Beech D18S repaint 6-pack Download

Images related to this file:

File Description:
FSX Beech D18S. Six repaints for the Shupe/Thomas/Folkers Beech D18S, which you must have previously installed in FSX. I fly the version modified for FSX SP2/ACC by Dave Carroll, but I'll bet these textures will work with most other Shupe Beech 18's as well, so give them a try and see! These 18's are fresh from the restoration shop, sporting new paint in a variety of colors and a newly remodeled earth tone tan interior, which will nicely match any exterior paint schemes on these or any other Shupe Beech 18's you may already have in your hangar. There are no registration numbers or corporate/airline/charter/freighter/military markings, so you are free to add whatever markings you wish in order to customize your own personal Beech 18. If you enjoy using your 'DXTBmp' program and your computer's default 'MS Paint' program (or any paint program you prefer), you can quickly and easily add your own registration numbers, and other markings, or whatever else pleases you! Those of you who fly online in FSX Acceleration could customize your own Beech 18's and have a fly-in to show them off. Don't feel like finishing the paint details? That's cool, as you can also fly them as is if you wish, with no numbers or markings at all, as they look kinda pretty in just their new paint against a sunny blue sky! Includes a new shared 'texture' folder, which replaces the original very blue cabin interior with a new earth tone tan colored interior, to better match all of your Beech 18's exterior paints. Also includes an FSX compatible engine smoke effect. Have fun! Easy installation. By Tom Tiedman

Consolidated PBY Catalina C-FCRR Download

Images related to this file:

File Description:
This folder contains a repaint for the Aerosoft PBY Catalina for FSX. It is shown here as C-FCRR, with Air France colors. Built by Boeing of Canada at Vancouver, it became RCAF Canso 9767 on March 4, 1943, and was allocated to Squadron 162, coded S, at Reykjavik, Iceland. In 1944, piloted by Flying Officers Thomas Charles Cooke and Eric Walter Wiskin, 9767 sank the German U-boat U-342 off the coast of Iceland on April 17. The amphibian was removed from the military service on April 1, 1946. The same year it was sold to Canadian Pacific Airlines, registered CF-CRR and assigned fleet number 233 (later 933), it was operated until 1959, thereafter by Northland Airlines (1960-1968), Midwest Airlines (1969-1970), and Ilford Riverton until 1973. The registration was changed to C-FCRR when Avalon Aviation acquired it as a water bomber in 1977, listed as Tanker number 791. In 1995 the aircraft was bought by Powell Eorp. Of Parry Sound, Ontario, subsequently it was owned by the Canadian Air Legend. The French pilot Franklin Devaux bought C-FCRR in 1995 and converted it to a flying television studio, it was based at Le Bourget, Paris, France. During 1996 C-FCRR was the star of monthly French television programme Operation Okavango, while in September 1998 it was the eye catcher of the three-week Champs-Elysees (Paris) static air show. The following October the aircraft started an 8,078 mls (13,000 km) trip to Chile via Dakar (Senegal) and Natal (Brazil) to commemorate early Air France South Atlantic mail service, returning to France in June 1999. On January 19, 2002 the aircraft was stored at Orly Airport, Paris, and has not flown since. Its Canadian registration was cancelled on October 7, 2005. At present it seems to be registered as N9767, and in airworthy condition again. Here's a youtube movie on this aircraft: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s6jyzV8Gawc. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the repaint kit by Aerosoft.

Canadian Airlines Airbus A380 Download

Images related to this file:

File Description:
This is a repaint for Project Airbus' Airbus A380 in a fictional Canadian Airlines livery. Includes base model, high-quality textures, and updated VC. *Mask Options* This livery also includes cockpit window "Mask Options". Please see the included readme in the .zip file for instructions for applying these options. Canadian Airlines never flew the A380, as by the time the company was absorbed by Air Canada in 1999, the aircraft did not exist. The largest aircraft flown by Canadian Airlines was the Boeing 747-427. However, in our new universe, Canadian Airlines has taken delivery of one single Airbus A380, available to fly any route of your choice. It flies under the registration C-CSPN and the tail number 383. *Livery Info* Upon its founding in 1987, Canadian Airlines revealed its new livery using the colours light grey, dark grey, navy blue, and red. The paint scheme was an adaptation of the recently introduced livery from its predecessor Canadian Pacific Airlines. The lower half of the aircraft's body was navy blue, topped with light grey and red stripes, while the tail was blue, with approximately one-third taken up by the carrier's new logo. The new Canadian Airlines logo was a combination of Canadian Pacific's five grey stripes, representing the five continents served by the carrier. Over these stripes was a thick, bright red chevron. The chevron was a simplification of the Pacific Western Airlines logo. The chevron was placed over the stripes, which then represented "Wings over 5 continents". It was also an ingenious and subtle way to represent the takeover of CP by PWA. The same logo, in a square form, became a clever alternative to a true bilingual name on the fuselage replacing the French "e", and the third "a" in English (Canadian/Canadien). VAGO Goa/Dabolim Navy, India Download

File Description:
Googly scenery for Dabolim Navy Airport, Goa - a busy Indian military airport also used for civilian flights which is poorly provided for in Flight Simulator 2004. These scenery files add taxiways, aprons, buildings and other airport features, so that you and your "AI" traffic can land, taxi, park and take off in a realistic manner. Today Goa is a popular tourist destination, but it does not have its own civilian airport. Instead the ever-increasing number of charter flights use the Indian Navy's airport. But they may only land when the Navy's novice pilots are not pretending the runway is a 11,000 foot aircraft carrier deck so civilian flights have to be packed into short periods (before 9 am and 1 pm to 6 pm) and this leads to the small terminal ramp being literally packed with aircraft at times. All kinds of jets from around the world up to Boeing 747s call here, flown by European and Asian operators like Air Deccan, Air India, Air Sahara, Arkefly, Condor Thomas Cook, Go Air, Indian Airlines, Jet Airways, Kingfisher Airlines, Monarch Airlines, Spicejet, SriLankan Airlines, Thomsonfly, Tiger Airways, Transaero and XL Airways along with ATR turboprops on shorter flights with Air Deccan. The Indian Coast Guard has a base here for its aircraft, and the Indian Air Force carry out exercises from time to time with their fighter bombers. The Navy's three-aircraft aerobatic team is also based here. To cope with the increasing traffic, the airport is currently under development and enlargement but details of this are not currently available so this scenery has been created showing the existing arrangements. This, combined with the limitations of Flight Simulator and its parking and taxying arrangements, means that it isn't possible to realistically pack the aircraft all in at busy times. Any overflow of traffic will find itself diverted to the Navy's parking area or even the aircraft museum. However, my observations are that many of the schedules prepared for Flight Simulator do not recognise the limited landing times and the traffic is spread fairly evenly throughout the day, so such overflows should be infrequent. The scenery does not purport to be ultra-accurate. Based on high-detail satellite imagery from Google Earth, the layout is proportionally correct but the added airport features, such as buildings, are built from default Microsoft objects and add-on libraries so will not look like the real thing. You are not obliged to download and install any additional scenery libraries, but to enjoy this scenery in its entirety, you may wish to. It will work fine, with or without.

Flightplan Visualizer 1.14 Download

Images related to this file:

File Description:
Flightplan Visualizer (FV) version 1.14.0. Copyright 2018-2019 by Pelle F. S. Liljendal ([email protected]), all rights reserved. FV comes with 629 pre-imported Commercial AI flightplans (+380 BizJet flightplans are available as a separate download). However you are able to import additional (AI) flightplans yourself. Once imported these (AI) flightplans can be visualized on a map-view, and the user will be able to search accross all these. Hence you can use the program as inspiration as to which routes to fly. E.g. you can search across all imported flightplans to find all flights in an A321 flying into/out from LDDU, or simply to look for all flights in a Boeing 747-8F. Simply run the included installer to install the software. The program will be installed into "C:\Program Files (x86)\Flightplan Visualizer" and all datafiles will be installed into: "C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Roaming\FlightplanVisualizer". The program comes with a full manual explaining everything, and a 3 page quick manual to get you started. The first 3 times you run the program the quick manual will automatically open. The forum is hosted here: https://forum.aerosoft.com/index.php?/forum/919-flightplan-visualizer/ Version 1.14 Contains the following changes: - Flightplan file-format was changed, to accommodate changes to the airline-data. In previous versions the airline ICAO-code had to be unique, hence not allowing old defunct airlines still remaining in the data-file when a new airline would be issued the same ICAO-code (now they can both exists, and many of the defunct have been marked as defunct). - On start-up old flightplans in enabled folders will automatically be updated to the new format. If you have sub-folders containing additional flightplans, you should make sure these are enabled, in order to have these updated as well. Once they have been updated you can go ahead and disable these sub-folders again as you please. - Its now possible to add user defined airlines, in case you want to add you own fictitious airlines (e.g. VA's) or you want to add airlines missing in the official data-files that I supply with the program (if this is the case, please notify me, so I can add these in the next release of the program). - "Favorite aircraft" have been renamed into "Favorite aircraft-types", as it is the "types" of aircraft you mark. You don't mark a particular aircraft/cofiguration (like the PMDG B737-800 NGXu) as your favorite, but rather the "type" (B737-800). The file containing the (active) favorite aircraft-type selection was renamed as well (you don't have to do anything, the file is automatically renamed on start-up). - Added a new Unit-Conversion form, letting the user convert units of: Speed, Lenght/Distance, Weight/Volume, Pressure and Temperature. The Weight/Volumne conversions is a bit special as it lets the user convert between weight (kg/lbs) and volume (liter/gal), thanks to a Fuel Density that defaults to 0.785, but can be changed by the user. - All search-forms (seaching for airport, aircraft and airline) was changed to ignore whitespeaces (e.g. "airBaltic" vs. "air Baltic"), and ignore diacritics (e.g. "Aerolínea" vs. "Aerolinea"), making it more easy to find what you are searching for in one go. - The airline search-form will by default exclude airlines that have been marked as defunct. However a new "Include defunct" check-box have been added to the form, allowing you to include these (who am I to say you can not still use "Air Berlin", "Monarch" or "Thomas Cook" flightplans if you want to). - Added 3 new columns to the airline search form showing commence/cease-date, and wheter or not the airline is "in use" (as carrier/operator by any of the active fligthplans). - State is now by default excluded when using the airport search form, which make it a lot more convenient to find airports in the city of "New York". State can still be included in the search by choosing a different search-type using the combo-box in the upper/right corner. - When Flightplan Visualizer needs for perform potentially lengthy operations it will spread the workload over the available cores of the CPU. However if you want to limit which cores it uses you can now set the affinity-mask in the settings form. - The splash-screen shown when the program starts, and when reloading active flightplans was prevoiusly always shown on top (top-most), but if you find this anoying it can now be disabled in settings. - Fixed: Warnings/errors regarding loading flightplans were only displayed at start-up. Now they are shown whenever all active flightplans are loaded (e.g. after having enabled a sub-folder). - Data: The airline-data got a major update, and a bunch of new airlines were added, and the data for MANY others were updated. It is a manual process to update these, almost as funny to do as to watch paint dry ;-) - Data: A few countries had a wrong- or no sub-region code, so these were fixed/updated. As usual, if any of you spot any erros, or missing data, please use the forum to notify me. - Data: Additional info added to the aircraft-data (in preparation for some future plans). - Flightplans: All flightplans bundled with the installer have been updated to the new file-format. - Flightplans: Thanks to Ryan Carson (RCAI) for allowing me to bundle the installer with a few of his flightplans, so the installer comes with the very first winter 2019-2020 flightplan. - Flightplans: The good people over at AIG (Alpha India Group) have been VERY busy since the last release, hence the installer comes with +130 new pre-imported flightplans, bringing the total to 629. This update concludes Summer 2019, and AIG already have the first Winter 2019/2020 flight-plans in beta-test. Pelle
