The Legend of KLM
The entire KLM UK division is being removed, so all Fokker 100s in that division will join the KLM Cityhopper fleet. This means all the Fokker 100s will now wear dutch registration numbers and will now be based in Holland instead of Britain. KLM is doing everything to preserve the Fokkers, as they are slowly meeting their day of retirement.. expect to see the trusty dutch workhorses in service for at least another ten to twenty years!
KLM Cityhopper Fokker 100
This is a repaint of PH-OFH, the latest Fokker 100 to wear the KLM Cityhopper colors. I saved them as very high quality DXT3 bitmaps, with a low alpha channel for optimal realism. The superb high quality model is made by Project Fokker 100/70. For this paint to work, you must visit their site at http://fokker.avsim.net.
Times change, as well as KLM's fleet. With the whole transatlantic fleet being refreshed at the moment, KLM is undergoing big changes. But a change in big aircraft is not the only thing KLM is going through at the moment.

KRDD(Redding Municipal Airport) is located in the beautiful city of Redding Ca. Redding is a city located in Shasta County 150 mile's north of Sacramento on Interstate-5. Redding is known as a gateway for recreation for those visiting this Northern Ca. city, Lake Shasta and Mt Lassen are just a short drive out of town. As a former resident of Redding I drove past KRDD on a daily basis,on a couple of occasion's I had the opportunity to attend the annual Redding Airshow. The airshow play's host to many of aviations finest stunt pilot's as well as one of many military jet flying team's, the USN Blue Angels have been guest of the airshow many time's. The airshow still runs to this day. KRDD is also a destination city for several major and regional air carriers, HorizonAir and United Skywest are among them. This scenery I have done as a tribute to the many mile's I have put on driving past it as well as an opportunity to give it some dignity amongst the many airports in MSFS2002. This is also my first airport project I have released. My hope is that it adds to your FS2002 experience.

Ladies and gentlemen,tonight,it is the honor for me to introduce Project Opensky's " Gorgeous " Boeing 747-400 RR which I repainted ! As you know I started to trans my QF FSPainter's Boeing 747-400 RR to POSKY's Boeing 747-400 V3 RR. Today I finished. Many thanks to FSpainter to use his base texture of fuselage and my friends hiro and Karasu who check my errors of texture.
Complete with model, default panel and sound. Features include fully animated control surfaces, fully independent suspension, main gear steering, trim animation, opening passenger doors, opening cargo doors, dynamic flexing wings, animated tilting bogies, rolling wheels, animated thrust reversers, fully reflective textures ( each part has different degree of reflection based on material ), accurate flight dynamics ( accurate FDE with full profiles for wheels, tires, struts, leading/trailing struts, engine types ... Tested by real pilots.), newly re-defined individual part damage profiles, new FS2002 effects, accurate spoiler animation, detailed textures, full night lighting, visible landing lights from the cockpit, reflective cockpit windows, crash effects, transparent nav light lenses, newly re-defined individual part damage profiles. Boeing C-97 Stratofreighter for classic AI Traffic. Derived from the B-29 bomber of WWII, the C-97 served for nearly thirty years as a military/civillian transport, aerial refueler, electronic warfare, and reconnaissance aircraft; with over 900 produced of all types for military use. This model set from Dee Waldron pays homage to the operational life of this important aircraft of military history, and allows you to add it into your classic AI traffic world. This package has two main aircraft, the C-97 and the KC-97. Between them, there are a total of eight models and fourteen texture sets, representing all of the versions of this aircraft I could research. Dee did the original KC-97G/L models, and I added my limited FSDS talent to make the rest. Special thanks to Dee for allowing me to utilize his models for this project, and equal thanks to Tom Gibson of California Classic for giving them to me again when I accidentally deleted them; and for a lot of advice from both of these giants of the hobby. This is a LOD6 model, for FPS economy. Base model and original textures by Dee Waldron; model tweaks, Photoshop paint kit and all included texture repaints by Michael Pearson.

I am very proud to present to you this storied Alaska Airlines Boeing 737-490, painted to celebrate the 50th year of Alaska's statehood. This aircraft livery was the result of a statewide contest detailed on the website http://www.painttheplane.com, in which children from Alaska submitted their designs depicting their concept of Alaska. The winning design was created by a 16 year old named Hannah Hamberg from Sitka, Alaska. Her design was adapted to be painted on this aircraft by artist Mark Boyle of Teague Industrial Design of Seattle. This is a highly detailed repaint. All of the artwork and logos on this aircraft were hand painted except the Alaska Airlines logo. The repainted textures in this package are 32-bit with no mipmaps for best clarity and quality. I hope you enjoy flying this wonderful aircraft as much as I did creating it. This has been my most challenging project to date and it was a true pleasure to produce.
This is textures only install package. You must own the 50North Boeing 737-300/400/500 to enjoy this repaint.

For the next weeks, many repaints for the ISDT ATR will be released, depicting some ATR 42 and ATR 72 that were operated, or are still being operated, by Brazilian airlines. In this pack, there is a repaint of the only ATR 42 ever operated by Unex, PT-MFG, for the ISDT ATR 42 V2.0. This airline had a very short life, and only worked from 1997 to 1999. Note: both these dynamics AND the real plane do NOT have thrust reversers. It seems the USAF did not want them on their plane, despite the availability on that engine model. Anyway, don't use the thrust reverse.
A friend who's recently posted to a KC-135 squadron recently asked me to tweek the layout of the fuel tanks on Mike Stone's freeware KC-135. What I thought would be a very simple edit ended up being a full blown project that transformed how the model flies, and what kinds of payload configurations are possible.
For instance, the KC can carry either internal fuel bladders in the main cargo bay, along with full wing and fuselage fuel, or it can take reduced fuel load and take on a fair amount of cargo pallets. My edits will allow you to choose one or the other, but it's defaulting to a air refueling mission that it sees more commonly.
Once on my way, I requested and received permission from Mike Stone to share this edited dynamics, which I'm doing right now. Enjoy!

This package contains 80 new AI Ships including cruise ships, frigates, patrol vessels, LNG tankers, fishing boats, bulk carriers, and sail ships. Several of these have heli pads with hard surface and most have lights, small animations, and smoke and wake effects. This package also contains new AI shipping routes for most of the world, but in particular for the North American continent including Greenland and the Great Lakes. Ships visit among other places Toronto, Chicago, Duluth, Trois Rivieres, Vancouver, Valdez, Anchorage, Una Alaska, Boston, New York, Miami, Panama, Caracas, St.Thomas, St.Croix, Saint Martin, Natal, Fortaleza, Belem, Rio de Janeiro, Buenos Aires, Ushuaia, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Singapore, Jakarta, Wenzhou, Arkhangelsk, Murmansk, Cork, Oslo, Bergen, Lagos, Dakar, the Galapagos, Antarctica, Nuuk, Sisimut, and many more.
This package will work in both P3D and FSX. It has been tested with several freeware and payware sceneries and default. This package requires prior installation of the other ship packages by Henrik Nielsen to achieve full benefit with the more the 520 ships included in the project to date. | Nomads Travel Club 1998 |

Nomads Travel Club may be one of the most storied travel clubs in aviation history. Founded in 1961 and based in Detroit(DTW), where the airline had it's own terminal, Nomads Travel Club gave up to 10,000 adventurous members the opportunity to hop on aircraft for elaborate tours across the earth. Initially flying a DC-7C, the airline upgraded to a L-188 Electra, CV-990, 727-100, and finally 727-200 N727M in 1993 which served the club until it's demise in 2011. N727M has traveled to dozens of countries and hundreds of airports, and I was able to find good information about 2 tours flown in 1998 and represented them in these plans. The aircraft spends at least half a day at each destination except for YHZ which is just a Westbound refueling stop. As far as I could find, the airline had no callsign or codes, so I am guessing they used the registration as a callsign. There is a paint for the AIA 727-200 on Avsim as "aib722nomads.zip".Flightplans by Chasen Richardson, based on real tours flown in 1998. Part of the 1998 Flight Simulator Project. CityBird was founded in late 1996 with the slogan "The Flying Dream" as a Belgian leisure airline with a white MD-11 leased from World and two 767s(one in a white livery and one in the green livery). By 1998, there was also an MD-11 in the full CityBird green colors and 2 in full SABENA titles with Swissair stickers that was operated on behalf of those two carriers to North America and Brazil. The 737s and 2 cargo A300 did not come until the very end of 1999 and are not included in these flightplans. The airline offered 3 classes of service, "Royal Eagle" class(buisness), "Premium Flamingo(premium economy), and "Colibri" class(economy). There was an interesting Just Planes\World Air Routes flight in the cockpit video made about this carrier, if that interests you. Michael Pearson has painted the fleet, the FAIB 767-300 is on Avsim as "faib_767-300_ctb.zip" and the FSPX MD-11 as "fspx_md-11_ctb.zip".
