| Tradewinds Airways Canadair CL-44 1977 |

This is a repaint of the Canadair CL-44 in Tradewinds Airways colors. You need the freeware Canadair CL-44 by Mike Stone. Tradewinds was a British air cargo company. In November 1968, Transglobe Airways ceased operations, leaving a fleet of Canadair CL-44s lease-purchased from Seaboard World Airlines in limbo. Later in the month, Bobwood was formed to takeover the aircraft lease. Bobwood's name was changed to Tradewind Airways in January 1969 and all three ex-Transglobe Airways CL-44s were transferred over to the new company. Due to Seaboard World Airlines (a U.S. Cargo airline) having a large interest in Tradewinds, the British Government would not issue a license. Thus, in April, a British group was put together to take over the company. Consequently, a route network was developed primarily to Africa and North America in 1971–1976. Also in 1972, the carrier began flying from London Heathrow, often on all-cargo subcontracts for foreign airlines. In January 1977, Tradewinds became a wholly owned subsidiary of the multinational Lonrho Group. They received the 707-320Cs soon after. In 1978–1979, Tradewinds offered scheduled jet freight services from London to points in Africa, USA, and Canada. Unfortunately, in January 1986, Tradewinds ceased operations, citing overcapacity, undercutting by competing charter services, and stringent new noise abatement rules as cause of the demise. Its assetts were purchased by Tal Air, a British business travel airline, and tried to revive Tradewinds with freight services to Africa and the Middle East, however it was not to be, and they finally shut down for good in 1990.
Textures are 32bit bmp. This aircraft was tested on FSX-SE. It should work on FSX and FS2004.
*This is strictly an FS2004 model. However, I used it on FSX-SE by replacing the FS2004 panel and gauges with an FSX 2D panel, and it worked well. I have included two internet links for users of FSX, who wish to fly the aircraft, with easy instructions on how to go about replacing the FS2004 panels with FSX ones.

| YCDN Corunna Downs Station and Old Corunna Downs RAAF (Closed) |

File Description:
Corunna Downs heritage listed RAAF Base was a secret airfield located in scrub and spinifex country, about 16 kms south west of Marble Bar, the hottest part of the "The Pilbara" area of Western Australia. Not a very ideal place to have a tent city. Today there are very few reminders of the once busy airfield. One can see some crumbling foundations and half filled post holes. 73 OBU operated the Corunna Downs airfield which comprised two intersecting bitumen runways, now regressed and graded occasionally. One ran approximately north-south, 5,000 feet in length while the other ran approximately east-west, 7,000 feet in length. Both runways were approximately 150 feet wide. A 50 foot wide taxiway linked the northern end of the north-south runway to the western end of the east-west runway. Approximately 20 camouflaged revetments to disperse aircraft to minimise bomb damage were constructed at Corunna Downs. Permission is required for landing and there may be vegetation on the strip if not graded recently. No cones or windsock so be careful. Corunna Downs Homestead is also heritage listed and consists of graded strips and homestead complex. Start points are at the homestead and the RAAF base is to the west. A start flight situation and GPS course is preloaded to guide you from Strip to Strip.
VFR Photographic Scenery and VFR Terrain also must be installed.

File Description:
This download includes Utah Complete v1.0 with my Salt Lake City International Airport Scenery. Utah Complete is a widespread project covering much of the state of Utah. This scenery upgrades the landscape, adds many scenery objects, improves many Utah airports, corrects flaws in default scenery, adds ski trails at ski resorts, enhances terrain in select locations, and provides an overall more realistic experience. In addition, Salt Lake City International Airport (KSLC) has been significantly improved with new custom GMAX buildings (including the terminal complex), updated AFCAD, and more realistic object placement. Other airports featured include: Provo (KPVU), Ogden (KOGD), St. George (KSGU), Logan-Cache (KLGU), Heber Valley (36U), Cedar City (KCDC), Moab (KCNY), Vernal (KVEL), and more!

File Description:
This is a NEW version of my scenery for Mexicali airport (ICAO code: MMML; IATA code: MXL). There are several improvements: the main one is a new landclass which makes the surrounding terrain of the airport (and Mexicali city as well) more similar to the real thing. This scenery is an improvement of the default FS2004 scenery (the latter being a strip into the nothing). I have used the default library objects as well as the library created by Sidney Schwartz (fs9 custom buildings vol.1) and Bill Leaming (ramp light); therefore I explicitly thank both of them for their great work, and for making it freeware for all the AVSIM community.

| Quinta do Alqueidao ULM Airfield v1 |

File Description:
This very old farm was reworked in order to became an ULM airfield, very crowded during weekends; it's also a rural tourism farm with a small but very nice restaurant (I suggest you visit Pelicano site and see the pictures). This scenery is ONLY compatible with Portugal Terrain from PTSIM (http://www.ptsim.com) and is based on digital pictures taken at the place, accurate real measures by Aerodromos de Portugal (http://www.pelicano.com.pt/zmapa.html). Although certified for ULM, this airfield have no ICAO so I gave it the fake LPQA.
This scenery is still under construction, so a second version will be published with several improvements and reworked objects. Freeware. For Microsoft FS2004. NOT tested for FSX

File Description:
Land class for Southern Africa, consist of Land class tiles for most parts of Southern African countries south of the Equator. The Land class for Southern Africa was created by using Satellite imagery and knowledge of the area and then applying the nearest suitable LC tile to that area.
To get the best results from this update it will be advisable to download the latest Detailed Terrain Features for Southern Africa of Aeroworx (also available in the AVSIM Library - starting with file fsxWorx01.zip).
This scenery is important and will be needed with release of future scenery by Aeroworx.
