This is a stand alone update. You do not need the previous versions of panel.
This is the final update to my earlier 700 panel. Few more features added.
Also included is a minipanel.
Almost all gauges are XML designed for this panel.
List of new features in the description file. This is a Southwest configuration.

Special thanks to Thierry Pujol for his authorization to use some of his TPU_Dhc6_gauges already built before. I did my best to program engine gauges working for several Twin Otter made by different "virtual aicraft manufacturer".

Includes custom (longer) high-altitude
contrail, custom start-up smoke puffs
with several minutes of "heat" shimmer,
and 2D/3D panel lamps for afterburner
operation. Uses manual installation with
all new filenames.

Bgl2Xml is a scenery file (bgl) decompiler for FSX and FS9. This is version 1.3.7 and contains the latest command line and GUI versions. 1.3.7 allows the optional extraction of model files and automatically identifies the compiler version (FS9 or FSX) used to create the file and produces XML to match that compiler.
Uses the most up to date decompiling engine available.

Fuel Dump Gauges for FS9 and FSX
Two gauges to allow XML gauge programmers to implement customized fuel dump and load procedures. One uses FSUIPC and will work in both FS9 and FSX. The other uses the FSX SP2 version of SimConnect and does not require FSUIPC. Operation is much simplified from previous versions of this gauge. Freeware.
