This folder contains a repaint for version 3.14 of the Douglas C-47 by Manfred Jahn and colleagues in the colors of C-47A 42-92847 3X-W "That's All, Brother!"of the 438th TCG, based in Greenham Common, England. It was the aircraft that was the lead plane with the parachute droppings on the night of D-Day, dropping men of 502nd PIR of the 101st Airborne Division arond 00:48. It then returned to Greenham Common and later that day pulled a glider to Normandy to reinforce the 82nd Airborne Division. Later it evacuated wounded from France, took part in Operation Market Garden, flew supplies to Bastogne, took part in Operation Varsity, before returning to the US in 1945. It passed through the hands of several private owners, is rumoured to have flwon for the CIA, and was restored as an AC-47 gunship by the Aero heritage Museum in 2004.. In 2008 it went to Basler for conversion to a turboprop BT-67, when somebody recognised the significance of this aircraft. A kickstarter campaign secured the purchase by the Commemorative Air Force, who are planning to restore her to her D-Day configuration. US Airways is a major U.S. airline owned by the US Airways Group, headquartered in Tempe, Arizona. It operates an extensive international and domestic network, with 198 destinations throughout North America, South America, Europe, and the Middle East. The airline is a member of the Star Alliance Network and utilizes a fleet of 346 mainline jet aircraft and 285 regional jet and turbo-prop aircraft. The carrier operates the US Airways Shuttle, a US Airways brand which provides hourly service between Boston, New York and Washington, D.C. Regional airline service is branded as US Airways Express, operated by contract and subsidiary airline companies. American Airlines and US Airways announced plans to merge, creating the largest airline in the world.
US Airways P.S. livery is painted on Project Airbus's Airbus A319-112 model (included). The textures are saved in 32bit format for quality graphics. Textures are also characterized by HD (High Definition). Its features are idle-reverser animation, animated pack vents and pressurisation outflow valve, detailed textures, accurate paint, dynamic shine & effects, dynamic flexing wings that respond to turbulence, fully independent suspension, trim animation, gear steering, accurate flight dynamics, spoiler animation, reflective cockpit windows, improved wingflex code with input from several new parameters including ground spoilers, fuel load, and angle of attack, transparent navigation light lenses and many more. UPDATE: After reports of people not getting the complete file, I have re-uploaded it. The problem was my program that I was using to zip the file. I have since changed programs and fixed the problem. Sorry for the inconvenience.
The LAX Vterminal was originally released to a select few virtual airlines and can now be yours. These were West Express, Atlantic Sun, Empora Virtual, City Bird, Arizona Pacific, and Family Virtual Airlines. The terminal contains three concourses, forty-three (43) gates, and eight overflow parking spots. Parking assignments have not been assigned to any of the gates, so you will need to go through and do so. The terminal was created by Michael Wood and Nick O'Dell. It was designed to fit the needs of virtual airlines, in order to return parking spots in the main terminal to their real world owners. This scenery is frame rate friendly, and will not take up a lot of space on your hard drive. Included in this file are AFCAD's for the default and OceanFlight scenery. Enjoy our scenery, and look for more scenery projects coming in the near future.

McDonnell Douglas F-4J Phantom II (Version 2). This is one of the most iconic military aircraft of all time, ushering in the modern age of air combat; from Asia to the Middle East; and many of the 5,057 manufactured airframes are still in active use today, after over five decades of excellent service.
This file contains early, middle, and late F-4J base models; as well as the F-4J-27 made world-famous by the Blue Angels flight demonstration team. The four main aircraft variants include a total of 27 loadout options, and 57 USN/USMC repaints, of which 52 are individual squadron repaints. I have also included a layered Photoshop paint kit for re-painters. This project continues my comprehensive (AI traffic) history of this aircraft. I did not do this alone by any means, and all contributors that I can think of are listed in the documentation.
This is the complete aircraft, with all main FS textures and effects included. Original FSDS source and paint kit by Nick Black; FDE by Mike MacIntyre, all model/paint kit modifications and repaints by Michael Pearson.

Abu Dhabi International Airport is an airport in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates. The airport is one of the fastest growing airports in the world in terms of passengers, new airline operators and infrastructural development. The airport is now undergoing a US$6.8 billion expansion. As of January 2012, 53 airlines offered service to 85 destinations in 49 countries.
The airport is the second largest in the UAE, serving over 10 million passengers in 2010. It has three operational passenger terminals. Its terminal spaces are dominated by Etihad Airways, which is the United Arab Emirates' second largest air carrier after Emirates.
The new Terminal 3, a US$270 million interim facility, was designed to allow for the airport's passenger growth before the planned opening of the new Midfield Terminal in 2014. Used predominantly by Etihad Airways, the terminal boosted the airport's seven million passenger per year capacity to 12 million. It also added 10 new gates, two of which are Airbus A380 compatible.
Using ADEx 1.51, aeronautical maps and Google Earth this AFCAD is now on par with today's situation.

Mackar Inlet was a DEW line Auxiliary Station on the west shore of the Melville Peninsula, which is part of the northern Canadian mainland. The station was closed only in 1992, so it is relatively intact. Hall Beach is 120 miles to the east, on the eastern shore of the peninsula, and Kugaaruk is just over 100 miles to the west. The runway is still in good condition and is around 3,800 feet of gravel 110' wide, aligned 164T/344T and at 100 feet ASL. The station buildings are up on the hill at 1,350 feet ASL and 5 miles to the south. None of these DEW line stations are particularly impressive or even interesting. However, you can bet that any pilot flying regularly in the north along the coast knows where all these runways are, in case one of them suddenly becomes his favourite in the whole world just after the sudden silence. I should have mentioned a long time ago that to see the apron lights working (on my fields that HAVE apron lights) requires you to have the "lights_ss_v2" by Sidney Schwartz installed.

FSX McDonnell-Douglas MD-11F repaint textures for the real world
AV Cargo Z-BAM "Lady Liege", for the freeware SMS Overland MD-11 with
P&W 4460 engines, which you must have previously installed in FSX.
I installed the (SMS-MD-11_Dutch_Package.zip) with VC which works well
with this repaint. Also includes engine exhaust smoke coordinates which
you can add to your "aircraft.cfg" if you wish. AV Cargo, the airline
born out of the ashes of the defunct Avient, welcomes this second MD-11F,
Zimbabwe registered Z-BAM "Lady Liege", into it's fleet. The aircraft
is the second on lease from Boeing Capital Corp. Avient Aviation, the
Zimbabwe registered airline, was taken over by Simon Clarke and Neil Glover.
We have worked hard to ensure a good service on the routes we offer into
West Africa. This has given us a solid foundation to build our network
further in preparation for the additional capacity. AV Cargo is now
operating twice per week to Bamako, three times to Lagos, and has added
Monrovia to complement the services to Port Harcourt, Pointe Noire,
Ouagadougou, and Freetown, with additional destinations to be added.

| RAF Tarrant Rushton (1944) - Dorset, England |

File Description:
RAF Tarrant Rushton was a Royal Air Force station near the village of Tarrant Rushton east of Blandford Forum in Dorset, England from 1943 to 1947. It was used for glider operations during World War II and later revived for civilian operations. It is currently disused, though some buildings survive.
Horsa gliders from Tarrant Rushton left for France on the eve of D-Day, to begin Operation Tonga with an action that would later become known as Pegasus Bridge. Among the glider pilots was Jim Wallwork, on a Horsa nicknamed Lady Irene. The Tarrant Rushton gliders landed in occupied France shortly after midnight. Wallwork's aircraft was the first to touch down, but it landed heavily: the force of the impact catapulted both Wallwork and his co-pilot John Ainsworth through the front of the cockpit. Although stunned, this made them the first Allied troops to touch French soil on D-Day.
Other gliders were later flown from the airfield to Arnhem to take part in Operation Market Garden. During the closing stages of WWII, aircraft were used for SOE operations.
