This document is an attempt to brief, (with as simple words as possible but with a touch of professionalism also), all FlightSimmers who are interested on Atlantic Crossing procedures. Weather, FlightPlans, Fuel Requirements, RVSM, MNPS, OTS, NAT Tracks, NARs, Re-release Procedure and almost anything related to Cross Atlantic Flights is discussed. An example of a Real-life Olympic Airways flight from KJFK to LGAV helps the reader understand the procedures. Also, useful links and voice samples of real HF Communications are included in this pdf tutorial to get the feeling of "As Real As it Gets". Written by real life pilots, Michikian Krikor (Olympic Airways A340-300 pilot and Vatsim Member) and Vangelis Hassiotis (Private Pilot and Vatsim Europe Instructor).

File Description:
This gauge has been developed for the FSX Flight Simulator SP2 or SP1. It should also work with Acceleration but this is not guaranteed by the author.The functionality for this gauge is based on the Honeywell C81A system. The gauge will provide resolution advisories (TA or RA) to the pilots via recorded voice announcements once the aircraft is in danger of a collision with an intruder. The gauge is a generic gauge, and can be added to any aircraft as a stand alone pop up window. This particular gauge is available in 3 color options for the display body and the control panel. They are gray, light gray and beige.
For installation and operational instructions, please read the documentation inside the zip file.

File Description:
Another A2A C172R repaint, although N904CP is actually an "S" model. N904CP is an ex-CAP aircraft (KBHM) that was damaged on the ground in the 2011 storms that rolled through Alabama. The replacement wings and empennage were taken from another ramp-damaged C172SP, N2446F (Sky Mavs Flight Academy in Fort Worth).
The repaired N904CP is now based out of KAUS, part of the Above and Beyond Aviation training fleet, but still bears the "Skymavs" academy logo on the vertical stab.

Replacement AFCAD file for Brussels-National airport. CAUTION: file to be used ONLY for Robert Buysen freeware scenery (http://users.pandora.be/robert.buysen.fs2000.pages), not for default FS9 airport!!! All gates assigned with real airlines operating to and from Brussels; Schengen and non-Schengen terminals A and B, remote aprons, DHL cargo apron, Brucargo apron, and Melsbroek military ramp.
Note that all the gates are not exactly positioned according to real GPS positions, but is matching to its best the available scenery...

| KLM Lockheed L-188 Electra - 1963 |

File Description:
In 1959, KLM began operating the Lockheed L-188 Electra; this paint scheme, featuring distinctive diagonal stripes on the vertical stabilizer, was in use in 1963. Later revisions of this livery saw these stripes going horizontally, and the replacement of the old crown logo with the same crown logo that is in use on KLM's aircraft today.
Textures only! To use this paint job, you MUST have Mike Stone's L-188 Electra installed, which you can download from his homepage at http://www.pmstone.com.

File Description:
The 1960's designed SD14 cargo ship of 14,600dwt, was a replacement for the WW2 Liberty type ships still prevelent into the 50/60's. (These ships came just before containerisation hit mainstream freight forwarding, although some were later converted to take general cargo in holds, plus a limited number on containers on the maindeck, alongside the hatches, with others were stacked,usually 2 high, on the hatch covers.) High polygon model, 5,295. Model features closed hatches, with derricks raised.

This is a small but important correction to the README files in the folder RED ARROWS DOCUMENTS shipped with REDPACK.ZIP, REDPACK4.ZIP and REDPACK7.ZIP. Sound guru Mike Hambly's files were included in the soundset REDPACK5.ZIP and he was not credited. He should have been, he is now, and apologies are due. Please drop these replacement README files into the relevant folder or, if you followed previous download instructions, simply unzip this zip file to your main FS2002 folder. By Mark Beaumont.

File Description:
FS2002/FS2004 Air South Boeing 737-200, reg N4510W, as seen in 1995. Air South flew to places such as Miami, Jacksonville, and Norfolk.
This repaint was requested by an ex-pilot of Air South :-) It features photoreal parts, such as the engines and logos. Repainted by Darren Boon, base textures by Michael Corcoran, model by SGA/FFX. Easy-to-follow instructions included in the archive.
(This aircraft should work in FS2004, but you may need a replacement set of flight dynamics)

This is a repaint of Alphasim's excellent T-34C. These textures represent a T-34C of VFA-125, "Rough Raiders"at NAS Lemoore, CA. The VFA-125 mission is the indoctrination and training of Navy and Marine Corps personnel for carrier-borne strike fighter squadrons in all phases of F/A-18 employment and, on order, to be prepared to supply replacement aircraft and pilots to the fleet. THESE ARE TEXTURES ONLY! You need the ALPHASIM "T-34C Turbo Mentor" FSX payware package.
