Textures for Libardo Guzman's Electra model.
L-188A Electra c/n 1094 original 1959 delivered to Western AL, 1968 converted to Combi L-188PF and to Intl. Jetair Canada as CF-IJY, then as N405GN from 1977 to 1979, flew for Great Northern in Alaska as part of the development of the North Slope oil fields.

Attention, the large cargo hatches cannot be opened on the Guzman model!
I recommend using Fraser McKay's excellent panel (FML188AP.zip available at Flightsim.com) including the config. and air. files supplied with this panel package. These provide exact aircraft's characteristics and enable certain systems to function correctly, which those provided with the original model may not.

TOPCAT is an acronym for Take-Off and Landing Performance Calculation Tool. It's a highly realistic, easy-to-use planning tool for all serious flight simulator enthusiasts. It brings into a single application all of the calculations required to plan for safe and repeatable take-offs and landings including de-rated thrust and assumed temperature calculation. | US Navy 'VS-41 "Shamrocks" at NAS Whidbey Island' Lockheed S-3B Viking |

File Description:
This is a repaint of the Dino Cattaneo's S-3B "Viking". These textures represent a Viking of VS-41, "Shamrocks" that was at NAS Whidbey Island. VS-41 was a RAG squadron for S-3s and on September 30, 2006, the squadron was officially disestablished as the Vikings were eliminated from USN inventory. This particular aircraft is on display at the USS Midway Museum in San Diego, CA. The textures are those of an artist interpretation and resulting rendition. THESE ARE TEXTURES ONLY! You need Dino Cattaneo's Lockheed S-3B Viking freeware package.

File Description:
This folder contains a repaint for Piper Comanche by A2A, in the colours of SE-FFG, (c/n 24-2748), a Comanche built in 1961, originally N7542P and G-ARXI, but which came to Sweden in 1968, becoming SE-FFG. It passed through several owners until it was damaged beyond repair during a wheels-up landing at Fyresdal airport in Norway in 2005. The fuselage is currently on display in the Aeroseum near Göteborg, Sweden, where it is used as a flight simulator.
Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by A2A.

This constitutes 10 metre terrain mesh for a section of the USA, The whole USA East mesh files will abutt the US West Coast 10m mesh already available elsewhere, that was made by: Raimondo Taburet. Make sure you have your scenery terrain settings at about 5 metres in the FSX display dialogue for the mesh to show properly!

The city of Avalon on Catalina Island with many custom built objects including the Turret House, Wrigley Memorial, Pier, working Bell Tower (sounds), and several businesses and hotels. This scenery was designed around the freeware Catalina Island by Aerosoft and is required for this scenery to display correctly. FS2002 version of this scenery has over 5500 downloads. Tested on FSX Gold Edition (FSX Deluxe and Acceleration Expansion Pack), FSGenesis 9.6 terrain mesh, and Win7 operating system. Requires RWEOBJv5.zip & RWEOBJc5.zip (or later) Object Libraries. the current situation.

Woodward Field Airport is a county-owned public-use general aviation airport. It is sometimes called Kershaw County Airport, and many people also know it as the Camden Airport. It is located approx. 6.9 miles northeast of the historical city of Camden, South Carolina and currently does not serve scheduled airline flights. It is host to several vintage aircraft events and fly-in's annually. Scenery was designed with ADE9X v1.47 and Google Maps.(for placement references) Requires EZ-Scenery and RWY12 library collections for proper display of scenery objects. ez_1.zip and rwy12_1.zip

failure on takeoff. Static Display at South Australian Aviation Museum,Port Adelaide.

Situated between the mountains of Alaska and near the border of Canada sits HANKS Trading Post. Founded in 1937 by Hank Johnson Sr. it has become an important stop along many routes to and from Alaska and Canada. Modern features include lodging for pilots and tourists, an Air Ranger Station, Mira’s Bed and breakfast, the Pot O Gold Tavern (very well known to locals!), Hanks Trading Post, the Last Chance Liquor Emporium, docks for boats and float planes, Steve’s fish house, and home to Skippy’s nightly Homemade firework display at 9 sharp.
