The Mesh are based on SRTM Data (3 arc/sec), generated with Matthew Styles's program "SRTM To BGL v1.04", sampled to LOD9 resolution (76m) with 10 interpolation passes.

| ALM Antillean Airlines 1998 |

File Description:
In 1998, ALM was just 3 years from failure. The airline was operating 3 MD-82s and 4 DHC-8-300s mostly from CUR onwards to nearby nations as well as to ATL and MIA, while frequenting SXM as well. Now, I did the best I could, but this airlines schedule was a mess! It would often show the same flight number being flown at 3 or 4 different times on the same day with slight variation (as in LM810 CUR-BON leaving at 1505, 1510, and 1515 ALL on Friday, which is obviously an error). A very odd schedule. None the less, I was able to put it together with just 1 extra DHC-8-300 which is segregated if you don't wish to include it. The DHC-8s often turn in 10-15 minutes, and the MD-80s in 25-30, so the fleet keeps rather busy. TFS DHC-8-300 repaint by Christian Gold and Antoine Calleja\APG included. The AIA MD-80 texture by Frank Severino may be found on Avsim as: "texture.zip"(not a typo!). Flightplans by Chasen Richardson. Part of the 1998 Flight Simulator Project. File Description:
Latvia-based Riair was founded in 1992, later changing it's name to Riga Airlines. The carrier leased 737-200s from Russian carrier Transaero that were operated in Transaero's full livery, but with Riga Airlines titles added. Though at one point the carrier had 3 737-200s, for most of it's history as well as in 1998, the carrier had just 1 737-200 and served Paris, Moscow, and London before failing the following year. Michael Pearson has repainted all 3 737-200s on the FAIB model and uploaded them to Avsim as "faib_737-200_rig.zip". Flightplans by Vadim Stepanyuk. Part of the 1998 Flight Simulator Project. File Description:
N8346H was a resident of Van Nuys, Californ-I-A. . Built in 1981, she now is owned by Mcpc LLC, a mobile phone accessory company of Wilmington, Delaware. Her main claim to fame though was a prominent role in season 3, episode 3(Always Kiss them Goodbye) of the TV show: The Unit. (2007) It was 'flown' by Scott Foley, as Staff Sergeant Bob Brown who was chasing a 'terrorist' in piper cub with a bio-weapon. Technical aspects (airspeeds, altitudes, etc) were a normal Hollywood stretch, but the air to air photography was nice. The aerial stunt work was good. N8346H was on screen almost 50% of the episode.
