File Description:
Alexandria Airlines is a new airline based in Egypt. It started operations in April 2007 initially operating charters between Egypt and Jordan. The airline has since launched scheduled flights from Alexandria El Nouzha Airport to the Gulf and Middle East. The current fleet consists of a Boeing 737-500 SU-KHM (this repaint) and a Boeing 737-300. Textures only for the AI Aardvark model. Thanks to David Rawlins for the model and original paint and thanks to David Carter for FDE.

Out of Benghazi and Tripoli, Libyan Airlines is operating scheduled services to Beida, Ghadames, Ghat, Houn, Kufra, Misratah, Sebha and Sirte (Libya), Algiers (Algeria), Amman (Jordan), Athens (Greece), Cairo and Alexandria (Egypt), Casablanca (Morocco), Damascus (Syria), Dubai (UAE), Istanbul (Turkey), Jeddah (Saudi Arabia), Kiev (Ukraine), London and Manchester (UK), Luqa (Malta), Milan and Rome (Italy) as well as Tunis (Tunisia). | FSPilot Flight Plan - Shannon to Carnmore to Shannon |

File Description:
This flightplan requires the freeware Autopilot/EFIS/Flight Planner software, FSPilot, available here at Avsim (fspilot_142.zip). Place your helicopter at Shannon (EINN), load and run the flight plan. The flight will take you to the west coast of Ireland, landing at Inisheer, Inishmaan, two of the Aran Islands then on to Carnmore (Galway) before returning to Shannon. Using Jordan Moore's Bell 412 the trip took approximately one hour to complete.

Includes landclass changes, roads, rework of runways, taxiways, aprons and parking, and placement of library objects . Scenery in this package is based on Virtual Earth (Bing) and Google Earth imagery.

File Description:
The auto-generated thermals in FSX are made more challenging and diversified by editing the ThermalDescriptions.xml. Three more classes of thermals were added and the lookup table that determines which thermals occur on each landclass type was edited. The characteristics of thermals (climb rate, ceiling, diameter) should be more realistic and challenging.
