San Francisco Int. (SFO) High Res Ground Scenery

File Description:
This scenery contains high resolution ground scenery for the airport of San Francisco Intl. (SFO). It makes me kind of nostalgic, because that's the area where I first successfully tried my hi-res mesh technique for FS2004. The scenery has a resolution of 1.2m/pix (4.7m/pix is FS2004-standard). Coverage is the area around SFO containing the San Bruno Mountain Park and the San Adreas Res. So it's quiet a sight! And don't forget to bring some flowers :-) The scenery gives best results when combined with with my "San Francisco" standard resolution ground scenery, which covers a much larger area at 4.7m/pix and matches perfectly in color and everything... Won't work in FSX. For FSX please wait for the upcoming FSX-version of this scenery.

Regional Registrations

File Description:
This file contains flight plans for the default installation of FS2004 but with the difference that all the aircraft registrations have been modified to take into account the area of the World in which they are flying. You should therefore have US registered aircraft in the US, UK registered aircraft in the UK, etc.

Crossair Embraer 170 (PP-XJC)

File Description:
This is a repaint of the Dreamwings Embraer 170 v3 in the Crossair livery. The PP-XJC was the second 170 ever built, back in March 2002; it was painted in Crossair livery as a showcase for the customer, although bearing a Brasilian registration. It is now registered HB-JCA and flying for Swiss.

Dornier Mercur/Komet

File Description:
The Dornier Komet,were manufactured in Germany during the 1920s, originally as small airliners, but which saw military use as well. The earliest aircraft in the series were basically landplane versions of the Delphin flying boat. Uploaded by djs1 in response to requests for this aircraft which seems to have disappeared from the net.

Valuair Airbus A320 9V-VLA

File Description:
Valuair was a low-cost carrier based in Singapore that was launched in 2004 with flights to Hong Kong and Bangkok. It was acquired by Jetstar Asia in 2005, who used the brand for their flights into major Indonesian cities until 2014. Repainted by me. Textures are for the Project Airbus A320. Happy flying!

Boeing C-75 USAAF

File Description:
At the time the US entered WW2 in December, 1941, flying across the Oceans was a rare luxury. But the war required government and military officials to travel across the oceans, and most of the four-engined commercial long-range aircraft were put to this use: Pan Am's 14 flying boats and TWA's 5 Boeing 307 landplanes. Additional fuel tanks were added to the 307's to give them the extra range required. The converted 307's were designated C-75 by the military.

Imperial Airways - Genoa to Alexandria - 1931

File Description:
In 1931 Imperial Airways operated a revised timetable for their flying boat service between Genoa and Alexandria. The route was changed and instead of taking four days the journey-time was cut in half. After departing Genoa in the morning of the first day, the aircraft made stops at Naples and Corfu before arriving in Athens for an overnight stay. The next morning the machine (now a Short S.17 Kent or “Scipio” class) departed Athens after breakfast and only made one stop en-route Alexandra, and that was at Crete. Passengers arrived in Alexandria in the afternoon of the second day, a huge cut in time compared to the 1929 timetable. This flight represents the inaugural service of 16th. May 1931 and uses Jens Kristensen's Short S.17 "Scipio" flying boat.
