Tampa General Aviation Airports Download

File Description:
Tampa General Aviation Airports for FS9 Tampa has three General Aviation Airports: Tampa Executive Airport, Peter O. Knight Airport and Plant City Municipal Airport. They are operated by the Hillsborough Aviation Authority, in addition to Tampa International Airport. All three airports are represented in this package. The airports were made using Aircraft Design Editor. This program was produced by Scruffyduck Software. I also wish to thank John B. Loney who has kindly consented to allow me to use the buildings and textures from his original release of Peter O. Knight Airport in 2005. This is the first version of KPCM designed over and above the original FS9 stock airport. Here is a list of the scenery objects used in Tampa Executive and Plant City Muni: DB Parkinglots ez-extra-objects ga hangars ss vol vol 2 v1 ga hangars ss v3 large hangars ss v2 loney's buildings loney's hangars and buildings loney's hangars and buildings2 warehouse airport vehicles You must have these objects installed in a folder in your FS9 Addon Scenery folder You may download these from AVSIM and Flightsim.com John Loney's Objects may be downloaded from www.lfssd.net

Library Object Manager Download

File Description:
Library Object Manager is a utility designed to manage your collection of FS9 library objects. It does not work with API Macros (API Manager from ScruffyDuck Software can do that). Functions include importing object information from FS9 library bgl files; from SBuilder, RWY12 and EZ-Scenery. Categorizing objects by user defined category, by library name and by author. Exporting object information so that it can be used by SBuilder, RWY12, Object Placer XML, EZ-Scenery, and SceneGenX. Creating library files from your collection of .mdl objects. A quick placement function to allow you to place objects into your scenery for testing, creating thumbnails etc. A more extensive object placement program (Scenery Maker) which is similar in concept to RWY12 and Object Placer XML. This program is currently in Beta and further developments are planned. It may therefore not work entirely as expected although it has been tested by a number of kind and helpful users. LOM Requires Mirosoft dotNET Framework 2.0; bglxml.exe from Alessandro G. Antonini; FSUIPC from Pete Dowson for the scenery creation function to work; and bglcomp from Microsoft (included in this package). PLEASE read the included manuals before using the program. Support is available from my website www.scruffyduck.plus.com.

Monterey Academy CA66 California Scenery Download

File Description:
This is a scenery upgrade for Monterey Academy Airstrip, California (CA66). This is part Seven of a series of small airstrip and minor airfield scenery enhancements which are based on real world data from Google Earth. Changes to default include an AFCAD file that covers some of the buildings that seem to be associated with the airstrip, Landclass change to reflect the fact that the strip lies in agricultural ground rather that the scrubland the default has it in. Note that the buildings are used to appear the same as they do from directly above rather than a genuine representation of what is probably there. So from ground level it will look a lot different to the real thing should you be familiar with it! This is due to the limited number of buildings available ATM. Also My screenshots are using Flight1 Ground Environment textures, so your land may look different if you have the default terrain. Thanks to Jon "Scruffyduck" Masterson for tutorials on LC and scenery design. Built using EZ_Scenery, Lee Swordy's AFCAD and SBuilder. You must have rwy12 and EZ scenery libraries installed for the buildings to show, both libraries of objects are free EZ Library is available from this URL http://www.abacuspub.com/pub/AbacusEZLibraries.exe rwy12 from Avsim and additional EZ Custom libraries from Avsim also, search under Scenery design.

FS Flight Builder Download

File Description:
New version: Updated installer and auto-update functionality along with chart downloaded changes to support browser updated security measures. FS Flight Builder is a utility for general aviation flying that will build flight files for FSX (flt), FSX Steam Edition (flt), and Prepar3D (fxml) based on waypoints and other data either entered manually or imported from SkyVector using the Plain Text Link information. Among other things, you can select your starting position, aircraft, and VFR or IFR flight plan. One of the most interesting features of the application is that it will include a Briefing file, added to the aircraft's built-in kneedboard, that will include departure and destination airport information (runways, frequencies, weather, and charts) as well as navigation frequencies along the route. Have you ever started up flight simulator and wondered “where do I want to go today”? The new Destination Chooser functionality can help to solve that problem. The screen allows you to enter your departure airport and choose various parameters for your destination (like min and max distance, tower availability, ILS availability, runway length requirements, etc.). How to install: *************** Run Setup.exe and simply follow the installation wizard. When you run the application for the first time (make sure your flight simulator is not running), it will build the database from your flight sim data. Be patient. It could take a few minutes. It will attempt to locate your flight sim folder and flight plan folders automatically. If it can't find them, however, you'll need to select them from the options menu. IMPORTANT! Because FS Flight Builder saves to your Flight Sim directories, it MUST be run in Administrator mode. To do this, right-click on the desktop icon, select the Compatibility tab, and check the Run as administrator checkbox. IMPORTANT! The airport and navaid databases for FS Flight Builder are built using Peter Dowson's excellent Make Runway utility and the equally excellent BGL2XML utility from ScruffyDuck Software. The links to these utilities are below. They must be added to the main FSX or Prepar3D folder. Peter Dowson's website: http://www.schiratti.com/dowson.html ScruffyDick Software website: http://www.scruffyduck.org/bgl2xml/4584282773 It's also important to note that Version 1.7 of BGL2XML is required for Prepar3D V3 and higher.
