Raleigh-Durham International Airport (KRDU) AFCAD

File Description:
The AFCAD file, named KRDUBB_109985_gatenum.txt, is a revised version of Boyd Barker's FS2002 facility file for the Raleigh-Durham International Airport near the cities of Raleigh and Durham, North Carolina. Boyd Barker's original AFCAD file adds as many gates as possible to the airport. The gates in the orginal AFCAD files are logically labeled, but did not reflect their real-world equivalent. The goal was to add 'life' to the airport, not recreate an exact replica of the real thing. This revised version includes corrected gate numbers based on info. from the RDU airport's web site, www.rdu.com

Updated Aerostar 'Spirit of Kai Tak'

File Description:
I have been asked to also upload the custom cockpit panel which I have designed (thanks to Harald Scheidl for the Yoke gauge, which I have modified for the Aerostar Yoke). I designed the panel using CFG Edit and there are some problems with it (mainly the selection of altitudes and direction when using the autopilot), which is why I have reverted to a standard Beech Baron setup for the FS2004 version of the aircraft. If anyone can suggest fixes to me for these problems, I would love to hear from them. In the meantime, you can use the panel as is.

Ju-52 BFU Float Fix

File Description:
For those of you who have downloaded and installed BOTH the float and wheeled version of the Bush Flying Unlimited Ju-52, there is a small error in the aircraft.cfg file that allows only the wheeled version to be selected in the flight sim. Opening this file with Notepad, edit the line "title=Junkers Ju-52 BFU" to "title=Junkers Ju-52 BFU Float". This will eliminate the problem by eliminating the existence of dual identical titles; an FS no-no! You don't even have to download the edited aircraft.cfg file; just follow these instructions. My apologies for the inconvenience.

777/A330 Soundpack upgrade

File Description:
This file is an UPGRADE ONLY to upgrade the existing 777/A330 sound package as there was a problem with the reverse thrust on some aircraft. The other sounds in this file have been tweaked as the originals were a bit too loud and the cfg file has been modified too. Hopefully, this upgrade will solve all the problems that have been experienced. Please forget about the 777/A330 Sound fix, just download this file and follow the instruction in the readme file. Sorry for the inconvenience but I do make mistakes once in a while.

NWA Boeing 727-200

File Description:
The brilliant Vistaliners 727-200 in nwa's new colours. The Aircraft isn't in new colours in the real World, but the Aircraft looks quite good. I've made sure to put in all the shine and dirt effects which have come out quite well. The Aircraft is dirty but a shine has been put throught the fuse. All hand-painted meaning no blurs. The aircraft has all of the special effects such as animated surfaces and opening cargo/passenger doors. You will need the Vistaliners 727 base package which can be gotten elsewhere. I would suggest going to Virtual Eastern Airlines. (www.evair.com)

A big project of many hours of work.This is a typical High School, where the young people can obtain the formation to go to the University later...There are more than 14000 polygons, 70 high resolution textures and a lot of patience to obtain good results. Obviously, the trees, cars and some other objects that you can see in the screenshots are not inluded in the present FSE object. The object is as you can see in the FSDS 2 screen capture. This is a very aproximate representation of the place where I've been working the last three years...

Australian Lighthouses - Part 1 - Queensland

File Description:
Around Australia's coastline there are over 350 lighthouses. I received a suggestion a month ago asking if I would do the locations of the lighthouses down the coast of New South Wales and when I did a bit of research I thought, why not do the whole 36,735 kilometres around Australia? So here is the first chapter - the lighthouses that dot the Queensland coast, from the tip of Cape York to the border at Coolangatta, about 30 in all. Note that only the default Flight Simulator items are used; there is no requirement for any third-party objects.

Swiss International Air Lines Airbus A340-642

File Description:
This is the Commercial Level Simulations A340-600 in the colours of Swiss International Air Lines. Their predecessor Swissair was one of the launch customers for the A340-600, yet they couldn't take up any of the aircraft they ordered due to their bankruptcy. This particular A340 is registered as HB-JMN (following the registration sequence of the A340-300s Swiss has in real life) and is named after the Swiss mountain Fletschhorn. This is a textures only pack. For more information on how to install and to purchase the CLS A340-600, please read the included readme.
