FSX and FS2004 Short S.45 Solent. The Solent was a large and powerful flying boat airliner of 1946 built for BOAC and TEAL (Tasman Empire Airways Ltd). The last Solent was retired in 1960. This repaint is for the A2A Wings of Power 3 Spitfire MkIIb and is a representation of EN398, flown by Air Vice Marshal James Edgar "Johnnie" Johnson CB, CBE, DSO & Two Bars, DFC & Bar. The maple leaf is green because Johnnie said it was and that's good enough for me. After all, pilots did personalise their aircraft.
If you prefer, then there is a texture included that changes it to red.

The airports of Roma Urbe (ICAO code LIRU), Roma Fiumicino (LIRF) and Roma Ciampino (LIRA) are founds inside the scenery (see map). For the best results, use it in association with other parts of Lazio photoreal: Lazio 1 Viterbo, Lazio 3 Rieti, Lazio 4 Latina, Lazio 5 Gaeta.

Plymouth City Airport scenery for FSX as of November 2011. The airport was opened in 1925 and closed on 23rd December 2011. This is version 3 of the scenery - any previous versions must be uninstalled first. Scenery includes airport buildings, 3D lighting, photo ground, surrounding traffic, buildings and greenery. Also includes a special scenery level options program to turn certain features on and off and to perform minor updates.

File Description:
Corunna Downs heritage listed RAAF Base was a secret airfield located in scrub and spinifex country, about 16 kms south west of Marble Bar, the hottest part of the "The Pilbara" area of Western Australia. Not a very ideal place to have a tent city. Today there are very few reminders of the once busy airfield. One can see some crumbling foundations and half filled post holes. 73 OBU operated the Corunna Downs airfield which comprised two intersecting bitumen runways, now regressed and graded occasionally. One ran approximately north-south, 5,000 feet in length while the other ran approximately east-west, 7,000 feet in length. Both runways were approximately 150 feet wide. A 50 foot wide taxiway linked the northern end of the north-south runway to the western end of the east-west runway. Approximately 20 camouflaged revetments to disperse aircraft to minimise bomb damage were constructed at Corunna Downs. Permission is required for landing and there may be vegetation on the strip if not graded recently. No cones or windsock so be careful. Corunna Downs Homestead is also heritage listed and consists of graded strips and homestead complex. Start points are at the homestead and the RAAF base is to the west. This is St Paul Island airport, plus the town and the harbour which has featured alongside Dutch Harbor in the tv series Deadliest Catch.
St Paul is in the Pribilof group of five islands around 250 miles north of Dutch Harbour. The town has a population of less than 600, so a lot smaller than Dutch Harbour and with only one processing plant, Trident.
The Ai includes a PenAir flight, a Coast Guard C-130, and Coast Guard helicopters; sea AI includes a fishing boat and a Coast Guard cutter. The Coast Guard C-130 and helicopter flights are to Dutch Harbor, so both sceneries are required to make it work as it should. The airport has 6,500 feet of 150 feet wide asphalt with 1,000 feet of over-run at each end, aligned 36/18, lit, and with two aprons at the southern end. There is no hangerage except for Coast Guard helicopters. Runway 36 has at its northern end a hill.
In real life the runway slopes up to the north by over 60 feet, but in FS9 it doesn't; hence the change in airport elevation to 80 feet ASL to get the northern end at least partly out of a box canyon. There is fuel available and it is dispensed from a truck, there are no pumps.

File Description:
Located 03 miles N of Princeton/Rocky Hill, New Jersey on 100 acres of land, Princeton Airport is a public airstrip. Fuel is available by parking next to the fuel tank - make sure you leave yourself enough room to get back out! (The block of static aircraft parked near the fuel area have collision disabled). This airport offers hangar space for transient aircraft, and as such 5 hangars are open that you can park in - the large hanger and the 4 surrounding it, 2 to the north and 2 to the south. The large hangar has operating doors - the frequency to open them is posted on the hangar doors. You can also choose to start in one of the hangars by selecting a DOCK parking space when positioning yourself at the airport. Docks 16 & 17 are the two small north hangars, Dock 20 is the large central hangar and Docks 18 & 19 are the two small south hangars.
Scenery constructed with use of satellite images/streetview, the author has not been there in person.
This scenery is meant to be used in conjunction with MegaScenery Earth New Jersey/Delaware 001. It is not required, but apron use is minimized to allow satellite scenery to show through as much as possible, and objects are placed based on the MSE textures - lack of it may make scenery look out of place.
