File Description:
CityBird was founded in late 1996 with the slogan "The Flying Dream" as a Belgian leisure airline with a white MD-11 leased from World and two 767s(one in a white livery and one in the green livery). By 1998, there was also an MD-11 in the full CityBird green colors and 2 in full SABENA titles with Swissair stickers that was operated on behalf of those two carriers to North America and Brazil. The 737s and 2 cargo A300 did not come until the very end of 1999 and are not included in these flightplans. The airline offered 3 classes of service, "Royal Eagle" class(buisness), "Premium Flamingo(premium economy), and "Colibri" class(economy). There was an interesting Just Planes\World Air Routes flight in the cockpit video made about this carrier, if that interests you. Michael Pearson has painted the fleet, the FAIB 767-300 is on Avsim as "faib_767-300_ctb.zip" and the FSPX MD-11 as "fspx_md-11_ctb.zip". Alternatively, Eduardo Villanueva has repainted the fleet on FS2004 native models on Avsim as "citybird_fleet.zip". Flightplans by Chasen Richardson. Part of the 1998 Flight Simulator Project. | Coffs Harbour (YSCH), NSW, Australia |
|
File Description:
Coffs Harbour Regional Airport (YSCH) FS2004
********************************************
Coffs Harbour airport, located roughly halfway between Sydney and Brisbane on the East coast of Australia, is owned and operated by Coffs Harbour Council. They took over the airport in the early nineties and after a massive expansion plan including widening the runway to handle jets up to a Boeing 767 and building a new terminal at a cost of $4 million dollars. This terminal was opened in November 2000 and should handle the expanding traffic for the next 10 years. At present over 200,000 passengers pass through the terminal.
The scenery re-creates the entire airport for FS2004 including the new terminal, old terminal, all of the ga hangars, flying school, airport tower and many more structures. All modelling was carried out using textures from photographs taken on site to ensure an authentic result. In addition the harbour at Coffs Harbour has been modelled as well as Mutton Bird Island that was missing completely in the default. To conserve frame rates the harbour has not been fully detailed but is accurate in placement and looks realistic on an approach to runway 21.
AFCAD file and traffic tools file is included to populate the airport with additional AI traffic. Also contains three sample flights, which can be selected from the flight simulator select flight menu.

File Description:
MEGA Maldives Airlines has introduced a Boeing 737-800 aircraft to its fleet as part of its fleet modernization drive. The aircraft is just over 4 years old with 12 business class seats and 156 economy class seats with the latest Boeing Sky interior and new extra fuel saving “split scimitar†winglets. It is part of an overall strategy for the airline to update and re-structure its fleet over the next year. The aircraft will support MEGA’s plans for increased connectivity between the Maldives and short to medium range markets. This includes India and Sri Lanka, with new routes starting within the 4th quarter. MEGA also plans to restart its Kuala Lumpur and Jeddah routes, although these routes will operate primarily on larger 767 aircraft in MEGA’s existing fleet. he new B737 aircraft is wet-leased from Czech operator Travel Services, but will fly in the MEGA Maldives Airlines colours and livery and MEGA Maldives cabin crew will service the flight onboard. This is the third time MEGA has wet-leased an aircraft from Travel Services. Furthermore, in support of the national drive to increase tourism, the aircraft also sports the “Maldives – sunny side of life†logo prominently. File Description:
PETER JAMES' EZCAM .CAM FILES AS OF 3-25-10. I have made some great cams to share based on the new
Flight1 EZDOK software. Installation is a snap. Just copy these into your EZDOK root directory and you're
ready to go! As a real commercial pilot with over 7500 hours flying time, I can assure you these cams
give you the most realistic virtual cockpit views possible. I base this on proper seat position, as
well as a zoom level I have been fiddling with since the beginning of FSX.
I have here cams for the A319 by Project Airbus, the Default A321, default Beaver, the 739 by Ariane, the LDS 767-300ER,
and the great free biplane (Tigermoth) by ORBIX ...Whether you own the two payware products or not
does not matter. These cams will work well on any similar aircraft. Just use the EZDOK interface to import these cams,
and then you can edit them for any plane you want. The real thing I did was take the default cams that came with EZDOK and dampen
out the touchdown head wobble...but that's about it. I am still learning all the tweaks available
with vibrational effects, but have gotten good at setting up 9 viewpoints for each virtual cockpit
included... when you run the EZDOK interface you'll see the titles and number key for each position.
Enjoy!

| KSNA, John Wayne-Orange County Airport |
|
Images related to this file:
File Description:
John Wayne Airport (IATA: SNA, ICAO: KSNA, FAA LID: SNA) is an airport in an unincorporated area in Orange County, California, with its mailing address in the city of Santa Ana, which is also the county seat, hence the International Air Transport Association (IATA) airport code. The main entrance to the airport is off of MacArthur Blvd in Irvine, the city that abuts the airport from the north and east. Newport Beach and Costa Mesa form the southern and western boundaries, respectively, together with a small unincorporated area along the Corona del Mar (73) Freeway. Santa Ana lies just north, not actually touching the airport directly. Originally named Orange County Airport, the county Board of Supervisors renamed it in 1979 to honor the actor John Wayne, who resided in neighboring Newport Beach and died that year. It also became the first airport to be named after an entertainer.
The main runway, at 5,701 feet (1,738 m), is one of the shortest of any major airport in the United States, resulting in most passenger aircraft operating from the airport to be no larger than the Boeing 757. However, some larger cargo aircraft, such as the FedEx A310/300, fly from SNA. Some gates are built to handle planes up to the size of a Boeing 767, which can operate with payload/fuel load restrictions. No wide-body passenger aircraft are currently in scheduled service at the airport.

| General Electric CF6-80C2 Complete Sound Suite |

File Description:
After a long hiatus due to payware obligations and a lack of spare time, I'm back with a bang. Over the course of the last few years or so I have slowly worked on CF6 sounds mainly for personal use. Over time I ended up with something that I knew I just had to share with the Flight Sim community. This is a complete all in one download for all CF6-80C2 powered aircraft. Having spent countless amounts of flights on CF6-80C2 powered A300-600s and 767s I can swear by the authenticity of this work. Additionally I have spent hours on end listening to sound clips and watching videos of CF6 powered aircraft. The quality and accuracy of these sounds will absolutely blow you away! I have included 2 specific soundsets for a wide variety of CF6-80 powered aircraft. One for the CF6-80C2A series that covers the A300-600 and A310 and another for the CF6-80C2B & D series for 767-200ER/300/400, 747-400, MD-11, Air Force 1 & C5 Galaxy M aircraft. All sounds are in full uncompressed Stereo and Mono PCM quality and have been expertly edited, mixed and compiled by myself. You will not encounter distortion or phasing issues, and because of this, these sounds are fully compatible with FSX even without soundcones. Remember, payware doesn't automatically mean better! So turn up the volume and bass and let these sounds immerse you to an all new level!!

Images related to this file:
File Description:
Ft. Worth Alliance Airport opened in 1989 and was billed as the world's first purely industrial airport. It is located around 14 miles North of the central business district of Ft. Worth and is also nearby the Dallas/Ft. Worth International Airport (KDFW). The airport serves general aviation, corporate jet, cargo, and military air traffic on a daily basis and it's proximity to the Texas Motor Speedway (only a few miles) brings extra dense traffic on race weekends. The airport is home to the American Airlines 777 and 767 maintenance base, FedEx Southwest Regional Sort Hub, Bell-Helicopter Training Center, DEA Air Operations Center and DynCorp International. Sadly the American Airlines maintenance base is set to close at the end of 2012 but is being kept alive in FSX!
This scenery features custom 3d buildings and objects bringing you a very accurate rendition of Ft. Worth Alliance Airport. Requires FSX Acceleration for the all scenery objects to display correctly.
Note: These files MUST be installed for the scenery to work correctly (otherwise there will be missing scenery objects at the airport):
