A-26C Conair C-FAGO.The A-26C c/n 28735 (AF serial 44-35456) bought by Conair Aviation Ltd. in 1972. In 1983 the plane was sold to Airspray of Canada and became Tanker 36, "Dragon Lady". Semi-photoreal textures only for the Soh Douglas A-26 Invader base pack.

This folder contains a repaint for the Douglas A-4 Skyhawk by Dino Cattaneo (IndiaFoxtEcho), in the colors of A-4Q 0668/3-A-215 (BuNo.145053) of 3. Escuadrilla Aeronaval de Caza y Ataque, Rio Grande, May 1982. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by Dino Cattaneo.

This is a repaint of the Douglas C-133A Cargomaster in the USAF scheme. The freeware Douglas C-133 Cargomaster by Tim Conrad is needed for this repaint - link provided. This repaint was tested on FSX-SE. It should work on FSX & FS2004. Textures for FS2004 users are included. Textures are 32bit DDS & DXT3 BMP. C-133A 54-0136 was assigned to the 1607th Air Transport Wing. It was with the Douglas Aircraft Company from June 1956 to August 1961. It was displayed at Edwards AFB US Armed Forces Day Open House in 1959 (see included photo). Then onto Ellington AFB in October 1962. After that, it was assigned to NASA as 928 from October 1962 to August 19, 1969, and modified for Apollo command module test drops. A total of 46 drops were made. It was repaired at TEMCO, Dallas, TX from August to October 1966, before being transferred to the 60th Military Airlift Wing at Travis AFB, California. After a satisfactory service record, it was sent to the boneyard, MASDC Arizona as CU030 on Jul 21, 1971, and was declared excess on September 7, 1971.

The airline was formed in 1948 to undertake freight and passenger charters from Liverpool (Speke) Airport. It also provided joyriding flights in a fleet of twin-engined Avro Anson aircraft. The airline acquired a number of Douglas DC-3s in the early fifties to operate seasonal tourist charters and built-up a network of scheduled services from Liverpool including flights to continental European destinations (Lourdes, Biarritz). In 1957 the airline purchased the larger four-engined Douglas DC-4 with another example purchased in 1958. The first DC-4 charter was flown on 8 January, 1958 between Liverpool and Southend with football supporters. In 1959 the airline introduced the turbo-prop Vickers Viscount aircraft for use on inclusive tour flights. In November 1963 Starways signed a co-operation agreement with British Eagle International Airlines. Operations continued unchanged though, running schedules from Liverpool to Glasgow and Heathrow. However, on 31st December 1963 Starways ceased operating and on 1st January 1964 British Eagle took over all the former Starways routes. The directors of Starways retained the aircraft and formed a separate company named Aviation Overhauls and then either sold or leased the aircraft to other operators. Requires the default Douglas DC-3.

| China Airlines 1998 AI Package |

File Description:
China Airlines had almost completely repainted the fleet by 1998, in these flightplans there is only 1 A300s left in the old livery. China Airlines rushed the repaint of their fleet as the Taiwanese flag on the old colors was not allowed in HKG after the 1997 hand over from England making Hong Kong a Chinese Territory. As such, the old colors were gone by 1998. The 737-400s were still very much active, but were very near the end of their lives with China Airlines retired by 1999 or so. The 737-400s do some regional international routes, and also high frequency KHH-TSA flights and a few TPE-KHH flights. Only 2 747-200s left, mostly flying to HND, and the A300-600R is the backbone of the fleet with a handful of A300B4s still flying. The 747SPs all were at Mandarin by 1998. At this time, and Mandarin aircraft often subbed for China Airlines 747-400s and MD-11s using the "DYNASTY" callsign. I have included an MD-11 in Mandarin colors operating China Airlines flights, I recommend you make a separate aircraft.cfg entry for the Mandarin MD-11 aircraft with the "DYNASTY" callsign and "CAL" parking code for realism. Repaints by Ranmori Scythe for the FAIB 737-400, 747-200, 747-400, FSPX MD-11, and TFS A300B4 and A300-600R are included. As a bonus, textures are also included for the FAIB 737-800(which entered the fleet in 1999) and the old colors on the FAIB 747-400(discontinued by 1997). Feel free to use the 737-400 instead of the 737-800 if you wish. All repaints were done by the very talented Ranmori Scythe and flightplans were done by the not-so-talented Chasen Richardson. Now the ATC voice can properly refer to this assortment of AI, ground vehicles, and aircraft ranging from the exotic to the mundane to the overlooked. This group has several calls for McDonnell, Pitts, Saab, and includes a few others.

Textures for Tom Gibson's Douglas DC-6A/C-118 - repainted by Manfred Meyer.
You need to download and install the latest Douglas DC-6A CB-16 base pack with model, sound and panel from the website calclassic.com.
These textures depict C-GPEG (c/n 43576), flying cargo for Willy Laserichs G-O Enterprise from Yellowknife throughout Canada's northwest. Its a former USAF C-118A and has been around a bit as the flags of all at these times visited nations attest. After civilianisation a talented young lady from Tucson painted the "Stage coach" nose art on it and in 1978 W. Laserich bought the plane. Later on she went to Northern Air Cargo of Alaska as N99330 and lost her colorful markings.

| South African Airways, Douglas C-47 (circa 1960) |

File Description:
At the end of the war a number of ex-SAAF C-47 aircraft were transferred to South African Airways. They were soundproofed, fitted out for airline service and appointed as twenty-one seater aircraft. Although built as C-47's, in their civil guise they were know as the DC-3. A total of eight DC-3's served with SAA, the last being withdrawn in 1970. This Douglas C-47A-1-DK C/N 12049 was transferred from the SAAF in 1949 and was registered as ZS-BXG and given the name 'Piketberg'. It was transferred back to the SAAF in 1971 as 6887. Textures only. Prior installation of Manfred Jahn's outstanding FS2004 Douglas C-47 Base Pack is required. Repaint by Andre Reimers.

This is repaint of Korean National Airlines Douglas DC-4 of late 1950s.
This colour scheme was used by Korean National Airlines (former National Airline of Korea and Mother company of Korean Air). KNA's DC-4 was first used in International flights to Japan and Hong Kong via Taiwan (Also flew direct routes to Hong Kong from Seoul) from Mid 1950s. After KNA acquired L-749 from Lockheed and most of the International flights were operated by L-749, the DC-4 were used for short haul International flights to Japan and used mainly in High capacity Domestic Routes. The Aircraft, HL-106 operated first trans-pacific flight for KNA to San Francisco. You'll need Jens B. Kristensens's Douglas DC-4 V2 to use this repaint

File Description:
The Minden-Tahoe Airport(KMEV) is a 990-acre general aviation non-towered airport. Built in 1942 as a military training base, Douglas County acquired the Airport and has operated it as a municipal airport governed by Douglas County Board of County Commissioners. The Airport serves a broad base of aviation uses from corporate to recreational flying. It is home to approximately 250 aircraft with 80,000 annual operation. It is also home to the Minden Tanker Base and the Sierra Front Dispatch Agency with primary mission of dispatching tankers to fires in the Sierra Nevada region. Scenery created with FSDS3, Rwy12, EZ Scenery, AFCAD2 and Traffic Tools2.x. Your choice of Towered or non-towered AFCAD file. See readme for details.
