Sporadic Islands, Greece, Background Bitmaps for Ground2K4

File Description:
This package DOES NOT contain finished FS scenery products! Instead, the two bitmaps (N39.0-39.5 E23.4-24.3) are meant to be used for FS landscape scenery design with Ground2K4 (by Christian Fumey) or similar utilities. Source data are public domain Landsat 7 ETM+ satellite images, at 15-m and 30-m ground resolution. I used professional GIS software for the geographic transformation to lat/long-WGS84 projection, and photo processing software for channel merging and image enhancements. Each image has been tested in Ground2K4 for accurate placement.

ADFRR Version2 MSTS Route by Robert Reedy. This completes the M&RM branch and adds/expands many industries, stations and scenery. The ADF/M&RM is a rural Midwestern connecting line of 347 point to point miles (including main branches) with trackage rights leased to many better known Railways, so it's common to see many different names at any given time. File Description: This folder contains a repaint for the P_47D-25 Bubbletop by Aeroplane Heaven, in the colors of P-47D-25-RE 42-26534 QI-M as piloted by James Thorne of the 361st FS, 356th FG in July 1944 from Martlesham Heath. The aircraft was shot down by flak near Groesbeek in the Netherlands on 18 September 1944 as QI-M, with the pilot, Capt Reginald McDowell evading capture and returning to his squadron. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the Aeroplane Heaven paintkit.

GSPIN Rotating Space Station

File Description:
The station consists of a habitat (9 ton) at the end of a 50 m wire, and a centre service module (6 ton) with a docking port, solar panels and a heat radiator. These two elements are connected by an inflated tunnel. The assembly was launched on a Delta 4 Heavy. The burnt-out upper stage is the counter weight (6 ton) at the end of 75 m long wires. The rotational speed is 2.5 rpm, resulting in a artificial gravity of 3.4 m/s², about 1/3 of earth gravity. This rotation is well within the 'convenience limit' of about 3 rpm. The effects of preventing bone degradation of the astronauts on long space travels shall be studied aboard this station. A spacecraft with a centre-line docking port (like the Delta Glider or the CEV) is required for docking.

SL02 - Alcantari International - Sucre-Yamparaez - Bolivia

File Description:
The Alcantari International Airport (96% completed) (Spanish: Aeropuerto Internacional Alcantari) (IATA: unknown yet, ICAO: SL02, accordingly with some information over the WEB, pending of confirmation) is a new airport under construction in Yamparaez municipality, Chuquisaca, Bolivia, around 35 Km to the south of Sucre City. Alcantari International Airport is being built to address a number of limitations of the Sucre s current airport, Juana Azurduy de Padilla Airport (ICAO: SLSU).
The airport resides at an elevation of 10.210 ft (3.112 m) above mean sea level. The new airport will have one runway designated 18/36 (pending of confirmation) with an asphalt surface measuring 11,811 by 147.63 ft (3,600 m by 45 m)and it is expected to be operational by the first quarter of 2016.

Compatible with both FSX and P3D.
