KD-RDF Radio Direction Finder

File Description:
ADF navigation was preceeded by LF receivers with manually swung directional loop antennas. They provided essentially the same information, but required more operator intervention, and had an 180 degree ambiguity as well. This gauge comprises a loop navigation system simulating the manually swung loops of the 1930's. It includes the gauges and documentation to replace the ADF with a simulated manually steered loop antenna for those who may wish to simulate the very early Radio Navigation flights. This gauge can be used in conjunction with the Radio Range add-on. While designed for the DC-3, this gauge can be used with any aircraft from the 1930s era. Ice Gauge for FSX as Pop Up Window

File Description: This is the Pop Up Window version for the "Ice Gauge for FSX and FS9" by Charles Owen, and with updated graphic. This allows the gauge to be used with any aircraft. Typical use would be to place the pop up on a second monitor, or it can be resized to fit out of the way on your main monitor. This gauge is provided as a way of making winter flying in the sim a little more realistic. This Pop Up version is intended for FSX, but may also work with FS9 (untested). Canadair Regional Jet (CRJ)

File Description:
One more panel for the terrific POSKY CRJ-200. Parts of Chris Alevritis' original bitmap were used and reworked to compliment and maintain compatibility with the CRJ VC. Also included are Eric Marciano and Jorge Salas' radar gauge, Ike Slack's Honeywell repackaging of the default GPS, a few files from the FPDA group, and a gauge by Christian Koegler. Panel uses primarily default gauges and requires Pete Downson's FSUIPC version 2.83 or later.

Takeoff / Vspeeds

File Description:
This FS2004 gauge calculates / displays / callsout the Vspeeds (V1,Vr,V2), Gear- and configuration warnings during takeoff. The Vspeeds are calculated based on the actual aircraft's weight and flaps position, with a correction for temperature and pressure altitude. It can be adapted to any aircraft by simply editing the .xml gauge with Notepad, entering the Vspeed values (at high and low weight) for your aircraft. Instructions and examples are included.
