| FDE iFDG A320 LIP v1.7 |
|
File Description:
A320 IAE V2500-A5@27000Lbs With LIP v1.7 (Lift Improvement Package) by Alan Fernandes and improved A-FLOOR protection by Edson Costa. Application of LIP on A320-IAE has been developed with the main objective to improve landing performance at SDU (PR-MAG and PR-MAK). LIP allows to reduce the approach speed by 6-7 kt for operational landing weights. Note: Preliminary estimate of the speed benefit was around 4kt. Five structural modifications have been introduced to change the aerodynamic configuration of the aircraft: 3 modifications on the wing leading edge, 1 modification on the engine nacelle (not modeled) and 1 modification on the wing trailing edge. Trim resets after landing. Thanks for Rob Barendregt. Samir Arman test-pilot (SDU). IAE V2500 parameters by Pedro Oliveira. More accurate G/S capture. Enjoy!

| Royal Jordanian Airbus A320-200 |
|
File Description:
Fully handpainted recreation of Royal Jordanian's A320-232 right before they joined the Oneworld Alliance and therefor without the Oneworld logo and website titles. As you can see -from the screenshots- I almost completely redid the base textures on the wing, horizontal stabilizer, fuselage and vertical stabilizer to give it that realistic look everybody so much longs for. The patched up fuselage, wear, tear and dirt is all custome made, while special credit goes out to John Tavendale's night/light textures. These textures are for the Project Airbus A320 version 2, and include the actual plane, which contains an accurate model with details such as: opening passenger and cargo doors, animated pack inlets and outflow valves, all operetable control surfaces, detailed flap tracks and slat rails, hydraulics modelled on spoilers and landing gear doors. Oh, and for you AES owners ; the config file for the A320 is included. You have fun now!

| Pober Pixie Light Aircraft |
|
File Description:
The Pober Pixie was a light aircraft designed in the United States in the early 1970s and marketed for homebuilding. It was a conventional parasol-wing monoplane with fixed tailwheel undercarriage and a single-seat, open cockpit. In response to the 1973 oil crisis, the EAA launched "Project Econoplane" to develop an aircraft with high fuel economy that would therefore be affordable for its members to operate. The Pober Pixie was the result, with fuel consumption of 3 to 3.5 US Gal (11 to 13 L) per hour. Plans were completed in January 1974 and the prototype flew in late July, in time for the EAA Annual Convention that year. After the convention, the prototype was returned to the shop for minor improvement work, including installation of a Limbach SL 1700 EA engine (60 hp @ 3550 rpm) and Rehm 5330 two-blade fixed-pitch propeller. The improvements were incorporated into the plans.
