Welcome to Helena Regional Airport for FSX! All the structures are custom. Airport vehicles use
the proper vehicle paths and do not use taxiways. The Rocky Mountain Emergency Services fire training
facility is depicted and there is a training session in progress. Be sure to visit Mustard Mickey's
before your travels take you through the scenic Montana wilderness. Stop by Vetter Aviation and thank
Brent for his over two decades of service to the aviation industry.
As with all my work the structures are original work. Some are accurate, some are workups based on what
I think they might look like.
Three scenery complexity levels are used (normal,dense, and very dense). More eye candy appears with each
increase.

Saglek Airport CYSV (Route additions to radar etc.)
The airport is located north of New Fourdland in Canada, there is a radar station on the mountain near the Atlantic.
In 1945, he had research on BPS.
The scenery comes from information collected from Google Earth and other images.
Runway 17 has an ILS approach on frequency 110.10.
Runway 35 also has an ILS approach on frequency 112.10.
The landing is quite critical because we are close to the ground.
ATC control is active for approaches and ground service.

Installation: unzip the folder: rd-airport-cysv-saglek-v4.zip and place the rd-airport-saglek folder in the community.

File Description:
Mont. Sant'Angelo Foggia Italy N41.42.22 E15.57.40 The city center stands on a Gargano spur in a wooded area. Important is the church that stands in a tuff cave in the heart of the mountain and dedicated to the Archangel Michele where the tradition wants it to appear to be fighting the Devil. Important is Castle N41.42.27 E15.57.09. erected by the bishop of Benevento Bear I between 837 and 838, which was enlarged by the Normans, Swabians and Angevins, who served as a prison. The blinding white of his houses makes it a particularly noticeable spot during VFR flight. Important VFR point for approaching military airport Amendola Foggia.

File Description:
This is a depiction of the RCMT Beigan Airport in Matzu, Republic of China. This airport is one of two airports that serve the Matzu Islands. Opened in 1994, RCMT was severely limited by a short runway and mountain obstructions to small aircraft such as Dornier 228. A new and longer runway, constructed with significant earthmoving effort in 2001, allowed the operation of larger aircraft. Real-world AIP of this airport may be obtained from the ROC Civil Aeronautics Administration: http://eaip.caa.gov.tw/
Custom buildings converted from FS9 El Formosa Project were added. All buildings, runway, apron, parking, signs, and other features were positioned based on satellite image. Created by Kenny Chen, Rudolf Liu, and Mike Huang. FSX apron lights by Jim Dhaenens.

A complete remapping of Mount Rainier National Park in Washington State. Based upon commercial topographic maps, the designed scenery includes, every hiking trail drawn in meticulous detail including every real life switchback; every lake and small alpine pond 20 feet in diameter and over, modified landclass of alpine, forest & rock; every perennial and many intermittent creeks, all steams and rivers (many braided), a complete glacier mapping of every glacier with custom textures and ice fields on the mountain, a complete mapping of all rock faces and rock, moraine rock deposits, glacier outwash area, mudflows, roads, swamp and marsh areas. Includes some effects. Designed to compliment UT USA and any LOD 9 or 10 mesh. Works well with FS Genesis LOD 10 mesh and Birds Eye View Textures.

File Description:
This scenery contains high resolution ground scenery for the airport of San Francisco Intl. (SFO). It makes me kind of nostalgic, because that's the area where I first successfully tried my hi-res mesh technique for FS2004. The scenery has a resolution of 1.2m/pix (4.7m/pix is FS2004-standard). Coverage is the area around SFO containing the San Bruno Mountain Park and the San Adreas Res. So it's quiet a sight! And don't forget to bring some flowers :-) The scenery gives best results when combined with with my "San Francisco" standard resolution ground scenery, which covers a much larger area at 4.7m/pix and matches perfectly in color and everything...
Won't work in FSX. For FSX please wait for the upcoming FSX-version of this scenery.

Asiago Vicenza Italy N45.52.33 E11.27.45 is located on a plateau at an altitude of 1000 meters above sea level, north of the Province of Vicenza along the border with the Province of Trento. It is surrounded to the north by a mountain range with reliefs of over 2000 meters high. The territory is mainly covered by extensive forests. The city is characterized by a mausoleum that recalls the First World War. In addition, the Astrophysical Observatory of Asiago, also known as the "Pennar Observatory", stands on the Pennar Hill at 1040 meters high, surrounded by a thick forest. This folder contains a repaint for the P-51B/C model for FSX by Warbirdsim. It shows 'Old 7', 43-7061, which was the pride and joy of the 2nd FS/52nd FG. It flew over 125 operational missions, amassing 778 flying hours and shot down at least 8 enemy aircraft, without suffering a single mechanical failure. It was lovingly maintained at first by S/Sgt Vincent Reagan, and later by S/Sgts James Lynes and C.G. Jones. By december 1944, it was the oldest aircraft in the 2nd FS, and it remained so. The officers and men of the 2nd FS were so proud of 'Old 7' that they tried to have her sent to the US for a warbond tour, but the Air Force was not interested. During its long career, it served as the regular mount for Capt. Arthur Johnston (who named it Marie and flew it as QP-M), Capt. William DeForest (when it was changed to Myrtle and QP-7) and Lt. Thomas Hoover, as well as several other pilots. Repaint by JanKees Blom, based on the warbirdsim paintkit.

This will only work on the PMDG 747-8X. That means you must first own the 747-400x and buy the -8 expansion. This is the only aircraft this size and textures allowing this project to succeed so there will not be anymore of this version and it's only for the 747-8x.
This paint took me literally hundreds of hours. It's the hardest yet most rewarding effort I've ever done in a paint. It's the 10th Anniversary 9/11 Tribute. It has EVERY name of all that died that day. The names of the WTC victims are on the fuselage. The names of the Pentagon casualties are on the Right side tail. The engines have the aircraft broken down from flight crew and passengers. Keep in mind there are 4 sides to paint in the kit but 8 sides of a 4 engine plane in the sim. Therefore there are two of each and nothing anyone can do about.
Dedicated to all those that are missing their loved ones, all that died that day (and injured), and all the brave men and women that risked their lives and paid the highest of prices.
