Monarch Airlines, also known as and trading as Monarch, is a British airline based at Luton Airport, operating scheduled flights to destinations in the Mediterranean, Canary Islands, Cyprus, Egypt, Greece and Turkey, with additional charter services to Europe, the United States, the Caribbean, India and Africa. Owned by Globus Travel Group, the airline's headquarters are at Luton with other bases at Birmingham, East Midlands, Leeds/Bradford, Gatwick and Manchester. Monarch is the oldest UK airline to have not changed its original name. It has around 3000 employees.

Fort Simpson is the sixth in a series of airfields that follow (approximately) in a southward direction the Mackenzie River. At the far northern end of the river is Tuktoyaktuk, then Inuvik, Fort McPherson, Fort Good Hope, Deline, Wrigley, and Fort Simpson Island, all posted. Fort Simpson is at 555 feet asl and on the west bank of the the Liard River, close to Fort Simpson Island and where the Liard and the Mackenzie join up. The town of Fort Simpson is on an island, and has a population of 1,250 or so folks. The Hudson Bay trading post was established here in 1822. The new(er) Fort Simpson airport is just over seven miles south of the town, and has 6,000 feet of asphalt runway. It may be from the WW2 time, as it seems there was originally a second runway which has now totally disappeared, There are scheduled flights by First Air and Air Tindi, plus I have added a Buffalo DC3 and GA. There is a mandatory radio frequency which is for both CYFS and CET4 and in this case I have set the "tower" to "manned" so you will report position and obey instructions. There is fuel available. I have added the ferry at the crossing of the Liard River just south of the field.

MEGA Maldives Airlines has introduced a Boeing 737-800 aircraft to its fleet as part of its fleet modernization drive.The aircraft is just over 4 years old with 12 business class seats and 156 economy class seats with the latest Boeing Sky interior and new extra fuel saving “split scimitar†winglets. It is part of an overall strategy for the airline to update and re-structure its fleet over the next year. The aircraft will support MEGA’s plans for increased connectivity between the Maldives and short to medium range markets. This includes India and Sri Lanka, with new routes starting within the 4th quarter. MEGA also plans to restart its Kuala Lumpur and Jeddah routes, although these routes will operate primarily on larger 767 aircraft in MEGA’s existing fleet. he new B737 aircraft is wet-leased from Czech operator Travel Services, but will fly in the MEGA Maldives Airlines colours and livery and MEGA Maldives cabin crew will service the flight onboard. This is the third time MEGA has wet-leased an aircraft from Travel Services. Furthermore, in support of the national drive to increase tourism, the aircraft also sports the “Maldives – sunny side of life†logo prominently. A321 FD-FMC is a freeware FMC project, only for FSX and P3D, based on Project Airbus A321 aircraft with enhanced VC, which provide real vertical navigation feature and all Airbus autopilot advanced modes (all knobs like real Airbus : Push-pull). FD-FMC has a unrealistic interface, to be easy to use, but it offers true vertical navigation in N1 mode with adaptive pitch control. Aircraft pack include an airport database (more than 200 airports) and new airports procedure files are created each month and can be downloaded. This database include real SID, STAR and approach procedures. FD-FMC manages altitude and speed constraint, holding pattern, DME-ARC, ILS/LOC/RNAV approaches, autolanding, LOC back course mode, multiple gradient approaches. You can set easily all performance in FMC pages, for Take off, climb, descent and approach. VC fully functional, with all system (Bleeds system, fuel system, Fly by wire). All switches working. ND with Radar terrain (TAWS) and basic TCAS (traffic). All real airbus autopilot mode works and reported on the PFD's FMA : THR CLB, CB, SRS, DES THR IDLE, etc ......Flight can be saved (update automatically FSX flight plan file) and all FMC data are saved.

| Republic P-47D-20 365th FG (B4-W) "Mortician's Delight" |

This folder contains a repaint for the A2A Wings of Power III P-47D Thunderbolt, representing P-47D-5-RE 42-8438 B4-W "Morticians Delight", one of the P-47's flown by Lt Neal Worley of the 387th FS/ 365th FG. Lt. Worley's first two P-47's were called 'Kansas Jack', referring to his Emporia, Kansas upbringing, but he did not feel like naming his third aircraft. His crew came up with 'Morticians Delight', and Worley himself painted the picture on the engine cowling. In 127 missions, he crashed 5 Thunderbolts. His coolness under pressure was immortilized on July 26th, 1944. A 20 mm shell hit his right wheel well during an attack on Sauveur Lendelin, jamming the wheel. He discovered that only the left wheel would lower, but would not retract, so bellying in was no longer an option. He circled for over an hour, burning fuel, and then landed on only the left gear, easing the fighter down. When the right wing dipped just enough, he hit the left brake, and the P-47 spun to a stop. His landing was captured on film, and used in the movie "Fighter Squadron". The aircraft was repaired, and flew missions the very next day, as a testament to the ruggedness of the Thunderbolt. This updated version reflects the changes taking place at the airport with two optional files and made only for FSX users, not made or suitable for use in P3D: There is one version with the Crosswind runways operating where all 8 runways will be used for takeoff/landing and one version as the default airport runway operation: Runway 9C/27C and its taxiways now added with ILS approaches included for it, runway 9R/27L now at its new extended length and the ILS approaches corrected for it, the runway reconfiguration is now complete, the new extension and gates added to terminal 5, all aprons, taxiways and taxi signs updated to the latest charts, assigned parking as per their website where possible with extra parking including 2 gates for the A380 (gates M9 and M19), extra fuel trucks, support vehicle roads rebuilt and many other scenery improvements and objects added, airport views are from inside the central control tower (when in tower view), there is also a file for the nearby airport Chicago Executive formally Palwaukee Municipal (KPWK) which uses the same frequency as the KORD ILS for rwy 9C/27C, this bgl file for KPWK has the ILS frequency for Rwy 16 corrected to 109.75, so as not to cause a conflict at KORD, please view the readme before installation.
