The Airbus A380 is a doubledecker, four-engined airliner manufactured by Airbus S.A.S. It first flew on April 27, 2005 from Toulouse, France. Commercial flights should begin in 2006 after 15 months of testing. During much of ist development, the aircraft was known as the Airbus A3XX. The A380 is now the largest passenger airliner, topping the Boeing 747, which was the largest for 35 years. However, the Antonov An-225 retains the record of being the world's largest commercial aircraft. The media has termed the A380 a "superjumbo", with some comparing it to Howard Hughes's Spruce Goose. The first A380 prototype was unveiled during a ceremony in Toulouse, France, on January 18, 2005. Its manufacturer's serial number is 001, and is registered as F-WWOW. The new Airbus will initially be sold in two versions: the A380-800, carrying 555 passengers in a three-class configuration or up to 800 passengers in a single-class economy configuration. Expected range for the -800 model is 8,000 nautical miles (14,800 km). The second model, the A380-800F dedicated freighter, will carry 150 tons of cargo 5,600 miles (10,400 km). Airbus made the cockpit layout, procedures and handling characteristics similar to those of other Airbus aircraft to reduce crew training costs. The Lockheed Hudson was an American-built light bomber and coastal reconnaissance aircraft built initially for the Royal Air Force shortly before the outbreak of the Second World War and primarily operated by the RAF thereafter. The Hudson was the first significant aircraft construction contract for the Lockheed Aircraft Corporation—the initial RAF order for 200 Hudsons far surpassed any previous order the company had received.[1][2][3] The Hudson served throughout the war, mainly with Coastal Command but also in transport and training roles as well as delivering agents into occupied France. They were also used extensively with the Royal Canadian Air Force's anti-submarine squadrons and by the Royal Australian Air Force.

This folder contains a repaint for the Bleriot XI by Wings42 in the colors of Bleriot XI-2 F-AZPG, a replica Bleriot XI, based with the Amicale Jean-Baptiste Salis in La Ferte Alias in France. Adolphe Pégoud, whose name is on the wings, was a French pilot and flight instructor who became the first fighter ace in WW1. He was the first pilot to make a parachute jump from an airplane, and was the second pilot to fly a loop. He died when he was shot down by one of his prewar German students on 31 August 1915 at the age of 26. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom

File Description:
This folder contains a repaint for the Supermarine Spitfire Mk.IX by Real Air. It shows Spitfire Spitfire IXc BR143 SZ-S of RAF 316 (Polish) squadron based at RAF Notholt, 1943. This particular aircraft, then registered SZ-Q, was shot down over the North Sea near Belgium on the 17th of June 1943. The pilot, Fl/Lt Stefan Stegam was killed. The squadron had been escorting a force of 23 Blenheims on a raid near Bethune in France, and although the raid was a succes and all of the Blenheims returned to thier base, the escort was attacked by FW-190's. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by RealAir.

| RAF "R S Tuck" Supermarine Spitfire (BL336) |

File Description:
This repaint is for the A2A Wings of Power III Spitfire Mk IIb. Representing the Spitfire Mk V BL336 flown by Wng Cdr Roland Robert Stanford Tuck. It is coded with the initials RS o T, which was an honour accorded to Wing Commanders and above. It also displays his final tally of 29 victories on the fuel tank cover. On 28 January 1942, while on a low-level fighter sweep "Rhubarb" mission over northern France, his Spitfire was hit by enemy ground-based flak near Boulogne and he was forced to crash land. He was captured by the very German troops he had been firing upon. He later escaped, on 1st February 1945.
