Flight Assistant 1.1

File Description:
FS 2002 Flight Assistant is a program for flight enthusiasts that provides a virtual co-pilot. You can give commands using a microphone which the co-pilot executes then. For example, one could give the command "flaps up", and then the flaps will be raised automatically. Furthermore, the co-pilot responds to your commands, so that you receive a confirmation. The program is nearly fully configurable. You are able to create new commands and even to edit the existing ones. (Needs Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 Runtime and Microsoft Speech (SAPI) 5.1!) New in version 1.1: A "power" key that lets the PC only recognize commands when you press and hold down a certain key; an enhanced error handling; extended readme.

Tahiti Afcad V.2

File Description:
Tahiti Afcad files and flight plans for FS 2002. Here is five afcad files for the following scenery Tahiti International-NTAA, Bora Bora-NTTB, Raiatea-NTTR, Huahine-NTTH and Moorea-NTTM made by Bill Melichar use them with Lee Swordy's AFCAD program. I have hangered some aircraft and also put new taxi paths on the runways so the aircraft takeoff down the middle of the runway. Also include are afcad files for Anaa-NTGA,Hao-NTTO and Nuku-Hiva-NTMD these are as FS2002 standard airport scenery. Also I have made up some flight plans that can be used with Traffic Tools I have included Lee Swordy's latest invention, the AF Installer, along with these files. It automatically installs each AFCAD airport file in FS2002.

LAGO LIML linate Version 2

File Description:
AFCAD file for Lago's Milan Airports Linate LIML. For use with Runways 36R/18L. Optimized for use with flight One Ultimate Traffic. The default FS AI traffic should also work. All parking, runways and taxiways are corrected for Lago's LIML. This is version 2 of my AFCAD for Lago's LIML. My first AFCAD file works fine except I found a few things that could be improved. I have learnt a few tricks to make it look more realistic in the way it works in version 2. In particular traffic movements have been tweaked in version 2. More parking has been added and the accuracy of the taxiways improved. I also prioritized the gates at terminal A to be used first.

General Aviation AI Generator 3.2

File Description:
GA AI Generator is a program for FS2002 and Traffic Tools that can be used to build your own personalized random flight plans for general aviation aircraft, that are much more realistic than the default ones in FS. The flight plans are more complicated: you can choose between daily or weekly flight plans. Weekly plans will generate different flights for every day of the week. The aircraft will also no longer fly between just two airports and will also no longer fly at night and will have proper registration numbers for the country they fly in. All data can be modified to suit your wishes: it is easy to add, delete or modify airports or aircraft or change the parameters.

Stewart Is - Ryan Creek

File Description:
Ryan Creek Airfield Complete NZRC © Airport,Afcad files and flight plans for FS 2002 by Robert Bakhuis - [email protected] Microsoft left out Ryan Creek Airfield, Stewart Island when it made FS2002. It is a well use commercial airfield so here it is very simple as it is in real life. Southern Air operate two BN-2 Britten Norman Islanders and has access to a Cessna 185 to maintain daily regular scheduled flights from Invercargill to Stewart Island. There are a minimum of three scheduled flights per day. However, the number of flights increases on demand through the busy summer season, the current record held being 33 return flights in one day. Also inclued is the afcad and flight plans files for Ryan Creek.

McDonnell DouglasMD-83 (Default - Flyable) Update

File Description:
This update was designed for FS users who downloaded the "Flyable default MD-83", available at Simviation and AVSim (filename: md83_flyable.zip). A small bug was noticed when the user loads the MD-83 in FS2004 and no checklists are available on the Electronic Kneeboard when striking the F10 key. It happened because the checklists provided in that ZIP file were in HTML extension, and the FS2004 Electronic Kneeboard can only handle files with HTM extension. So, now these are updated checklists, with some more information added in the "Reference Data" page, and both files are now in HTM extension. The FS2002 MD-83 checklists don't need update and are working fine. This is an update only. You need the "md83_flyable.zip" file to use this update.

World of AI - Aircraft Visibility Update

File Description:
This release will enable all WoA aircraft to be invisible in the aircraft selection menu. It will update the air files for the WoA aircraft that are currently visible in the aircraft selection menu, and by doing so they put an additional load on FS on start-up. To prevent this please install this file. Install this package directly to your FS9/Aircraft Directory. Then allow to overwrite the .air files by selecting "yes to all" and you will be all set to go afterwards.

This file is NOT usable with the World of AI Installer, you have to unzip the file and install manually. Then read the readme and unzip the file in your Flightsimulator 9/Aircraft directory.

A complete remapping of Mount Rainier National Park in Washington State. Based upon commercial topographic maps, the designed scenery includes, every hiking trail drawn in meticulous detail including every real life switchback; every lake and small alpine pond 20 feet in diameter and over, modified landclass of alpine, forest & rock; every perennial and many intermittent creeks, all steams and rivers (many braided), a complete glacier mapping of every glacier with custom textures and ice fields on the mountain, a complete mapping of all rock faces and rock, moraine rock deposits, glacier outwash area, mudflows, roads, swamp and marsh areas. Modify Flight Sim Commander Scenery

File Description:
While by now, it has become rather simple to modify the Microsoft FS 9 Scenery, as far as navaids are concerned. This is not quite so easy with the Flight Sim Commander (FSC) Scenery, because only part of the data for FSC is read from the Flight Simulator. While another part of it is provided by Navigraph by means of their AIRAC cycles. Following the philosophy of the FSC handbook, changing parameters in this database might be a rather objectionable operation. Since only the original output of Navigraph constitutes the real world situation - on the other hand, there might exist users who like to model at least part of their surroundings according to their own perspectives. This package might help those persons to fulfill their expectations.

Parajumpers - Canadian Forces Search & Rescue

File Description:
These FX files allow you to drop a number of search and rescue paratroopers from the DC-3, JU-52, DeHaviland Otter, and the C-130. Editing the included text insert (door location) for the aircraft.cfg file will allow them to jump from any other plane of your choosing as well. I no longer have FS2002 so was unable to test this with that FS version. I wish to thank Mr. Pierino Primavesi for his kind permission in allowing me to modify the FX files he made for his Luftwaffe version of the JU-52.
