P-51D Mustang "44-73420" N7722C

File Description:
This is a repaint only for the WWII Fighters P-51D. This aircraft, 44-73420, entered the USAAF in 1945 and served with the 190th FS, Boise, Idaho, and with several ANG units. In 1958 it was sold surplus and was registered N7722C. After passing through several owners the aircraft was painted as "Miss Torque" in 1984 and was eventually shipped to New Zealand in 1993 where it operated as ZK-PLI until 2005 when it was sold back to the US. The new owner, Jack Croul, had the aircraft fully restored and in the summer of 2006 it was flying again. The aircraft is now finished in a "polished with no paint" scheme, matching the way the aircraft looked when it originally rolled out of the factory. This repaint is full of details and includes nearly all factory stencils and the "filled, sanded, and painted wing."

Gloster Javelin - Airshow Triple Pack

File Description:
All three repaints in this pack are fictional in the sense that none of them have ever been applied to the Gloster Javelin. Two of three were applied to F-4 Phantoms, and as such there are differences - most of the differences are due to the differences in size, shape and proportion between the Javelin and the Phantom. The third is a fictional 'Tiger Meet' livery I designed based on my existing USAF Javelin (which is, in itself, fictional) These schemes were applied to the Javelin to be used in a special airshow dedicated to Mike Stone in way of our appreciation for the hard work, time, effort, blood, sweat and tears he puts into his modelling. Therefore, these schemes are also dedicated to Mike. TEXTURES ONLY! Rolladen-Schneider LS-4

File Description:
This upload is one of the results of my efforts to get AI-glider traffic into FS2004. Included are an AI-version with two textures of the Rolladen-Schneider LS-4 for flights from airfield A to airfield B, and another AI-version of the Rolladen-Schneider LS-4, tweaked in a way that it will take off from airfield A, climb while circling and then keeps endlessly circling to a max altitude of around 3000ft ASL in the surrounding of the airfield. Credits go to Wolfgang Piper for his excellent gliders which inspired me to start experimenting with AI-gliders and for giving me permission to rebuild his gliders to AI-versions. For other examples of his excellent gliders, visit his site http://www.fsglider.de. Also credits go to Alan Kaiser for the stemme.air, which I used to make the AI-versions for the LS-4.

Piper Cherokee Archer II N2552Q

File Description:
Carenado's FS2004 Piper Cherokee Archer II.You must have the Carenado Archer II Payware package for these textures to work. This paint is dedicated to the owner of N2552Q, Mr.Eddie "ACE" Duffard.DXT3 textures.Eddie is also now the pilot.I put his face on the pilot texture. Mr.Eddie passed away on Sunday night Jan.06,2008 in his sleep. In addition to having been a personal friend of mine for over 15 years,he also was a local aviation legend.Mr.Eddie had well over 75,000 documented flying hours and was an inspiration to many many people who have careers as pilots today. I have had this paint in my hanger unreleased for some time now,and I cant think of a better way to honor his life than by sharing his "Lil Ole Airplane" as he called it,with the entire world thru the FlightSim medium. Rest in Peace ACE!!!

S.O.S Belize Atolls

File Description:
The " Nozyru San Maru" a Japanese Zoo Ship. Or rather a ship which is carrying many animals to the Belize Zoo is in deep trouble. Not in deep water but on the shallows of an Atoll off the coast of Belize. While everyone was entertained last night feeding the animals a large wave hit the ship on its side and crashed it into the atoll. Many animals jumped out into the atoll and are running around howling their throats out. Some were placed in lifeboats and the current has taken them away, really quite a mess!!!..besides Hurricane " Bubble" is on its way to the Central American Coasts and wind is picking up fast!!!! a radioless fishing fleet must also be warned of the coming danger.....will you join this unusual (to say the least) SAR Mission????...or will you watch the news of it on CNM?

Tillsonburg CNQ4 in Ontario Canada REPLACEMENT

File Description:
This is a replacement (though complete in itself) for my original Tillsonburg post with the corrected office building included. Tillsonburg is a small town in southwest Ontario, mid way between Toronto, Buffalo, and Detroit. The airfield is some four miles north of the town. It was originally built by the RCAF as an emergency grass field to support flying training in WW2. It now has two grass runways, each 2,400 feet long, and another 4,000 feet long that is asphalt. There is a company that carries out painting and ulholstery work, a flight school, and of course the Canadian Harvard Aircraft Association, which is a volunteer organisation that does what the title suggests and takes care of Harvards, I think six of them plus a Tiger Moth, and something else. And when I was there two years ago and in the winter there was a licensed AME just starting up.

Armstrong Ontario; one airfield and two float bases

File Description:
Armstrong CYYW airfield is 70 miles northeast of Thunder Bay, and close to Lake Nipigon. There isn't much of interest at the airfield by way of buildings (as there aren't many buildings!) and the only plane I saw was a fire fighting Canadaair CL 415. A basic airfield with one runway with lights and one without, and no maintenance. There is fuel, but it is locked up and not for sale. The two float bases are 5 miles west (CJF6) and 10 miles southwest (CKN6) of Armstrong airfield. Lake Mackenzie is home to two companies, Armstrong Outposts (two Beavers) and Huron Air & Outfitters (an Otter and a Beaver) who both run fishing and hunting lodges. Wilderness North are further south on Lake Waweig, and I think they fly two Otters and a Beaver to their outpost camps. You need Ultimate Terrain, or there won't be any lakes!

Whaletown CAW9 in British Columbia, Canada

File Description:
Whaletown is a float base serving a village on Cortes Island, another one of the many islands squeezed between Vancouver Island and the mainland at this northern end. At this island passengers are delivered by amphibious Grumman Goose from Port Hardy, the main airport of the northern half of Vancouver Island with daily scheduled flights onward to and from Vancouver International. The AI was included with the post of Port Hardy. Regretably, the amphibious Goose behaves as if it is on land and moves on the water with it's wheels extended; there is no way around this. This scenery is a modification of a post made some years ago that did not support AI. In my FS9, close to Whaletown, there was an FS9 or Ultimate Terrain fault consisting of a long straight beach sticking out into the sea for a few thousand feet. This scenery now deletes that.

MATVA Pacific Afcads 3

File Description:
Afcad2 files for yet more of the Pacific airfields used by ourselves. These Afcads are designed for FS2004 default airfields only. While most of them add more gates etc to the default airfields some of them are required to allow AI aircraft to operate from/to them as there are no landing facilities. Airfields included are Nadi, Fiji (NFFN), Henderson, Solomon Islands (AGGH), Wallis and Futuna Islands (NLWF) and (NLWW), Faleolo, Samoa (NSFA), Pago, Pago, American Samoa (NSTU), Rarotonga (NCRG), Faaa, Tahiti (NTAA), Fua'amotu, Tonga (NFTF), Funafuti, Tuvalu (NGFU), and finally Vanuatu's Santo Pekoa (NVSS) a modification on a previous release. I have also included Brisbane (YBBN), added a few more gates and modified runway access. These AFCADS in no way resemble their real world counterparts. They are primarily to allow our AI flights to operate properly. But they are not biased, they will accept anyones aircraft, AI or otherwise. www.matvagroup.co.uk

American Airlines Boeing 747-123SF

File Description:
This repaint is actually done on the NEW Boeing 747-200 PW made by Project Open Sky (POSKY) and I have paint it a way to look like the old 747-123(SF) serries being used by American/American Freighter. N9675 (which I used as my model)is a Boeing 747-123 (cn 20390/136), delivered on May 7, 1971, to American Airlines later becoming an all-freight plane flying as "American Freighter". It temporarily had the registry OD-AGM for a lease flying for "TMA of Lebanon". When American Airlines disposed of its 747 fleet, it was sold to UPS which now flies it as N675UP. This is also the aircraft featured in the movie "Airport 1975" as Columbia 409. The model which suits this aircraft (if you have downloaded the 742PW paintkit package with alot of .mdl's and are not sure to use which one) is POSKY742SFJT9A123B2.mdl
