Piper Comanche (PH-EBD) Download

Images related to this file:

File Description:
This folder contains a repaint for Piper Comanche by A2A, in the old colours of PH-EBD, which was built in 1963 (c/n 24-3361), and has been based in the Netherlands since 1965. It has recently been repainted by its new owner, based in Luxembourg, but I thought this scheme looked cooler. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by A2A.

File Description:
The program will update the FS Announcement Panel to version v2.1 Tupolev style with switches designed by Robert L. Clark. The switches look like those used in panels of Tupolev's old and modern aircraft. The panel will serve as a virtual cabin crew for your aircraft. IMPORTANT: FS Announcement Panel v2.0 is required and should be installed prior to installing the update. Panel Review: https://youtu.be/wFIFAlgzpYI

LRSB-Sibiu-v1 Download

File Description:
This scenery is an attempt to correct the runway lights, the approach lights, the taxiways, the aircraft parking and the airport lights. It also removes a building on the west end of the runway and changes the old terminal, the fire station and the control tower. This is by no means true to life, but it brings the airport a step closer to reality.

RAF Burn Download

File Description:
The Station opened in 1942 before closing in 1946, it hosted No. 431 Squadron, Royal Canadian Air Force as part of 4 Group RAF Bomber Command which formed at the airfield on 13 November 1942 flying Vickers Wellington Mark X aircraft while at Burn. On 15 July 1943 the squadron was transferred to RAF Tholthorpe and became part of No. 6 Group RCAF. The squadron was briefly joined on 31 December 1943 by 659 Squadron which moved to RAF Clifton the following day. During its use the airfield was also used by No. 10 Aircrew Holding Unit RAF. On 6 January 1944 No. 578 Squadron RAF squadron was relocated to RAF Burn from RAF Snaith. This Bomber Command squadron flew Handley Page Halifax Mk. On the night of 30 March 1944, Pilot Officer Cyril Joe Barton took off from RAF Burn in Halifax LK797 for a raid on Nuremberg, and won a posthumous Victoria Cross for valour. Shortly after flying was discontinued, the Royal Army Service Corps took over some facilities to store surplus equipment. ] Many of the buildings have been dismantled but all three runways remain intact and are used by Burn Gliding Club Ltd.

RAF Shepherds Grove - Suffolk, England Download

File Description:
RAF Shepherds Grove is a former Royal Air Force station located 9.9 miles (15.9 km) north-east of Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, England. The Station was originally built for the United States Army Air Forces (USAAF) Eighth Air Force during the Second World War. However the facility was not used by the USAAF and was opened by No. 3 Group RAF on 3 April 1944. The name came from a small copse nearby and the airfield is close to Walsham le Willows in Suffolk. It was occupied by No. 196 Squadron RAF in January 1945 as a base for Operation Varsity, supporting the Rhine crossing. Various American units occupied the station after WW2 but ended their use of the unit in December 1958. On 22 July 1956, No. 82 Squadron RAF was activated at Shepherds Grove as a Thor missile unit. Thor launching sites were built on the main airfield and became operational in 1959. The base was closed in 1966. Third party files are required - see the readme.txt for details.

Wynoochee Lake WA - (Bob's Fly-in Cabin) Download

File Description:
Wynoochee Lake WA (Bob's Fishing Cabin) - Airport ID: BOB (FSX). - - This is a fictitious fly-in lodge that I created for a quiet spot to fly into for weekend trips from the Seattle area. My cabin is located about 40 miles due south of Port Angeles, WA and about 50 miles due west of Seattle. - - Wynoochee Lake is a real location, but my scenery around the lake is fictitious. - - You will find my dirt airstrip to be quite challenging, although completely fly-able. My location is even more challenging at dawn or dusk with Weather. There are no approach lights, its just a rugged bush strip. - - It is extra challenging with crash detection turned on - watch out for those birds, they're everywhere and that old tree just of the side of the dirt strip - don't get too close! - - This is freeware. I hope you enjoy it. - - Designed with the FS X Sdk Scenery function of the Mission builder,Abacus Scenery shortcut tool and Lee Swordy's AFCAD. - - This scenery is frame rate friendly. - - Please read the "readme" - - by Bob Caparoula www.flydeervalley.com

Bejing Capital PEK / ZBAA, Version 1.1 Download

Images related to this file:

File Description:
Thank you for downloading this scenery. This is a complete, ground-up rebuild of Beijing's International Airport. All default buildings have been knocked down and replaced more accurate representations. The brand new Terminal 3 is also represented. This was a very difficult piece of architecture to attempt to recreate. There were several attempts, some of which were visually better but were huge frame hogs. This final version, while not photoreal, does give the general feel of the huge new terminal. With special thanks to friends in high places, and despite China's policy of being tight-lipped when it comes to information about their infrastructure, I was able to obtain accurate airport information, so all taxiways, runways, and parking are correct as well as all taxiway signs, old and new. The AFCAD file was built from the default version with AFX. This scenery was built using Abacus' EZ-Scenery program.

Update:
This version contains modifications to all terminals, added surrounding buildings and roads, and minor tweaks to various areas around the airport.
