McDonnell Douglas F-4N Phantom II (Version 2) Download

Images related to this file:

File Description:
McDonnell Douglas F-4N Phantom II (Version 2). This is one of the most iconic military aircraft of all time, ushering in the modern age of air combat; from Asia to the Middle East; and some of the 5,057 manufactured airframes are still in active use today, after over five decades of excellent service. This revised model set is what I originally envisioned when I undertook the modification of Nick Black's F-4E source files. Numerous changes are listed in the extensive documentation with this file. This file contains early and late F-4N base models, as well as the QF-4N with its NOLO (No Live Operator) drone configuration. The three main aircraft variants include a total of 19 loadout options, and 35 repaints representing these aircraft in service with the US Navy and United States Marine Corps. I have also included a layered Photoshop paint kit for repainters. While I did not paint every squadron from every cruise or time period, I believe there is a nice spread of representation in this package. This project properly updates my comprehensive (AI traffic) history of this aircraft. I did not do this alone by any means, and all contributors that I can think of are listed in the documentation. This is the complete aircraft, with all main FS textures and effects included. Original FSDS source and paint kit by Nick Black; FDE by Mike MacIntyre, all model/paint kit modifications and repaints by Michael Pearson.

Squamish CYSE in British Columbia Canada Download

Images related to this file:

File Description:
Squamish is a town with a population of just under 20,000, located at the northern end of Howe Sound where the Squamish River reaches the sea. Howe Sound is 25 miles deep and around 10 miles northwest of downtown Vancouver. It was for years based on the surrounding timber and a pulp mill, but with the closure of the saw and pulp mills now is more tourist oriented and the escape for Vancouver residents looking for (relative) peace and quiet. The runway is 2,400 feet of asphalt aligned 14-32. The buildings are built on differing levels of terrain, and the taxiways are sloped access ramps between the levels. This, of course, cannot be replicated in FS9, but it explains what at first sight appears to be a strange layout. The buildings are fairly well replicated. This is not an airport, it is an airfield meant for summer use as there is no lighting of any sort for runway or taxiways. The AI includes both GA and the helicopter flights by the two companies with bases at Squamish, Black Tusk and Blackcomb, the latter having several bases in this area with a HQ in Whistler. If you have the Vancouver scenery by FSAddon then you will need to move some of their bgl's aside; there are screenshots so that you can see which ones I have relocated. The UT settings are optional; I have been asked for my personal preferences. If you find a defect, email me.

Zion National Park North, Cedar Breaks National Monument, Cedar City (KCDC), Utah, Photo-Scenery (FS9 & FSX) Download

Images related to this file:

File Description:
Cedar Breaks National Monument is a large amphitheater cliff in bright colors of red, orange and purple. It lies east of Cedar City in the northern region of the scenery. The cliff was formed by erosion thru wind, water and ice. Today erosion continues with a pace of about 2 inches every 5 years. Although it is called Cedar Breaks, there are no cedars growing there but juniper trees. For a scenic flight to Cedar Breaks National Monument best depart from Cedar City Regional Airport (KCDC) and head east. The scenery extends south to Zion National Park and covers a large part of Zion Canyon and the Kolob Canyons area. Zion National Park is another place where erosion of the Colorado Plateau formed the most beautiful colorful stone formations of unique and wonderful shapes. There are nine different layers of stone visible in the park. Most of them consist of sandstone. But there is also limestone, gypsum, siltstone, shale, clay and mudstone. The Virgin River cut a spectacular and famous canyon thru Zion Park that is as narrow as 20ft and up to 2000ft tall. High resolution versions of this scenery for FS9 and FSX (much sharper, but larger and multiple downloads) are available at www.blueskyscenery.com/CNY_South2West5.html . The screenies are taken from the high-res versions, so expect this version to be slightly more blurry. Thanks to Joop Mak for providing a custom AFCADs that correct airport layouts so that they align with the photo-textures! They are available here: www.blueskyscenery.com/AFCADs.html . YourDonation@Work: Dedicated to Richard, P.J. and Felix.

This is one of the most iconic military aircraft of all time, ushering in the modern age of air combat; from Asia to the Middle East; and many of the 5,057 manufactured airframes are still in active use today, after over five decades of excellent service. This model set utilized FSDS source files for Nick Black's original F-4E Phantom II 8-LOD AI model, and has been heavily modified for this project. Numerous changes are listed in the extensive documentation with this file. This file contains early, middle, and late F-4B base models, as well as the QF-4B drone variant. The four main aircraft variants include a total of six base models, 33 loadout options, and 33 paints representing these aircraft in service. I have also included a layered Photoshop paint kit for eager repainters. This project is the next part of what will hopefully be a comprehensive and fairly complete (AI traffic) history of this aircraft. I learned a lot from the first two releases, after a couple of updates and fixes; and hopefully got this one right on the first pass (we will see, lol). I did not do this alone by any means, and all contributors that I can think of are listed in the documentation. This is the complete aircraft, with all main FS textures and effects included. United/Continental Airlines Boeing 777-300ER Star Alliance (N45957) (Fictional) With the upcoming news that UAL will purchase 10 Boeing 777-300ER's as an effort to modernize their fleet, I was very excited to finally have a second -300ER America carrier. Star alliance is a great livery and I would hope that UAL considers painting one of their brand new 77Ws in this livery! Features: 1. Accurate Placement of STAR ALLIANCE text (correct positions in referenced to ANA77W Star Alliance Livery) 2. Accurate placement United Stare Alliance decals (referenced to United Continental 777-200ER Star Alliance) 3. Tail SA decals placement were made many times before I was "satisfied". 4. Studied and averaged precise grey color for engines. 5. All colors of the ribbon were sampled by more than 3 pictures. 6. Correct GE logo in Grey color on engines. 7. UAL Logo under Star Alliance in black and accurate size relative to the airplane/pictures 8. Star Alliance logo between L1/R1 door and cockpit windows 9. Line number placed at the end of L5/R5 door. 10.Flag accurate position/flipped correctly for the right side (to appear backwards) 11.Text under reg. 12.Great attention to detail and placement of decals/livery components 13.Lots of Love put in to the project as well :) PMDG 777-300ER FSX only (Expansion needed to the original PMDG 777-200LR package)
