This airport is the homebase to British West Indies Airlines,(BWIA)

British United BAC One-Eleven 201 G-ASJJ 1965

File Description:
This was the tenth of the intial order from British United and the second to be delivered. It made many visits to airports throughout the UK and Europe on route proving flights before the type entered service. At the time it was hailed as the "Bus-stop Jet". You will need the BAC 1-11 200 Model by David Maltby.

It has recently been used for deployments of B-52, B-2, KC-135, P-3, and many other aircraft, Diego Garcia was and still is a major part of Operation Enduring Freedom.

Court Line (BMA livery) BAC One-Eleven 523

File Description:
A change of direction by British Midland left their three BAC One-Eleven 523 aircraft surpluss to requirement. Two of the machines were leased to Court Line before joining the third already sold to TransBrasil. G-AXLN is seen during it's time with Court flying in a basic, modified residual BMA livery. Requires the BAC One-Eleven 500 model by David Maltby

Air Malta BAC One-Eleven 530 G-AYOP

File Description:
Air Malta started operations in March 1973 and initially leased Trident 2 aircraft from BEA. G-AYOP was leased from British Caledonian for the summer of 1974 returning to BCAL in October of that year. Built as a series 518FG for Court Line this aircraft was converted to a series 530FX. Requires the BAC One-Eleven 500 model by David Maltby

ATL 98 Carvair

File Description:
British United ATL98 Carvair reg. G-APNH circa 1965. Alisud ATL98 Carvair G-ASKG, two repaints for the late Rey Lopez's Carvair for FS2k2 (included see readme file). Should work in FS2004 also. Offered as a tribute to Rey Lopez's work. Try taking off or landing from EGMD in it and wonder why people used to pay to get on it!!!

Bell P-400 Airacobra Mk.I, No.12 - 67th FS

File Description:
Bell P-400 Airacobra Mk.I Unit: 67th FS, 347th FG, USAAF Serial: 12 (BW156). Ex RAF Airacobra Mk.I of 67th FS/347th FG basing at Henderson Field on Guadalcanal in 1942. These machines, remarked as P-400 by USAAF, retained their British serial numbers and camouflage: dark green, dark earth and sky. Complete Texture Folder, with Damage Files included. Enjoy!
