Lockheed F-80C-10-LO Shooting Star USAF FT-805,C/N 49-805 "Seductive Shirley", operated by the 51th FIW, 25th FIS based at Kimpo Air Base in December 1950 at the Korean War.
51th FIW was tasked to adquired Air Superiority in the combat area,but had great problems with the aparition in combat of the superior MiG-15, after the 1th November 1950.
One pilot of the 16 FIS, 51 FIW(LT Russell Brown) was wrong credited with the destruction of one MiG the 8th November; actually this MiG,flew by the Soviet LT Kharitonov of the 72th GIAP landed intact and safely at Antung Airfield.The explosion sighted by Brown was the impact of the drop tanks in the ground.Actually the first kill by the F-80´s full admitted
by the soviets was the 11th Nov-1950,by Clyde J. Whaley(16th FIS, 51 FIW):one MiG-15 flew by the pilot Nasonov(KIA)also of the 72th GIAP.The F-80c had also the triste honour to be the first Jet shot-down by one piston fighter; the 19th Jul 1950 one Yak-9D of the KPAFAC(North Korea Air Force)shot-down with his 20mm cannon the F-80C flew by Howard E. Odell(MIA)of the 36 FBS.
The Korean war very costly for the F-80C, 277 F-80C were destroyed, 44 by MiGs(and not 17 as say by the propaganda of the time).Finally, 49-805"Seductive Shirley" was shot down by AAA near Sohung, N. Korea Oct 30, 1951.A ideal plane for flight with the Flight1"Sabre Vs MiG"(Missions and

Flight Simulator First Officer is a generic virtual copilot that can be used with any aircraft. The primary
function of FSFO is to assist the Pilot In Command (PIC) to fly the aircraft safely while adhering to
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This is accomplished via virtual checklist and sharing of cockpit
duties/responsibilities. Specifically, the First Officer reads the following configurable checklist:
- Pre-Flight
- Before Start
- After Start
- Before Takeoff
- In-Range
- After Landing
- Shutdown
After reading the checklist item, the Copilot will wait to ensure you (i.e. the pilot) have configured the
aircraft correctly before proceeding to the next item. Also, the Virtual copilot is capable of performing
the following actions:
1. Call Vspeeds based on your input
2. Raise/Lower the Landing Gear on Takeoff/Landing
3. Retract the Flaps
4. Extend the Flaps
5. Manage the taxi/landing/strobe lights
6. Tune the ILS frequencies
7. Call Climb Power based on your input
8. Reset Vertical Speed when the Aircraft is within 1000 ft of the programmed altitude
9. IAS warning (e.g. Aircraft is above 250 IAS while below 10000 ft)
10. GS Warnings (e.g. Aircraft is above 25 knots while taxing)
11. Resets the altimeter to standards when passing TA
12. Engage Heading Hold on Takeoff
13. Engage Altitude Hold on Takeoff
14. Reset Speed on Takeoff
15. Engage Speed Hold on Takeoff
16. Engages Rev Thrust on Landing
17. Ground Proximity Warning System (GPWS)
18. Over Speed Warning

The Ilyushin Il-18 is a four turboprop engined passenger aircraft for medium-long range. The first Kuznetsov NK4 powered flight was on 4 Jul 1957 from Moscow-Khodynka airport, the first Ivchenko AI-20 powered flight on 17 Sep 1958. This plane was produced in series for 12 years and achieved great popularity due to the favourable load factor. The main operator was Aeroflot, but the IL-18 proved a popular plane with airlines behind the former "Iron Curtain". In view of possible peace negotiations during the war in Vietnam, the North Vietnamese leadership was in need of a long-haul VIP transport aircraft. The Soviet Union delivered an IL-18D Salon in 1968 registered 195 to the Democratic Republic of Vietnam as an "80th Birthday present" for President Ho Chi Minh. A bit early perhaps since he was born on 19 May 1890; he died at the age of 79. For a while the aircraft displayed on both sides of the nose the call sign BH-195; BH stood for Bac Ho (= Uncle Ho) and 195 stood for his Birthday. The VIP IL-18D was re-registered VN-B195 in 1973. In August 1976 she was transferred to Hang Khong Viet Nam though still wearing the original pre-1973 "Aeroflot style" cheatline. The last landing of this IL-18D Salon was on 15 Dec 1989 at Hanoi after which she was written from use. The registration was cancelled on 31 Dec 1989. The aircraft has been scrapped since. I have been asked many times could i do an update for SLC, knowing there were going to be major changes there I held off until now when someone sent me a plan for the new terminal layout and its taxiways, so here is my interpretation of what it may look like in 2020.
This is a version of Salt Lake City Intl Airport with two optional files and made only for FSX, do not use in P3D: There is one version with the Crosswind runway 14/32 operating where all 4 runways will be used for takeoff/landing and one version as the default airport runway operation, The new south terminal A and north concourse B have been designed similar to the plan i have, i also had to take a guess at which airlines will park where so may not be accurate on opening day, as a Delta hub they are only assigned to terminal A, most other airlines are assigned to the north concourse B, transient parking is retained in the same place, the north cargo ramp and buildings updated, runway 17/35 is now parallel with 16L/34R which is also part of the upgrade plan, and the approaches for it aligned with the new position, all other approaches and frequencies updated to the latest charts where needed, extra fuel trucks, Helipads/start locations now in their correct positions, De-icing pads added, support vehicle roads rebuilt and many other scenery improvements and objects added, airport views are from the roof of the control tower (when in tower view) please view the readme before installation,

| FSX North Korea DMZ, UGF and Ballistic Missile Base Addon Scenery Package |

I titled this a "DMZ, UGF and Ballistic Missile Base" scenery package because that's how this whole project started, but then it SNOWBALLED onto 80+ scenery areas for ALL of North Korea!
This package includes scenery AFCADs for 2 DMZ "Border Wall Areas", 8 DMZ SAM/EW radar sites (TacPack users can "spawn" SA-2s there!), 5 "secret" ballistic missile bases, two "secret" UnderGround Facility (UGF) locations like "TOPGUN 2", 5 navy bases/dockyards along the east coast, 2 nuclear facilities, 2 machine factories, and an Oil Refinery.
BUT WAIT! For the city of Pyongyang I added the Pyongyang Thermal Power Plant, the Pyongyang-Dong Power Plant, 2 power grid "sub stations" with SA-6 SAM sites, the Pyongyang rail yard, and the "VIP Airport" on the SE side of the city.
THERES MORE! (somebody STOP me!) I also did 23 fighter bases along with 12 helicopter bases (grass strips), and ALL of the fighter & helicopter bases have active runways, taxiways, and plenty of "Mil_Combat" parking available for AI aircraft.
For those who like "Carrier Ops", I put 4 "Naval Waypoints" off the coast of N Korea...2 in the Yellow Sea and 2 in the Sea of Japan. ALL FOUR have static aircraft carriers at their locations, or you can spawn/start an AI Carrier there instead!
Installation is SUPER easy and I've included instructions to install this SUPER-SIZED package as a stand-alone "Scenery Area" in your FSX Scenery Library. That way you can just click it on or off as needed, instead of clogging up your "Addon Scenery/Scenery" file with 200+ AFCAD files!

A repaint for the Aerosoft PBY-5 Catalina in the colors of G-PBYA, originally ordered for the Royal Canadian Air Force as a Canso A amphibian, basically equivalent to the US Navy PBY-5A. It was built by Canadian Vickers at Cartierville, Quebec and was allocated their constructors number CV-283 before adopting the RCAF serial 11005. It was taken on charge by the air force on 27 October 1943 and initially saw service with 9 (Bomber Reconnaissance) Squadron at Bella Bella on the British Columbia coast between Vancouver and Prince Rupert. It was on their inventory from November to the following August. 9 Squadron had been based at Bella Bella for some time prior to the arrival of Cansos, having operated Supermarine Stranraers there. The Cansos were mainly operated from water despite their amphibious undercarriages and were used on day and night patrols, looking out for enemy submarines. By mid-1944, the threat of a Japanese invasion of Western Canada had receded and it was decided to disband 9 Squadron and close the station at Bella Bella. The Cansos, including 11005, were flown to Alliford Bay in the Queen Charlotte Islands, also in British Columbia, and transferred to 7 (BR) Squadron in August. The job was the same – anti-submarine patrols mostly – and 11005 remained with 7 Sqn until it too was disbanded on 25 July 1945. After a post-war career as transport and waterbomber, it was acquired by Plane Sailing in 2004, restored and repainted as a OA-10A of the USAAF. It is based in Duxford. Chance-Vought F-8 Crusader (Part 4). I present a comprehensive AI traffic model package for this classic aircraft of modern military history.
This is an original 8-LOD model, with many animations and features thanks to a growing confidence in XML-coding and making FSDS work for me instead of the other way around.
Nicknamed "The Last Gunfighter", this aircraft was the last production aircraft for the US Navy and Marine Corps which used guns as primary armament, and was in service at the twilight of this age, as well as the dawn of the missile age. Like all combat-experience aircraft, it had a relatively short life during its operational use (only about twenty years or so as a fighter), but was used a little longer as a recce aircraft; and beyond that in export service to France and the Philippines. The Crusader was used extensively in combat operations in Vietnam, played a crucial role in the Cuban Missile Crisis, and gave the newer F-4 Phantoms a fair run for their money in terms of air combat capability during this time. It is interesting to note that the 'elderly' F-8 Crusader had a better kill overall ratio in air combat in Vietnam than its F-4 successor.
This is the fourth and final part of this model series, covering the export French F-8E(FN) and Philippine F-8P base models; with a total of 20 model options and 77 paints. Additionally, with this release I am including a universal PSD paint kit which will serve all variants. Base model and paint by Michael Pearson, flight dynamics by Michael McIntyre.

A working installation of the G and H Super Constellation packs (L1049H.ZIP, L1049GZIP and r7v-1.ZIP)is required, use the 1049vc_rf model for this textures!
This aircraft was built 1953 as a R7V-1 BuNo 131643 for US Navy (c/n 4144) and 1960 redesignated as C-121J. Serving whis the Point Mugu Missile Range it was known as the "Ole Blue from Point Mugu". 1974 withdrawn from use and stored at Davis Monthan, she was sold in May 1981 to William "Winky" Crawfords Northern Peninsula Fisheries Corp. and reg. N4247K for hauling salmon in Alaska. After modification work to civil freighter in 1987 the Connie went to World Fish & Agriculture Inc. Cold Bay Alaska, another Crawford Company. Now it was the plan to hauling thunafish from Palau Island to Nagoya in Japan. It was intend to carry 38 000 lbs of fish per trip but only 33 000 lbs were practial. But the contract could not be fullfiled because no high grade AVGAS was available at Nagoya. The aircraft has to carry return fuel in drums, which reduced the payload further to only 15 000 lbs.
Only a few roundtrips were flown in 1988 and then the Connie was impounted and stored at Manila apt. due to lawsuit actions with the contractors. She remains abandonded in open storage at Manila until 2014 as the Quantas Museum from Australia bought her in auction for spares.

EPGO Goraszka 2010 - The Airshow Challenge is a freeware, extremely detailed scenery of a general aviation airport located 12nm (20km) south-east of Warsaw downtown and Warsaw Frederic Chopin International Airport, Poland. EPGO Goraszka airfield was built in 1994 and currently belongs to General Aviation company, which offers aero-taxi flights, air transport and special flights (air photo, patrol) and airport services. The airport has a 800m-long runway and a lightened helipad, which can be used by helicopters up to 5700kg weight. General Aviation's fleet includes Antonov AN-2, PZL-104 Wilga 80, Bell 407 and 427. Since 1996 the International Air Picnic Goraszka is organized every year by "Polish Eagles" Foundation created on initiative of Zbigniew Niemczycki.
The scenery is equipped with an automatic installer. Currently we support a safe, manual way of adding new sceneries to Scenery Library in Flight Simulator. This is just one thing users need to do for themselves. Detailed instructions will be given during the installation process.
