Placerville Airport (KPVF) California

File Description:
This is a scenery upgrade for Placerville Airport, California (KPVF). This is part Four of a series of small airstrip and minor airfield scenery enhancements which are based on real world data from Google Earth (Not this one though, Google earth did not have a detailed image of KPVF so I had to use what was available on the net, which was not much!). Built using EZ_Scenery, Lee Swordy's AFCAD and SBuilder. You must have rwy12 and EZ scenery libraries installed for the buildings to show. Both libraries of objects are free. EZ Library is available from this URL http://www.abacuspub.com/pub/AbacusEZLibraries.exe. Rwy12 from Avsim and additional EZ Custom libraries from Avsim also. Search under Scenery design.

Rochester Int'l Airport-KRST

File Description:
This is THE MOST realistic AFCAD file for KRST availiable to the FS community. It is based off of timetable info and research/observations of the REAL THING. It has all the latest gate and runway information. This is the First Freeware file done by JAD Simulations. I made it a while ago, and decided to upload it on behalf of JAD. I an hoping to create an ultra-realistic scenery for Rochester, as part of our up-coming payware project, Bus-sim - whoops I wasn't supposed to say that. My colleague Jeff and I (managers of JAD) live here in Rochester and are hoping for alot of realism added to KRST.

This aircraft, Piper Cherokee HB-OHX belongs to "Elkair" a group of friends that organize flying holidays in Scandinavia and is based on the regional Bern-Belp airport (BRN/LSZB), Bern.

Fouga Magister alternative 2D rear seat panel "periscopal" view

File Description:
This is an alternative 2D rear seat panel for the magnificent Fouga Magister by A. Chancel, J-P Langer, J-P Bourgeois, B. Dube and M. Hardouin which can be downloaded from http://restauravia.com. The aircraft is a true "must" for any FS addict and comes complete with a thorough documentation both in French and in English. It includes some very novel features, among which the possibility to "fly" the aircraft from the rear seat both with a conventional 3D view and with a so-called "periscopal" 2D view, just like in the real aircraft. This alternative "periscopal" view includes all the necessary instruments to land the aircraft from the rear seat. Happy flights!

F/A-18 Hornet panel with realistic HUD

File Description:
F/A-18 HUD and panel (2D and 3D) for use with Team FS KBT’s Super Hornet. Built from scratch for FSX, and at higher resolution than previous versions. Works well within the 3-D virtual cockpit. Multiple zooms in 2D also supported. Very little framerate loss in fullscreen. The symbology is now much more realistic (almost identical, pixel for pixel, to the real Hornet’s. See pics and video within.) New HUD features added, including courseline steering arrow (can be linked to NAV1, NAV2, or GPS), multiple clock modes, realistic HUD reject options, altitude options, energy caret, etc. Many pics and vids within, as well as useful and informative documents, including actual carrier pattern specs.

World Challenge (South American Venezuela Challenge)

File Description:
Second part of the World Challenge. This time is starts in Venezuela in the city of Caracas. It has two part Western and Eastern giving you a choice in which direction you would like to go. This time more aircrafts was added to give you a better choice. These aircrafts can be download here at avsim. Short 360 Twin Otter and BN-2. Also you may want to upgrade your scenery of Venezuela and your AFCAD files to give you a more real like to the challenge. This Challenge will take you to far out the way places that no one would ever think of going to. More infomation about the challenge is inside the folder.

File Description:
AFCADv2 (FS2004) for EGKK London Gatwick 2005. Default scenery, as per AIS document (April 05). New method discovered and developed by me called "Fantaxiway" which helps AI aircraft clear the runway quicker and helps reduce go-arounds. Closed taxiways used to tidy up taxiway lighting. Lighting now as per AIS document. 2 taxiways have been split to make taxiing to 26L more smoother and prevent AI stopping and eventually disappearing en-route. RWY 08R/26L for takeoff and landing. 08L/26R runway closed as in real life. Assigned gates, correct as of June 2005, with overflow parking also. Produced, July 2005. Asix9 © 2003-2005. Frontier Airlines Summer 2005 V1.3

File Description:
These are accurate flight plans for Frontier Airlines (US), valid Summer 05 - 24. July to 13. August. Made with MRAI Flight plan Compiler using the information at their website, all flights are included. Frontier has an all Airbus fleet now, no single Boeing flying anymore in their fleet. Note that N911FR isn't included, it's active with another airline. Changes in V1.3: - complete new flight plan, using one less A318 compared to V1.2 (so they fleet is now 7 of them, like in the real world) - the flight plan also uses one less CRJ-700 and 3 more A319 compared to V1.2 - new flights introduced to Akron/Cleveland (CAK) - new flights introduced to San Antonio (SAT)
