC-4 / C-54 / Carvair sound.cfg

File Description:
In my search for sounds that would be (nearly) matching the real sounds of the Douglas C-54/DC-4 and the Aviation Traders ATL.98 Carvair (vehicle ferry conversion of the C-54 and DC-4), I struck on the DC-3 Sound Pack compiled by Des Braban several years ago. Although intended as a DC-3 sound set, it doesn't quite sound like the Pratt & Whitney Twin Wasp C-series (aka R-1830) engines which powered the majority of the DC-3/C-47/C-53 aircraft. Instead it sounds much more like the Pratt & Whitney Twin Wasp D-series (aka R-2000) engines which powered the C-54/DC-4 and, later on, the Pan American converted Hi-Per DC-3, the EC-47Q, the DHC-4 Caribou and ATL.98 Carvair. In order to make the sound set appropriate for the four engined C-54/DC-4/Carvair, I slightly altered the sound.cfg by just doubling the number of engines and copying some existing lines. Nothing else has been changed. All the wav files remained unaltered and no wav files have been added. The result, however, is a full sound which is very close to that of the real C-54/DC-4/Carvair. In order to get the proper sound, you will require Des Braban's DC-3 Sound Package (dc3sndpk.zip). Original sound.cfg by Des Braban; revised for Douglas DC-4/C-54 and Aviation Traders ATL.98 Carvair by Maarten Brouwer.
