Klix is a famous glider field in East-Saxony in Germany with annual gliding competitions.

The airfield is famous for it's spectacular final on runway 34.

Omarama is also known as the Glider Capitol of New Zealand.

The C-47 differed from the civilian DC-3 in numerous modifications, including being fitted with a cargo door, hoist attachment, and strengthened floor, along with a shortened tail cone for glider-towing shackles, and an astrodome in the cabin roof. This is the stock CFS2 C47 Dakota updated by The B24 Guy, I removed 2d cockpit rearranged flight instruments in VC and updated the flight model

File Description:
Six lighthouse tours: Alboran Island, Latimer Reef, Sagye Hang, Tchefuncte River, Verona Beach, and YuzhnyyGoglandskiy.These missions were programmed in Windows 10 (64bit)for FSX Acceleration and will also work in FSX Steam, P3DV3,V4,V5,and V6. However, several of these tours have specific requirements of Orbx scenery which is detailed in the .txt instructions.Photos of all the lites are included in each mission set. Once again, be sure to read the instructions in the .txt files. These missions have been thoroughly tested and should work as described. Due to large topographic differences in P3DV5 and V6, there will be peculiarities, but the missions should still work.

| Delta Glider Souped Up with a STS Booster System, Using Vinka Multistage |

File Description:
As of release 120202 the Delta Glider was weakened a bit. I've used Vinka's multistage add-on to create a Space Shuttle stack that replaces the Shuttle with the Deltaglider to aid in getting into orbit or beyond. This is double useful now that space stations no longer refuel your ship.
Note: You do NOT, repeat, NOT need to download Vinka's multistage add-on. I've repacked the necessary files in with this add on in their own, custom folders. This is a stand-alone add-on.

Private Glider field Owned by Karl Striedieck. Karl is a world record setting glider pilot and a member of the U.S. Soaring Hall of Fame. He was an early pioneer of ridge soaring in the Ridge-and-valley Appalachians in the 1960s, ultimately setting nine world records flying gliders there. He was selected for the U.S. national soaring team 12 times, and won a silver medal in the world championships in 1978 and 1983.
Mr. Striedieck was a U.S. Air Force pilot from 1959 to 1962, flying the F-86 Sabre and F-102 Delta Dagger, then continued his military service until 1981 in the Pennsylvania Air National Guard, where he transitioned to the A-7 Corsair II. A year before graduating from Pennsylvania State University in 1965, he started flying gliders when he and Bill Clark co-founded the Nittany Soaring Club, flying out of the former State College Air Depot. He has over 15,000 flying hours, with nearly half of that total in gliders.
Mr. Striedieck moved his home to the Eagle Field private airport on top of Bald Eagle Mountain, near State College, Pennsylvania in 1966, and now lives there with his second wife, Iris.
Basically a manicured farm field, this private glider field offers access to the famous ridge lift of central Pennsylvania.Nearby Ridge Soaring is another one of my airfields available.
