Seattle Tacoma Intern. Airport Replacement Cargo Scenery

File Description:
This scenery is a replacement for the Microsoft default cargo areas at KSEA(Seattle Tacoma International). I was very dissapointed with the original scenery because the hangers seemed to be placed in a random form without consideration to placement or proximity to other hangers as well as many just bunched together. This scenery I hope gives new life to KSEA. I have added some trees along the edges of the cargo areas to frame it. Whats new to this scenery???.....There is new GA facility at the south end of the field, a new NWA hanger and a revised Alaska Airlines hanger as well. The North cargo area host a revised KSEA control tower, Fire Station, Fed-Ex facility as well as a better over all feel of what a cargo area at a major airport should feel like.

Special Delivery to Bryon Field

File Description:
This is a Flight Unlimited II Adventure Title: Special Delivery to Bryon Field You been offered $1000 to deliver a rather suspicious-looking package to a fellow named Bud, who's waiting patiently at Bryon Field. Take off and fly a heading of about due north. Soon you'll see Bryon lake. The airfield is slightly to the left of the lake. You're to land and taxi up close to an F-16 that's on display there. Don't park too far from the F-16. Bud has a bad leg, and gets irritable when he has to walk too far...in fact, he gets downright dangerous. Installation: Install to your flight2regionssanfranadv folder. Remember that you need FU2 version 1.4 with the adventure kit installed. Colorado Lakes Project IV

File Description:
This project features the lakes of North Central Colorado, replaces all of the prominent reservoirs and lakes of the region (Dillon, Green Mountain, Granby, Williams Fork, and more), and adds over 500 highly detailed lakes to Colorado. They fit seamlessly with my "Colorado Lakes Project III" (colorado_lakes_project_3.zip), "Colorado Lakes Project II" (colorado_lakes_project_2.zip) and "Colorado Lakes Project I" (colorado_lakes_project_1.zip) lakes. These lakes are specifically designed to show off their photo realistic detail when used in combination with "FSGenesis-The Rockies 38.2m Terrain Mesh-Colorado" available as "fsg_dem38m_usrk_co.zip" at avsim.com, or comparable mesh. The free FSGenesis US National Landclass Project Beta 6 also adds beautifully to the landscape. These lakes work equally as well with the default mesh. All lake information was projected from satellite imagery and compiled with a beta version of Jim Keir's "Slartibartfast" utility.

"Sabre Vs MiG" USAF N.A.F-86A-5 FU-236

File Description:
For Combat Flight Simulator 2 Textures.DP and Airfile for Flight1 "Sabre Vs MiG"add-on Repainted ,flight model and DP file by Daniel Nole. North American F-86A-5-NA Sabre USAF 49-1236 flew by the LtCol.Bruce Hinton with the 4th FIG 336th FIS in the mission of the 17-12-50 in the Korean War. In this mission Hinton was credited with the destruction of the MiG-15 of the 29 GIAP 50th IAD flew by the soviet pilot Yakov Yefromenko.(pilot ejected).Hinton had also utilised the FU-180 "Squanee"(49-11180) but not in the mission of this day. The models A-5 were utilised by the 4th FIG until the sustitution with the model E by september of 1951. FU-236 was finally shot down by MiG the Oct 24, 1951.

Tlingit Air Fleet

File Description:
A pair of DHC-2s of different style and an Aviat Husky comprising the Fleet of Tlingit Air. Tlingit Air is a "fantasy" air service simular to Taquan Air (real World) based at Ketchekan, AK. Tlingit Air with its main office in North Whale serves Prince of Whales Island communities as well as most of the Ketchekan - Petersburg - Sitka - Klawock area. While they do fly charter, the primary business is Air Taxi and freight. These three aircraft are textures only... you will need Steven Grant's Aviat Husky Float (or really any of the three that might suit you - or all three if you prefer) Steven Grant's DHC2-v2 (again, this texture should work for all versions) and John Woodward's DHC-2 (I am assuming it would be fine for both - though I only use the float version)

Reworked Altenstadt Army airfield, ETHA (Bavaria, South-Germany) including AI-Package

File Description:
This airfield, located near Schongau in the Allgaeu (Bavaria, South-Germany), is the main training center for parachuters of the German Army and used for cargo-drop missions of various users. The airport has been reworked to improve the overall appearance. Version 2 replaces V1 completely. The included AI-Package contains: Bell UH-1D SAR, Nord-Aviation Noratlas ND2501, North-American T-6D and an aircraft.cfg for an AI-Transall C160. Two Transall and a single T-6D from Landsberg and two Noratlas from Kaufbeuren are comming over for touch and goes at Altenstadt as scheduled per attached flightplan. A Dornier Do-28 does local touch and goes and a Bell UH-1D SAR-helicopter hurries to Landsberg. Welcome to a little Xmas party. Lago's FSE is required in order to see most of the major buildings / objects.

SPAD VII James Child

File Description:
This is a repaint (textures only) for the SPAD VII 1916 by Stuart Green. You can get it here: http://www.domicilium.com/peveril/hangar/planes/SPAD_VII.htm Thank you Stuart for this beautifully crafted plane! This texture represnts the SPAD VII B.1537 of Lt James M Child, No 19 Sqn, May 1917. In late April 1917, the black dumb-bell was replaced on No 19 Sqn SPADs by blue, white and red bands and wheel discs in a attempt to facilitate better identification in the air. Child used B.1537 to destroy an Albatross two-seater north-west of Douai on 27 April and to send a Albatross DIII down out of control west of Douai on 25 May. His final tally of eight included three kills is SPADs and five in SE 5a's with No 84 Sqn.

Killaloe CYXI near the Ottawa River in Ontario Canada

File Description:
Killaloe is an old military airfield built for jet fighters in the 1950's,and now officially abandoned. It is 12 miles north of Madawaska Valley Airpark and just to the west of Round Lake, and there is no trouble spotting it as even from 20,000 feet (see the pic) it is very visible. This is mainly because it has a single 6,600 feet runway 29/11, which is likely to be useful if it all goes quiet and you need to land! So it is worth knowing about, even though the asphalt is not in a very good condition. It also continues to be used by the odd passing pilot who cannot resist adding another destination to his log book, though I have no personal knowledge of that. I understand local residents also use it for occasional drag racing, presumably unofficially.

Chateau Airfield NZ22, & Chateau Hotel Village, Mount Ruapehu, New Zealand.

File Description:
Welcome to the Chateau Airfield, the home of Mountain Air. The airfield is located on the foothills of Togariro National Park's, Mount Ruapehu in the central North Island of New Zealand. This scenery includes not only the airfield, but the Chateau Hotel and Village halfway up the mountain. The scenery also features some custom buildings and signs (textures included). For those that like to arrive for their ski-ing holday in style, there is a helipad (NZ20, ficticious), right beside the Chateau Hotel, or alternatively, you can follow the road opposite the airfield, which leads directly up to the Chateau Hotel and Village. Requires some EZ Scenery Object sets (see INSTALL instructions for details). Special thanks to Mike Andrews (creator2003) for giving his kind permission to use his custom Chateau Hotel building in this scenery. *Requires some EZ Scenery Object sets.*
