Lansdowne Monument

File Description:
To the south-east of the White Horse, on top of Cherhill Down is the Lansdowne Monument. Erected in 1845 by the 3rd Marquis of Lansdowne to commemorate his ancestor Sir William Petty. It towers 125 feet (38 metres) above the hill and can also be seen 30 miles (48 Km) away. The hill now belongs to the National Trust. It is said that this is the highest point between London and Bristol. Lat 51 26' Lon 1 54'.

Maupiti (NTTP)

File Description:
An AFCAD2 File for Maupiti, French Polynesia (NTTP). In an effort to make this airport more interesting to fly into, the runway has been moved slightly north & east, which gives the 'St Maarten' effect if your landing on rwy 08. A taxiway has been added, and also a gate for the Air Tahiti ATR's that serve the airport. This file is for the Maupiti scenery by Bill Melichar and has not been tested with the default scenery.

File Description: EDQO -airfield Ottengruenerheide Germany. Updated and enhanced FSX scenery for Ottengruenerheide airfiled in the East of Germany close to the Czechian border. Not far from Hof Plauen. Apparently an excellent glider field. Added plenty default FSX objects, 2 hangars and a tower. There is now an asphalt runway as in reality [28-10] Static planes [of course plenty of gliders] Hardly any frame loss. Made with the free ADE scenery program by Scruffy Duck. Joost Visser [PH-JVX]

File Description:
This livery represents a fictional "What if" repaint of the magnificent payware Grumman F9F-5 Panther by VertigoStudios in a Royal Navy Livery. The aircraft resembles what it would look like if the United Kingdom government chose the Grumman F9F Panther over, or together with the Hawker Seahawk as their primary naval (carrier based) attack fighter in the late 50-ies. This particular aircraft is in the colors of the HMS Albion (R07) aircraft carrier based 806 Sqn operating in Suez, Egypt, 1959. The real unit operated Hawker Sea Hawk FGA6's from the same carrier. You need the payware Vertigo Studios F9F in order to use this repaint.

Alternate GlobalEnvTest

File Description:
These are alternative textures for the default GlobalEnvTest.dds and GlobalEnv_AC_Chrome.dds. These are made using real pictures and will hopefully add a bit more realism to your flights. These textures are what you see reflecting off aircraft, glass, and chrome. I've also included a folder called Original Textures, just in case you don't backup your originals. I plan on doing different versions in the future, if anyone knows how to right a program that will allow to switch between these textures easily, as I plan on making different ones for different weather and terrain, please contact me.
