| HKRE Nairobi Eastleigh 1955-1962 |

File Description:
RAF Eastleigh was the Nairobi airport used by civilian airliners until 1958, when it was replaced by Embakasi, in 1978 renamed Jomo Kenyatta. It still exists as the Kenyan Moi Air Base. This scenery recreates it as it was between 1955 and 1962 and has the files necessary to re-route there the California Classic civilian traffic for 1955 and 1957. Al Von Pingel has provided military traffic for those years, and also for 1959 and 1962.

FS2004 Scenery-Rio Vista Municipal Airport (FAA LID: O88) is a public airport located three miles (4.8 km) northwest of Rio Vista, serving Solano County, California, USA. This general aviation airport covers 273 acres (110 ha) and has two runways and one helipad. The airport is the current base of operations for the Travis AFB Aero Club. This folder contains a repaint for the A2A North American T-6 Texan/Harvard in the colors of N7077C. It was originally built in 1939 (c/n 88-13376) as a SNJ-4 and served with the Navy as BuNo 27760 until 1957, when it was first registered as N7077C. It is painted in a prewar Navy scheme, and has been based in California ever since. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by A2A.

File Description:
This is the next addition to my California airport series: Visalia Municipal. This package updates many aspects of this airport. Buildlings were resized and placed in their real-life locations, parking was updated, the parking ramp at the southern end of the airfield was added, and more. Satellite images from Google Earth were used for accuracy. Many default scenery objects were placed from the FSX scenery libraries. View Readme file for installation and notes. Compiled using Airport Design Editor.

File Description:
These files will update the flight dynamics of the Ilyushin IL-18 for AI traffic available from the California Classics web site. These address the problems of poor flight behavior in FS2004 and especially its inability to land. These files are being released concurrently with a set of present-day liveries for AI traffic by Billy Rutherford. If you have the FDEs issued with Billy's repaints, you do not need this upgrade.

This Douglas DC-3C (cn 34370) in the colors of United Air Lines 'N814CL' is owned and operated by Clay Lacy Aviation and based in Van Nuys, California, USA. Based on repaint templates by Mark Beaumont and original textures by Jan Visser, this texture set in 'United Air Lines' livery requires the base DC-3 package available from Mid Atlantic Air Museum Simulations (MAAM-SIM) at www.maam.org. Spinning prop textures by Bob Rivera. Installation instructions are included.

Los Angeles Airways livery of the Sikorsky S-55. Los Angeles Airways (LAA) was a helicopter airline based in Los Angeles, California. Los Angeles Airways offered services to area airports as well as Disneyland from Los Angeles International Airport. LAA ceased operations in 1971. This is a texture only package and requires the AlphaSim Sikorsky S-55 / Whirlwind FS9 (alpha_sikorsky_s-55_fs9.zip) base aircraft.
