Random Flight Database 2.1.9 Download

File Description:
Random Flight Database is a program that will allow you, depending on one or more criteria, to choose a flight corresponding to existing flights. These flights are extracted from a database of 1,262,465 lines, available in the program. This database is updated in summer 2019. You also have a user base that will allow you to share your data files (.XLS) between users to add even more choices. Part of it is also dedicated to importing data from the website: https://developer.flightstats.com/ You must create an account on this site in order to extract (limited to about 6 airports in total for 1 account) This import is made 7 days from the moment you make this import. Once this import is done, you can import it directly into your user database and / or export it in XLS format for sharing with other users. Files are available for free on the org. The criteria for choosing your flights are: - Airlines - Departure airport - Arrival Airport - Type of plane - Day of the week - Multiple generation (generates a number of flights determined by the user) - flight time (choice of a flight time interval, minimum flight time

Silver City Airways, Douglas DC-3 Download

Images related to this file:

File Description:
Silver City Airways was registered as a British company in November 1946. It was named after a nickname of the town of Broken Hill, Australia associated with the companies owners the Zinc Corporation and commenced operations using Lancastrian aircraft. DC-3's were added to the fleet for shorter range charter flights. Initially managed and administered by British Aviation Services who eventually bought Silver City in the 50's. British Aviation Services also owned Air Kruise, Lancashire Aircraft Corporation and Manx Airlines. Some of Silver City Airlines DC-3 were transferred to Air Kruise between 1953 and 1958 and thereafter were repainted back to Silver City Airways livery. In 1962 British Aviation Services was taken over by Air Holdings, the parent company of British United Airways. By the end of 1962 all Silver City aircraft had either been repainted into British United colours or retired from service and the name ceased to be used. Over the years Silver City owned or leased over twenty DC-3's but few photos exist. This set of repaints depict seven of those aircraft. Requires default Douglas DC-3.

Germany Marine, PANAVIA TORNADO Download

File Description:
The Panavia Tornado is a family of twin-engine combat aircraft, which was jointly developed by the West Germany, United Kingdom and Italy. There are three primary versions of the Tornado; the Tornado IDS (Interdictor/Strike) fighter-bomber, the suppression of enemy air defences Tornado ECR (Electronic Combat/Reconnaissance) and the Tornado F.3 (only United Kingdom) a air fefence variant. It is one of the world's most sophisticated and capable interdiction and attack aircraft, with a long range, large payload and high survivability. Developed and built by Panavia, a tri-national consortium consisting of MBB of West Germany, British Aerospace, and Alenia Aeronautica of Italy. The Tornado first flew on August 14, 1974, and saw action with the RAF and AMI (Italian Air Force) in the Gulf War (Operation Desert Storm). International co-operation continued after its entry into service within the Tri-National Tornado Training Establishment, a tri-nation training and evaluation unit operating from RAF Cottesmore, England. Including all variants, 992 aircraft were built for the three partner nations and Saudi Arabia (first export customer). Demoversion with banners. FS2002 Val-U-Prop Plane and Panel Download

File Description:
FS2002 Val-U-Prop Douglas DC-3 Plane and Panel Val-U-Prop is a (fictional) rogue airline based in Bloomington, Indiana, that flies everything from VIPs to sheep manure anyplace and anytime. VP's motto is "No job too small; No fee too large," and our DC-3's and DC-6's can be seen hedge-hopping into various obscure airports throughout the USA. Based on the lovely DC-3 Pluna by Daniel Gazzano, this aircraft is a re-paint of the fabulous DC-3 OH-LCH by Jan Visser, Erik Ellis, Roy Chaffin, Ian Roper and Bill Rambow, to which FS2002 lights have been added. Panel includes everything on main panel, except for GPS, so there is no tabbing. (Default pop-up radio stack is also included.) Panel is based on photographs by Bill Blanchard (lower panel) and Shawn Clark (upper). The very aluminal wing views were shot by Thomas Andre Hjelmen, and the 1930s cabin was photographed by Ben Wang and is populated with various VIPs. All of this brought to you by Val-U-Prop - where WE VAL-U-YOU! By James Underwood

Orbiter *.msh File Export / Import Tool for Gmax and 3DSMax v1.2 Download

File Description:
Version 1.2 of the .msh file export/import tool for gmax and 3DSMax. New in this version:

  • reorganised the 3 scripts into one script defining 2 utilities with their own rollouts, feature for saving to a file or dumping to Listener is now selectable through radio buttons, the script should now be placed in the scriptsstartup directory of gmax/3DSMax and can then be used via the MAXScript rollout in the Utilities tab
  • grouped objects are now exported correctly, group objects are skipped, also nested groups should work
  • all objects with transparent materials assigned (opacity < 100) are now placed at the end of the mesh file
  • new feature for rotating the mesh by 90 degrees around x on import/export this makes it easier to edit models in gmax, especially ground scenes
  • fixed a problem on importing meshes that don't specify normal vectors
  • made import more stable towards meshes that don't 100% conform to the .msh format
  • external tool "GMaxMshGrabber" for grabbing the .msh file output from the MAXScript Listener window to a file is now part of the package

Stanford Torus Space Colony v1.0 Download

File Description:
What will future space colonization realistically look like? What is it like to approach a rotating station almost 2km in diameter? The Stanford Torus is based on a design created during a 10 week program in 1975 held at NASA’s Ames Research Center and Stanford University. The project participants considered how to create a practicable permanent colony in space using existing technology at minimum cost. The habitat is over 1800m in diameter and spins at 1 rpm to provide 1g of pseudo-gravity. Package includes a scenario to fly from the ISS up to a GEO rendez-vous with Stanford, as well as documentation on the station itself. I am looking for a texture artist to do the station justice, since my textures are pretty sad. Please contact me at [email protected] if you are interested. INSTALLATION: You need Vinka's spacecraft.dll to use this add-on. A link is provided in the documentation. 1. Unzip files into your Orbiter directory, preserving the directory structure in the zipfile. 2. Load up the Stanford scenario in the Stanford directory in the Orbiter start window. 3. Enjoy the trip!

Active ILS - Niagara International Airport KBUF Download

File Description:
As most know initiating the ILS at certain airports for AI Aircraft or User Planes is not a function at this time when using AFCAD2 if visibilty falls below 3 miles. This is do to the somewhat complex XML code that has to be written for NAVAIDS and then the compiling into a bgl file. If you add a new ILS runway to an airport such as KBUF (rwy 32) only the user aircraft can use this runway when visibility falls below 3 miles if a GPS/LDA is unavailable. ATC will no longer use 32 ILS runway for AI Traffic or User Aircraft (by default) because FS9 sees it as a visual runway and will now vector your Planes back to 5/23 ILS which is also being used as a Terminal Departure Runway. The KBUF_ILS_jv.bgl file adds all NAVAIDS for making 32 a Precision Instrument Runway by adding all the radar fixes for both the ILS/DME approach portion and the proper missed approach procedures as per current published plates for runway 32. See the readme for what's new at the KBUF airport. **** AFCAD2 included for FS9 default scenery. ****

North Haledon Lite Download

File Description:
This is Chopper Friendly scenery, folks. It wasn't designed to be flown over at 10,000 feet - although, if you like to fly heavy iron into the major New York/New Jersey airports, you'll notice that it replaces the terrain elevation of Northern New Jersey with all the hills and valleys that the default scenery left out. No, this is interactive scenery. Built to be explored low and slow. Want to perfect your landing skills in a huge playground of rooftops, irregular terrain, and tight spaces? This is the place. You won't find any unlandable surfaces or false crashes here - just hundreds of places to touch down ranging from beginner, through expert, to downright sick! This is the lite version, designed for people who are having trouble with the frame rates of the full version. I've thinned out the houses and trees, and removed the buildings South of Oldham Pond - but managed to keep most of the interesting places to land. In the tests I've done, there was about a 20 percent frame rate increase on average compared to the full version, with nearly a 45 percent increase in the most framerate-hostile areas.

America West Airlines Boeing 757-200 'Arizona' Download

File Description:
The historical Project Opensky or POSKY Boeing 757-200 has another paint to add to it's long list. This time it is that of the America West Arizona Special livery. This repaint is around 97% handpainted with a few photoreal elements added to ensure close to 100% accuracy and detail that is not commonly seen in the world of Flight Simulation. Nearly every pixel of these textures has either been modified or looked over in some way or form to assist in the detailing. The paint includes custom night textures, highly accurate textures that were compared to a long line of real photos of the aircraft, custom wing textures with fuselage reflection, dirt, shading and several other things that you would find on the other thousands of high quality paints available online. Paint and model have been tested with success in Flight Simulator X, however, it was mainly tested in Flight Simulator 2004 and I cannot guarantee the same results of throwing it into FSX. This is a complete package with model, virtual cockpit model, effects and virtual cockpit gauges so no other files should be required.
