This folder contains a repaint for the Aerplane Heaven Hawker Typhoon in the colors of Typhoon MN875 EL-B of No 181 Squadron, a regular mount of Flt.Lt. Robbert 'Bergy' van Zinnicg Bergmann while 181 was based in Helmond, 1945. Van Zinnicq Bergmann was a cavalry officer at the start of the war who managed to escape to England, arriving there in 1942. He joined the RAF, flying Hurricanes, Spitfires and finally Typhoons, first with 181 and later with 182 squadron. He stated: 'for me, the Typhoon was love at first sight, of all the aircraft I had flown, this looked by far the most agressive'. His agression as a pilot earned him the DFC and a promotion to Flight Commander with 182 squadron. After the war, he became aide-de-camp to the Dutch Queen, in the end serving three queens as Lord Chamberlain. He died in 2004.. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by Aeroplane Heaven.

FS2004 DFG Convair CV-240 VBF CA-18 in 1959 colors of Deutsche Flugdienst GmbH (German Flight Service Corporation), delivered to KLM Royal Dutch Airlines on August 31, 1948,
named "Albert Cuyp" and registered PH-TEC. Reregistered PH-CEC on March 2, 1954. Bought
by Deutsche Flugdienst GmbH on November 27, 1957 and registered D-BEPE. Sold to Houston Aviation Products on November 3, 1961 and registered N13648. Bought by Ozark Airlines on July 2, 1962 and registered N2400Z. Bought by Mohawk Airlines on December 23, 1964. Reregistered to Mohawk Airlines Delaware with registration N8327C on January 27, 1965. After this the Convair was operated by several companies and private owners. Last known action was taken at 2000-04-13. Ultimate fate is unknown. Textures and associated model file included only. We have produced this scenery to provide taxiways and details
as they were around 1962 in Jakarta, Yogyakarta, Juanda and Denpasar.
We have also included new parking to allow the AI aircraft to taxi
correctly at the new (old!) airports.
Kemayoran airport was Jakarta’s and Indonesia’s first international airport.
It was gradually forgotten after the Indonesian government opened
two new airports, Halim Perdanakusuma and Soekarno-Hatta.
In late 1920’s early 1930’s the Dutch turned the area into an airport
and built several military camps to house their soldiers at what is
now Garuda Street.
Kemayoran airport was officially opened for international flights
on 8 July 1940.
The airport was managed by KNILM
(Koninklijke Nederlands Indische Luchtvaart Maatschappy),
a subsidiary of KLM, the official airline of the Netherlands.
Kemayoran Airport was officially closed on 31 March 1985
because the location was deemed no longer appropriate,
and the government wanted to convert it into a commercial area.

This folder contains a repaint for the Supermarine Spitfire Mk.IX by Real Air. It shows Spitfire LF IXc OO-ARE as it looked around 1960 when flying as a target tug with Cogea in Belgium. Originally NH238, it went to the Dutch Air Force in 1946, where it flew as H-60 and H-103. It went to the Belgian Air Force in 1952, becoming SM-36. It was sold to Cogea of Ostend in 1956, and was used as a target tug until 1961 with the registration OO-ARE. It was sold to the UK, becoming G-MKIX. It was dameaged from a ground fuel explosion in Exter in 1961, but restored again. It went to the US in 1969, where it became N238V, returning to the UK again in 1979. It was last flown as NH238/D-A, but it was removed from the registry in 2002. It is rumored to be in storage at Greenham Common. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by RealAir.

Re-upload. FSX/FS2004 DDA Douglas DC-4-1009 ZS-NUR/PH-DDS. This aircraft originally flew with South African Airways from 1946 till 1966, and a short interlude from 1968 till 1970, as ZS-AUA 'Tafelberg'. From 1966 till 1995 the DC-4 flew as a transport and later an electronics warfare aircraft with the South African Air Force, called 'Spook'. Its registration was 6901. In 1995 the aircraft was sold to Aero Air (Pty) Ltd as ZS-NUR. In 1995 the Dutch Dakota Association (DDA) purchased the ZS-NUR, christened 'Skymaster'. The DC-4 arrived at Amsterdam-Schiphol on 5 May 1996. In 1997 she was re-registered PH-DDS. Due to the extremely tight regulations in the Netherlands, the DC-4 returned to South Africa in 2002 as ZS-AUA on long-term lease, first to Springbok Flying Safaris, later on to Rovos Air where she is still current (2008). | KLM Douglas DC-4-1009 PH-TAT |

Re-upload. FSX/FS2004 KLM Douglas DC-4-1009 PH-TAT. This was the first 'real' DC-4 delivered to KLM, on 16 March 1946, following the delivery of 18 ex-USAAF C-54 Skymasters. The aircraft was registered PH-TAT, named 'Twenthe'. This DC-4 and the sistership PH-TAP were the only DC-4/C-54's that wore this short-lived livery. From PH-TAR on KLM's DC-4's (and Skymasters) featured the famous 'The Flying Dutchman' livery. As PH-TAT, PJ-TAT and PH-DBT this aircraft served KLM in Europe and the Dutch West Indies until it was sold to Air France on 3 June 1958. After having flown with Trans Europe and Vargas Aviation it was impounded in July 1975 by the government of Niger and stored. The DC-4 has probably been scrapped since. These are textures only. In October 1968 the Dutch charter operator Transavia Holland became involved in the relief airlift from Sao Tome to Biafra. Initially only the DC-6 PH-TRA and the DC-6B's PH-TRD and PH-TRL were despatched, followed in November 1968 by DC-6 PH-TRB. Eventually the entire DC-6 fleet served on this operation while for its regular charter operations Transavia started using the Sud-Aviation SE-210 Caravelle jets. In 1969 all DC-6's were sold to Flughjalp and received Icelandic registrations (DC-6 PH-TRA became TF-AAD, DC-6 PH-TRB became TF-AAE). With the exception of TF-AAD and TF-AAE, both featured here, which were both written from use resp. in November 1969 and June 1969 after having sustained damage at the airstrip near Uli, the Sixes kept soldiering on till the Biafran Airlift came to an end in January 1970. Amsterdam Airport Schiphol is the Netherlands' main international airport, located 20 minutes (9.1 km; 5.6 mi) southwest of Amsterdam, in the municipality of Haarlemmermeer.
The airport is the primary hub for KLM as well as for Arkefly, Corendon Dutch Airlines, Martinair and Transavia. The airport also serves as a European hub for Delta Air Lines and as a base for Vueling. Schiphol is considered to be an Airport City.
Using ADEx 1.50, aeronautical maps and Google Earth the default AFCAD has been completely reworked to reflect today's situation including gate assignments.
Schiphol has a complex runway lay-out and usage and FSX may assign a runway that in real life is not used as such. I have implemented Jim Vile's crosswind runway technique to open all runways. Now the pilot can decide which runway to use but AI aircraft may show unrealistic behaviour. Only tailored AFCADs taking into account different wind directions will solve this but that is beyond the scope of this project.
Jetways appear based on your 'scenery complexity' settings.

Akun Island is close to Akutan, only 7 miles away from the village and the Trident fish processing plant that is just west of the village. Unfortunately those 7 miles are over the sea, as the airport has been built on a different island where there are fewer hills. The link is by hovercraft, which is included as AI in this post along with a "seaport" that boasts only an apron down by the beach. PAUT has a single runway aligned 09-27 which is 4,500 feet long and has a surrounding gravel base. There are daily flights from Dutch Harbor by Grant Aviation, more than one if more are required. The Ai contains these flights, plus a late afternoon Coastguard helicopter flight is added to the revised St Paul Island AI included here. Adjacent to the airport there is a camp for housing labour who were employed on the airport construction, and this is now available for wildlife survey teams or whoever else needs to find accommodation while working on Akun Island.
