It does what the title says FSRemote controls FSX remotely through FSUIPC.
Just take a look at the (word) document that is contained in the zip file and look at some screen shots.
It can view and control the following items in FSX through FSUIPC:
1. Environment - view Date Time and Position
2. Date Time - view and set Date and Time in FSX
3. Aircraft - view and set various aircraft items like Door, Lights, Push back and De-Ice
4. Attitude - view attitude and speed in feet, meter, knots, mp/h and km/h
5. Auto Pilot - view and set various Auto Pilot items
6. Radio - view and set almost all the radio items like in the radio stack
7. Engines - auto stop and start engines, not much jet
8. Message - view and send messages to FSX
9. Weather - not implemented jet
10. FPS - view chart and check the Frames per Second in FSX
11. About box with various version information.
What do you need run use FSRemote
1. .NET 2.0 installed on the comupter where you want to run FSRemote
2. FSUIPC4 on the computer where you run FSX
3. WideClient (FSUIPC remote) if you want to run FSRemote on a remote computer

File Description:
On a cold March 2nd, 2000, professional commercial pilot H.G. Schmid took off from Zurich at 11:00 AM local time and so began the first stage of his first of two consecutive circumnavigations of the globe by a light aircraft. This flight was eastwards and on his return to Zurich at the end of the month, Georg took off on the westward circumnavigation. The aircraft used on these adventures was the Rutan-designed "Long-EZ", a variation of the "Vari-EZ". Each day is a separate stage and therefore there is a separate flight for each day, named accordingly. (Some days have two stages). There is a total of nineteen (19) flights. Model of the Rutan is by Olivier Marechal and available from Avsim.com or FlightSim.com. Search for either Olivier's name or the file name, HBYCT_V1.zip. There is also an update, HBYCT_P1.zip.

If you have used my T-56 Allison turboprop sound file ("580sound"), this update improves the taxi and idle sounds and adds a beta prop reverse sound when in the aircraft. You need to upload and install 580sound first, then over-write files with those in this update package. All T-56 sounds sampled directly from Reeve Aleutian Airways electras! Courtesy W.C. The AIController utility automatically vectors FSX, FSX-Steam or Prepar3D Artificial Intelligence (AI) aircraft through predefined Standard Instrument Departures (SIDs), jet routes, Standard Instrument Arrivals (STARs) (or alternatively generic traffic patterns), and/or final approaches. AIController automatically selects the most appropriate SID, jet route or STAR for each AI aircraft. AIController also lands arriving AI using published, custom or automatic final approach procedures, then provides taxi service to parking. The user can customize the procedures to fine tune AI arrival and departure patterns at each airport, such as specifying landing runways on-the-fly.
AIController optionally enforces spacing minimums between arriving AI aircraft by commanding speed changes and/or commanding the AI to hold at waypoints, thus reducing go-arounds. AIController can also enforce spacing minimums between the AI aircraft and the user's aircraft.
A stand-alone, windows based AI traffic monitoring program (AIMonitor.exe) is also included to provide the user with a graphical front-end. A converter (SIDSTARConverter) is included to automatically convert SID and STAR files from standard, aircraft format to the format used by AIController.
AIController requires an installed FSX or P3D SimConnect and can be run on a networked computer. The latest, registered version of FSUIPC ver. 4.9x (or later version) is also required.

File Description:
MyPix Panel addon. Have you been flying so long that you have forgotton what your wife, husband, girfriend, significant other or mother-in-law looks like? This little panel addition allows you to display your favorite picture (.bmp format) by clicking on a panel icon. This can be added to virtually any panel - setups for the default b737-400 and Cessna 172sp are included. This can be used to display any .bmp formatted picture so in addition to your favorite pin-up, a chart or runway layout could be displayed - the possibilities are limited only by your imagination. Unzip to a temporary folder (use folders option checked) and follow the install instructions. Compiled by David Marshall, Plano, Texas. Note: I am not responsible for how you fly if your mother-in-law's picture is displayed!

File Description:
Current (Cycle 0607) terminal procedures file for Portland Intl (KPDX) based on FAA NACO digital terminal procedures and document 7350.7 Ver W. Both Portland Five generic vectors and River Six departures are included with all VORs referenced on charts. Three STARs are enumerated by landing direction, e.g., if landing East (rys 10L/R) use BONVL4.E. The header to the text file (and readme) includes a STAR CHART to assist in the selection of arrival route. Fifteen IAPs are encoded (ILS/LOC RNAV & VOR); however, I excluded the USAF HI, VOR-A and NDB approaches. The fixes for ILS28L are aligned with the default FS9 localizer rather than on extended runway centerline as is the case in the real world. Procedure turns are included where shown as part of the transition on the charts.

Calgary, Alberta, Canada
Version 1.1
This version contains the same 58 downtown buildings including the Calgary Tower and over 40 of the largest buildings, as of September, 2006. There are no new buildings in this version but several scenery (terrain) files have been added which replace Microsoft's default scenery for the Calgary area. This allows all the downtown buildings to be moved to their proper location rather than sitting in the default Bow River which looked more like a long lake. This version should work with Ultimate Terrain and other add on scenery files such as Holger Sandmann's bcmesh9e. Other enhancements include some VFR scenery based on the VFR Terminal Area Chart for Calgary, a more realistic Bow River, Elbow River, Glenmore Reservoir, Chestermere Lake and Ghost Lake.

File Description:
Welcome to Istres Air Base/BA 125.
Istres is an Air Base use by the French Air Force and is also a base for the helicopter squadron. It has a large repair and is a large training facility.
It's common to see the Alpha jet visiting the BA 125 during their training. Alpha Jet used by the Patrouille de France.
The Air base is large enough to accomodate all type of aircrafts and even up to the B747. It has 1 major Rwy 15/33 of 12303 Ft /3750 m.
I have included the 15C/33C grass rwy for use by ligth G.A aircraft and other Gliders. Put up on a nice landing and Hot dog will be waiting for you down there! ;)
I have developped all aprons, included the ILS rwy 15 and developped the Tower area, increased the amount of parking due to the space available.
Istres has a tremendous amount of parking spot. I have included the chart as well for VFR traffic.
2 Parallel Rwy to the active one, these are closed! do not mistake them with the grass one! ;)

File Description:
Sinapore Airlines is the launch customer for the A359ULR. The aircraft is configured in a two-class layout, with 67 Business Class seats and 94 Premium Economy Class seats. She is designed for long range flights of over 9,700 nm. Fuel has been increased at the expense of souls on board. The primary use will initially be for routes between WSSS and KJFK (or KLGA), but many others of similar distance can be added later. The flight number on this aircraft reflects the first flight from KJFK-WSSS which is only 8,275 nm (Contrary to media reports of over 9,000 nm) and about 17.5 hours duration (see You Tube video on this flight). The aircraft follows normal flight rules with a higher flight level and longer range. Almost everything is computer controlled and monitored throughout the flight, from take-off to landing. Two of Four pilots monitor the flight at all times, and shift changes occur on a schedule that allows appropriate rest for the crew. The passengers enjoy accommodations unlike provided in any other aircraft or flight, with plenty of meal servings and entertainment options. File Description:
FSX Pilotable Frigate HMCS Ville de Quebec. This addOn provides two versions of a Canadian Halifax-class frigate; one with a Sikorsky rescue helicopter and the 2nd with empty flight deck but the option to set manually a Sikorsky navy helicopter onto the flight deck.
The ships come with navigation bridge, sounds and special effects, like a simulated Harpoon-missile launch. Eleven cameras let you explore each ship. In the VC-mode(F9) you are sailing in formation behind the 2nd frigate. The AI-ship models with the textures are made by Jean-Pierre Fillion. Features for a pilotable version with panel, camera- effect- and VC-configuration by Erwin Welker.
