Denver (KDEN), Colorado, Photo-Scenery for FS9 & FSX.
This package covers Denver, the capital of Colorado which is also nicknamed Mile-High City because its elevation is one mile (5.280 ft). The sixth RW (16R/34L) of Denver Int'l. Airport (KDEN) is the longest commercial RW in the US with a length of 16.000ft. This allows fully loaded B747's to take off in Denvers mile-high altitude during hot summer days, when density altitudes can approach 9.000(!) ft.
KDEN is a major hub for United Airlines and the headquarters for Frontier Airlines. The airports distinctive white tent-like fabric roof is designed to be reminiscent of the snow-covered peaks of the Rocky Mountains which you can see on approach or departure.
Other important airports covered by this region are Centennial Airport (KAPA), Buckley AFB (KBKF) and Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport (KBJC). Extends my Mt.Evans/Georgetown package to the east and provides another 3.500 sq km in 4.7m/pix quality.

File Description:
British Airways, often shortened to BA, is the flag carrier airline of the United Kingdom and the largest airline in the United Kingdom based on fleet size. When measured by passengers carried, it is second-largest in United Kingdom (behind easyJet). The airline is based in Waterside near its main hub at London Heathrow Airport. British Airways is a founding member of the Oneworld airline alliance, along with American Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Qantas, and the now defunct Canadian Airlines.
British Airways liveries painted on Tenkuu Developers Studio (TDS) Boeing 787-8 and -9 Rolls Royce Trent 1000 model. The textures are saved in 32bit format for quality graphics. Textures are also characterized by HD (High Definition). Its features are idle-reverser animation, animated pack vents and pressurisation outflow valve, detailed textures, accurate paint, dynamic shine & effects, dynamic flexing wings that respond to turbulence, fully independent suspension, trim animation, gear steering, accurate flight dynamics, spoiler animation, reflective cockpit windows, improved wingflex code with input from several new parameters including ground spoilers, fuel load, and angle of attack, transparent navigation light lenses and many more. Please try many things. For example, if a landing gear is stored, the rear gunner opens a pivoted window and establishes a gun and the elevator trim etc. operates.
Avionics and GPS are also equipped. Probably, operation in DVC will be pleasant.

Fuerza Aerea Venezolana N.A.B-25J-25 Mitchell FAV-6A40 of the Escuadrón de Bombardeo No.40. A first batch of 3 planes were taked in charge the 08/28/47 followed by 12 more planes in 1949. Others 11 planes were received between 1950-1952. A last batch was taked in charge by 1963 with 11 planes of the RCAF. The planes were operated in actions with the "Porteñazo" and "Carupanazo" by 1960 and also utilized in the surveillance missions over The Monjes islands. This planes were operated from the Base Aérea Tte. Vicente Landaeta Gil, Barquisimeto,Edo.Lara and retired in 1973 after requipment with Rockwell OV-10E Broncos. Model by the MAAM team, Bill Ranbow, Jan Visser, Fred Banting and Rob Young. Repainted by Daniel Nole. In order to use these textures, you must already have the MAAM-SIM payware B-25J 'Briefing Time' installed in your FS2004 aircraft folder.

B25-B Mitchell Doolittle's Raiders A/C No. 40-2270, April 18, 1942. Painted over The B24 Guy's B25 Mitchell Overhaul Model. This was mission plane #2. Pilot: Lt. Travis Hoover, Co-Pilot: Lt. William N. Fitzhugh, Navigator: Lt. Carl R. Wildner, Bombardier: Lt. Richard E. Miller, Flight Engineer/Gunner: Sgt. Douglas V. Radney. The bomb group attacked targets in the Tokyo area. The North American B-25B was not designed or intended for aircraft carrier use, but there they were, sixteen highly modified bombers sitting on the deck of the USS Hornet (CV-8). They were modified to carry bombs to Tokyo. The B-25s are launched from their maximum range, and flew over Tokyo, bombing several installations. The bombs did little damage, but managed to damage the Japanese carrier Ryuho while it is in drydock. Many of the planes then head to wherever they can make it, since the fuel will be empty before they reach a friendly airbase. All of the B-25 bombers are forced to bail out or crash land except one. Eleven crews are forced to bail out over China, 3 crash land, and the last landed safely at Vladivostok. The crew that landed in Russia was interned, along with the plane, for a while. The crews were all volunteer, and had no carrier experience, yet all sixteen of the bombers were successful on take-off. Although little physical damage was inflicted on Japan, that day, the Japanese populace was demoralized, as suddenly, the war was brought to their homeland. Texture, and Damage Files included. | USAF Douglas DB-26 B and C Drone Launch Invaders |

File Description:
Three texture sets for two USAF drone launching B-26 Invaders, of the 4750th Drone Squadron, Vincent AFB (later Yuma MCAS after 1958), Yuma, AZ and the 4756th Drone Squadron, Tyndall AFB, FL in the late Fifties and Early Sixties.
This set of repaint textures for the SOH A-26 Invader, depicting a set of DB-26 drone launching aircraft of the USAF in the late Fifties and early Sixties. The aircraft were unarmed and had pylons installed under both wings for carrying and launching Ryan Firebee drones. Sadly, the model doesn't have the drones.
I also want to thank Mr. Jim Brink, who was the commanding officer of the 4750th Drone Squadron when they started with the DB-26's, for his pictures and help in making these repaints accurate. Also, for putting me in touch with Mr. John Nitka, who has researched Firebee launch operations for fifteen years and has collected a treasure trove of information (his father worked on the DB-26's at Vincent AFB and Tyndall AFB). It was he who shared the squadron emblems with me and provided several pictures without which I could not have completed these repaints, nor the next few I intend to do. My sincere and grateful thanks to both of them. It is to Jim Brink, and John Nitka's Dad, that I dedicate these repaints as well as to all who maintained or flew them.
