File Description:
MD-902 Explorer For FS2002/2004. This package is a collection of fourteen MD-902 Explorers based at various locations by various operators. Based on Linden Hoyle's excellent MD902 (MD902EXPLORER.zip, available at Hovercontrol.com, required) with model modifications by Andre Kaufhold, and repaints by Brian McIntyre. Three additional model variations and fourteen real world paint schemes, including Virgin Air Ambulance, Kent Air Ambulance, Dorset Police, Greater Manchester Police, Sussex Police (2 versions), Wiltshire Police, ADAC air ambulance, IFA Air Ambulance, Dutch Police/SAR prototype, Lincs+Notts Air Ambulance, MD Helicopters SAR prototype, and two proposed US Coast Guard versions of the MH-90.

File Description:
Le Bourget airport north of Paris is one of the world's oldest airports.
It dates back to the early days of World War One,
when land was seized for a military airfield.
The airport opened for commercial operations in 1919.
Possibly the most significant historical event was
Charles Lindbergh's landing there after his historic
solo transatlantic flight on Mai 21st, 1927.
We have produced this scenery to provide taxiways and details
as they were around 1960 in Paris le Bourget
We've also included new parking to allow the AI aircraft to taxi
correctly at the new (old!) airport.
New in version 2 : Upgraded terminal textures by Rui Cristina
and new custom made hangars.

Rand Airport (FAGM) is one of the busier GA airports in Johannesburg. A highly detailed airport, containing photo realistic ground textures, hangars and buildings. This scenery uses the 1024x1024Mb texture set. For a smaller download size, download Worx24A.zip which contains the 512x512Mb texture set. Be advised that the texture resolution will be less.

This repaint depicts Boeing's 736-80 Development aircraft (707 Prototype). Tex Johnson barrel rolled this aircraft to demonstrate how good the aircraft flies. This aircraft is now preserved in the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum. This repaint requires either Captain Sim's "Legendary 707" or Just_flight's "707 professional". I have not been able to make this repaint TCE compatible due to incompatibility issues with my system and the TCE program. The Golden Eagles Squadron presents alternative sparkling water with sun and moon reflection textures. They add a more dynamic quality to the fs2004 water with sun glints and vigorous wave action as would be seen on a sunny windy day. Caution, these textures are only for DX9 compliant cards and will not work unless you can move the "Water Effects" to High in your display options!
