| KLBB - Lubbock Preston Smith Intl - Texas V3.0.1 |

File Description:
Lubbock is another one of those little known, neglected airports that populate the
FS world. Avery simple airport, LBB somewhat feels like a little DFW. There is a very DFW-ish main terminal with fewer than
10 gates and plenty of space to grow. The only mainline service is courtesy Southwest, but several RJ's freqent Lubbock
several times per day along with the big freighters. This airport was built from the ground up with excellent detail,
and because of the sparse traffic, frame rates are excellent as well.
V2.0 Update:
Recently, Lubbock has moved their east-west runway 8/26 roughly 1000 feet to the East so as to eliminate runway incursions
by separation from the north-south runway 17R-35L. Version 2.0 reflects this modificaton. Several taxiways have been removed
or modified, and airport fencing has been altered to reflect the change.
V3.0 Update:
This update fixes some major errors mainly on the West side of the airport. The cargo ramp and some of the GA parking had been
found to be located in the wrong positions. They have been relocated and rebuilt to match GoogleEarth images. Also, the afcad
has been updated to line up with these changes along with airline parking updates at the main terminal. All the jetways have
been replaced with more accurate representations, and they have also been adjusted to match their current real world positioning.
v3.0.1 update:
There was a missing scenery library that has been added to the download, so now the jetways will appear if they had not before.

This VJPL production of the Cessna Citation Sovereign comes fully loaded with all the features
one could expect of a 16 million dollar business jet Custom designed to be frame rate friendly using
a "Lite" switch that during use in high density scenery hides the passenger cabin in an instant
and reduces the load on the computer, further this model performs better in the VC than with the 2D panel in view, interior appointments include a high detail passenger cabin with running water in the lavatory and a flushing toilet, all tables extend for use and include wine for the animated passenger, a functional bar, an operational computer and all cabin doors including closet open and close and leather seating, animated copilot, fully click able Virtual Cockpit animated down to the visors, and custom cabin lighting, the exterior has all control surfaces and exits animated and thrust reverser's. This is a repaint of the Canadair CL-44 in Seaboard World 1965 colors. You need the freeware Canadair CL-44 by Mike Stone. The Canadair CL-44 was Seaboard's first "prop-jet". Seaboard's engineers actually had a hand in its design, and it was the first modern airliner designed solely to carry freight. It could carry a payload of 65,000 pounds. A total of 7 CL-44s were purchased by Seaboard, with one leased in 1966. This aircraft was tested on FSX-SE. It should work on FSX and FS2004. Textures are 32bit bmp.
*This is strictly an FS2004 model. However, I used it on FSX-SE by replacing the FS2004 panel and gauges with an FSX 2D panel, and it worked well. I have included two internet links for users of FSX, who wish to fly the aircraft, with easy instructions on how to go about replacing the FS2004 panels with FSX ones.

This Douglas DC-3C (cn 34370) in the colors of United Air Lines 'N814CL' is owned and operated by Clay Lacy Aviation and based in Van Nuys, California, USA. Based on repaint templates by Mark Beaumont and original textures by Jan Visser, this texture set in 'United Air Lines' livery requires the base DC-3 package available from Mid Atlantic Air Museum Simulations (MAAM-SIM) at www.maam.org. Spinning prop textures by Bob Rivera. Installation instructions are included.
