Swedish Air Force Saab J-35 Draken (Part 1). The Draken was designed as a Cold War-era interceptor, but proved over time to be a capable dogfighter, and was also modified into both a recce aircraft and an antiship strike platform. First flying in 1955, with 651 aircraft built, the Draken was exported to three countries, and aged gracefully over a 45-year operational career. Some Drakens are still in service in the US as test pilot school aircraft. I present an 8-LOD AI traffic model to bring another Cold War icon to the flightsim world. This package represents the J-35A (long and short fuselage), J-35B, and J-35D in the service of the Swedish Air Force, with 16 models and 90 repaints. Wasilla PAWS is in Alaska, some 27 miles northeast of Anchorage and 11 miles due north of Birchwood, on the northern side of the Knik Arm. It is, like Birchwood, a small version of Merrill Field for mostly GA aircraft and private hangars, with some maintenance shops. The town of Wasilla is shown in FS9 and is quite large. There are a bunch of private airfields within a ten mile radius and some of these will be posted in this series, as will some other larger airfields. The main runway is around 3,700 feet long, aligned 03-21 and asphalted and lit, as are the taxiways. Again, like Birchwood, there is also a shorter and parallel runway that is grass and which receives no winter maintenance, for winter use by planes that are on skis.

Muscat - Seeb Int'l airport, Oman, serving the the capital of the Sultanate of Oman, is undergoing a major construction of new passenger terminal (North Civilian Apron). The new northern runway (08L/26R) is fully operational with ILS and RNAV, 4000m X 60m.
The current default airport aprons and taxiway remain the same, so simmers could still taxi in and out from the old operational apron to the new runway (A long way though!). An updated version will be pushed once the construction is completed.
Compatible with both FSX and P3D.

| RAF Lindholme (1940s) |

File Description:
RAF Lindholme is located 3.9 miles (6.3 km) south of Thorne and 6.9 miles (11.1 km) north east of Doncaster and was initially called RAF Hatfield Woodhouse and started life as an
expansion scheme aerodrome built on the wide expanse of Hatfield moors, some five miles east of Doncaster. The site, to the east of the A614 Thorne to Bawtry road, was a mile
south of the small village of Hatfield Woodhouse, the name first selected for the new station. Work began in the spring of 1938 taking in approximately 250 acres (1.0 km2) of
pasture for the airfield itself and a further 150 for the camp and support facilities.

File Description:
Airport YBNS Bairnsdale is a regional airport in Victoria Australia. It has 2 runways a long 1101m sealed and lit 04/22 and a 850m sealed 13/31 There is a gocart track and a disused drag strip next to the airport. There is a thriving aero club and training for light aircraft and helicopters. These files are for Flight Simulator X. Made using Airport Design Editor using some objects borrowed from Robert Budd's excellent Baccus Marsh. The standard airport bears only a passing resemblance to the real thing so this scenery is a big improvement and accurately reproduces real world. RECOMMENDED The scenery is designed to interface with ORBX FTX_AU scenery for Australia (payware). It will work without ORBX but will not interface as well with standard scenery.

| RAF Winthorpe |

File Description:
RAF Winthorpe opened in September 1940 and was used as a satellite for RAF Swinderby. It had a long and varied career, mainly as a Heavy Conversion unit. I am not going into too much history here as an in-depth history can be viewed on the very good Newark Air Museum site www.newarkairmuseum.org
The runways, peri track and hangars are pretty much as was; As are the vast majority of the buildings, however, I cannot guarantee that the building used are 100% the correct type of building or in the actual place on the airfield, although I have done my best. (Much of the map I had was out of focus and the building listings were not complete. Anyway, I hope you enjoy my version of RAF Winthorpe.

The Mitsubishi G4M (long designation: Mitsubishi Navy Type 1 attack bomber: 一å¼é™¸ä¸Šæ”»æ’ƒæ©Ÿ, 一å¼é™¸æ”» Isshiki rikujÅ kÅgeki ki, IsshikirikkÅ) was the main twin-engine, land-based bomber used by the Imperial Japanese Navy Air Service in World War II. The Allies gave the G4M the reporting name Betty. Japanese Navy pilots called it Hamaki (葉巻, "cigar", lit. "leaf roll") due to its cylindrical shape.
The G4M had very good performance, especially range, which was achieved by its structural lightness and an almost total lack of protection for its crew, with no armor plating or self-sealing fuel tanks. These omissions proved to be its weakness when confronted with American fighter aircraft during the Pacific War.

Shannon Airport (Aerfort na Sionnane) (ICAO: EINN) Is an international airport on the west coast of Ireland, situated between the city of Limerick and Ennis town. It is home to many daily movements, including scheduled traffic by operators such as Aer Lingus, Ryanair, Delta, United, along with scheduled freighter traffic and other charter operations. The airport has a long history as a primary transatlantic stopover, heavy maintenance base and catering for US Military traffic transiting to/ from USA.
Shannon is also listed as an alternate airport for NASA Space Shuttle returns from orbit due to the length of its RWY 06/24.

These aircraft ran for many years in moderate long range distances, carrying people all accross Europe. If you are a lover of tail draggers and vintage airplanes, you may wish to check this one out. For its time, she had some very modern lines on her, as you'll see with the rudder and cabin windows. It features functioning animated control surfaces, opening cabin door, some antiquish nav and interior lighting, and a reworked MS antique panel.
