Lockheed VC-121A Constellation "Columbine II"

File Description:
The Lockheed C-121A Constellation is the military transport version of the L-749A Constellation. Delivered on 22 November 1948, this particular aircraft was soon converted to VC-121A VIP-transport. From November 1952 till November 1954 this was the personal transport of President Dwight D. Eisenhower. In 1952, President Eisenhower was flying to Florida. The Presidential plane was named 'Columbine II' (after the official flower of Colorado, the First Lady's home state), but it was identified to flight controllers as "Air Force 610" (from its tail number 48-610). However, flying in the same general region was Eastern Airlines Flight 610. The Eastern Airlines pilot overheard a conversation between flight controllers and the President's plane, and for a moment thought the references to flight "610" were meant for him. Although nothing untoward happened, the government realized that the confusion could have been tragic. Since then, any Air Force aircraft with the President on board has been referred to as "Air Force One." Thus, the 'Columbine II' was the first aircraft to be distinguished with this designation, and she served President Eisenhower for several years in this role. The usual pilots were Acft. Cmdr. (Lt.) Col. William G. Draper and Pilot Maj. William W. Thomas. This repaint has been tested in FS2004 only. However, it should be working in FSX also. You will require Team 749's (Manfred Jahn and Co) Lockheed L-749 Constellation package (LOCKHEED749.ZIP), the folder Lockheed_L749_0 (twin stack exhausts). Also required Team 749's Lockheed L-749 Constellation models update (749_MODELS_UPDATE.ZIP). Repaint by Maarten Brouwer, with a big thankyou to Eric Joiner for his permission to use his Columbine nose art.

Mumbai is having frequent commissioning and decommissioning of various features especially aprons and stands and twy changing nomenclature. However the inf. and resources used while developing the scenery are as on Tue, 22 Jun 2010 13:14:00 UTC. Middle marker for rwy 27 has been permanently withdrawn so the missed approach point of the GP inop. procedure had been amended as 1D ILS/DME in place of middle marker(mm). Navaid BMB freq 396khz withdrawn from service.

New contents include - Commissioning of TWY L4 De-commissioning of portion of Taxi lane L beyond parking stand A1 Aircraft from parking stand A1 to A3 to push back facing west on the taxi lane L, to taxi out via TWY L4 on to TWY N.* Portion of taxi lane L beyond parking stand A1 shall be decommissioned w.e.f. 0430 UTC on 1st July 2010.1. California Pacific 2019 AI Flightplans

File Description:
California Pacific was the pet-project of eccentric millionaire Ted Vallas who was determined to overcome a near-decade of obstacles to bring scheduled jet service to the Northern San Deigo\Carlsbad area. The airline was founded in 2009, but ran into a laundry list of problems over the years. Initially, the airline had acquired an EMB-170 which was painted in the airlines own colors and kept at the airlines Carlsbad base(CLD\KCRQ). The initial plan called for 3-class service to destinations including SJC, OAK, PHX, SMF, and even SJD. However, a US government shut down ill-timed during the scheduled proving runs and certification process for the airline delayed the process indefinitely. After months of waiting, and paying for staff and the aircraft to the dismay of investors, the E170 was returned and used as a cooperate shuttle in Arizona in full California Pacific colors, though it never would return. The founder did not give up, however, and years later was able to circumvent the certification process by purchasing the operating certificate of ADI's Essential Air Service operation which connected Watertown and Pierre, South Dakota with Denver with a pair of EMB-145s. One of the EMB-145s was painted in full California Pacific colors and used to launch scheduled flights, this time initially to SJC, RNO and LAS with AZA instead of PHX later being added. However, the other EMB-145 was damaged after being struck by ground equipment in Pierre, SD and was grounded for the rest of the airline's life, causing all EAS flights to cancel soon after California Pacific had acquired the flying. The airline was stretched so thin when service started in November 2018 that the departure of a pilot in January 2019 shut the airline down, after just 2 months in operation. Flights were for months considered "suspended", with airport signage being retained at the destinations, but soon after the website was taken down and all hopes of re-starting the company seemed abandoned. These flights are based on an early 2019 schedule I found online, but the EAS flights were not listed. As the flights did not operate anyway for the most part as California Pacific, I elected not to include them. The schedule was changed several times in the airline's short history as it struggled to maintain an aggressive 30 minute ground-time between flights with just 1 aircraft. Lacking a “proper forum” I have - for now - setup a Facebook group for support. This group is called “Flightplan Visualizer”, and you can seek membership via this link: https://www.facebook.com/groups/FlightplanVisualizer/ If you are installing this version on top of a version prior to 1.7 the program will start slower than ususal and display a lot of warnings. This is because it fileformat of the pre-imported flightplans was changed between version 1.6 and 1.7, so starting version 1.8 it will update all flightplans (and in the progress it will display all those warnings). Hammonton Municipal Airport (N81) NJ

File Description:
Located 03 miles NE of Hammonton, New Jersey on 107 acres of land, Hammonton Municipal Airport is a public asphalt strip 3601' in length. It has recently been renovated with all-new taxiways and aprons and this update is depicted in this version with the big change being the extension of the main apron to join the previously-separated north and south tarmacs. The airport's magnetic variation, traffic pattern height, and PAPI glide slope and location have also all been accurately adjusted. All tie down parking locations are located on either the North or South tarmacs. Parking spots marked as RAMP_GA are occupied by static aircraft/objects and should not be chosen to start in (although all static objects have collision disabled). North parking spots can accommodate wingspans up to 50' while South parking spots should only be used by aircraft with wingspans of 40' or less. The one DOCK_GA location in the hangar start that can accommodate aircraft with wingspans up to 45'. The helicopter start location will place you on the North tarmac in front of the main hangar. Fuel is available by stopping on the concrete area on the North tarmac or by the fuel truck on the South tarmac in front of the hangars. Please see the ReadMe for known issues regarding AI aircraft parking. Scenery constructed with use of satellite images/streetview/aerial photos - the author has not been there in person. This scenery is meant to be used in conjunction with MegaScenery Earth New Jersey/Delaware 003. It is not required, but apron use is minimized to allow satellite scenery to show through as much as possible, and objects are placed based on the MSE textures - lack of it may make scenery look out of place.

File Description: MHRO - Juan Manuel Galvez International Airport / Roatan, Honduras (version 1.1) This airport update was made with the latest version of ADE (Airport Design Editor) and made for FSX as a replacement for the stock (default) airport. I found that most stock airports in FSX lack a decent amount of character and realism and this area in particular was dreadful! The stock airport file for Roatan was completely devoid of any life. There were absolutely no parking spots for commercial aircraft and no terminal buildings; the nearby areas of Colonia/Loma Linda were completely barren. I've done major reworking to this airport and added the small terminal building as well as renumbered the runway to the correct designation and length. The nearby town has been rendered complete with a variety of vessels small and large in the ocean. I hope you enjoy. Below is a list of changes/additions. All these enchancements are as close to the real airport as I can get with stock library objects. I've used satellite images, terminal photos and maps throughout the whole process so building locations are as accurate as possible. Happy landings in Honduras! Piaggio P-149D FS-X DX9 Edition

File Description:
This is a re-edition of the Piaggio P-149D with FS-X retail\SP1\2\Accel DX9 compatibility (DX10 users need to convert textures). The original model for FS-2004 is MN_P149D.zip + P149_FIX.zip available on AVSIM & www.mariopilot.6x.to. P_149_fix.zip is already included in this FS-X update. The Piaggio P-149 is a trainer-laison aircraft. It first flew in June 19th, 1953. I'ts a development of the P-148 model, with increased seat cpacity, tricycle retractable landing gear and a more powerful engine, featuring a three-bladed constant speed propeller. It was mainly used by German Luftwaffe as a training aircraft, that oredred 75 examples in 1955. Later in 1957 another 190 were manufactured under licence by Focke-Wulf. The D version is the one employed by Luftwaffe, while later some few P-149CH variants were used by Swissair as flying schools, and a few P-149U variants, with a new tailplane section to allow more rotation clearance on takeoff were used by Ouganda's Air Force. The P-149 Has a seating capacity of 4 with some examples being certified for 5 (both cases including pilot) and it's fully aerobatic, having G-limits set at +7\-4.5. After training activities ceased with Luftwaffe, several are still flying under civilian operators. This gMAX model features completely 3-D virtual cocpkit and cabin with advanced night lighting and custom special effects, plus a sound package recorded from the real thing. Simulates all systems onboard the real aircraft, coming with panel instructions. Flight Dynamics are built using only real data based on the 1% spreadsheet plus lots of manual tweaking for fine tuning. Read Notes before flying please... Enjoy!
