New 300-m (LOD7) Terrain Mesh of British Columbia and Southeast Alaska #2

File Description:
Mid-resolution (300-m) terrain mesh for the entire province of British Columbia (950,000 square km) and the Alaska panhandle southeast of N60 W139. Made from 250m-resolution source data without oversampling. Easy on frame rates and hard drive space. It transforms the rounded mountains of the default terrain mesh into a much more realistic representation of the diverse topography of this beautiful corner of the world. Experience the spectacular scenery between Vancouver and Atlin, Juneau and Fort St. John, and Mount Robson to Clayoquot Sound. Fourteen independent mesh tiles allow you to select the region(s) you like best. Several high-resolution add-on meshes will be uploaded separately. By Holger Sandmann. FSX_MeSA_G08

File Description:
FSX Mesh South America Project: This terrain mesh file is a part of a whole project covering all the Continent of South America and some islands, divided in tiles identified in a map by its column (letters) and rows (numbers). Those files were multi-LOD compiled from 90m SRTM2 source data, reprocessed with 3DEM to remove voids and spikes, providing a 76.4m (LOD9) horizontal resolution topography intended for use only in FSX updated with SP1. Although not well documented, to improve performance, the updated FSX loads DEM files in threads and only the closer terrain (about 5-10 NM from the point of view) is rendered in high detail, while at far distances FSX shows up its default low resolution mesh, when there is not a third part terrain mesh compiled in all others intermediate level of details (multi-LOD). Red Lake Cabin

File Description:
This is a simple fictional alaskan scenery located on the northern shore of Red Lake about 20 nm southwest of Rainy Pass (6AK). It contains a few small buildings, NDB, a waterstrip and a 600 m gravelstrip on the beach. It's not too spectacular, but a very nice starting point for bushflying. As well as it's just a few meters away from the Iditarod-Checkpoint at Finger Lake. Works with both Eddie Denney's Alaska-Mesh and FS2002 Default-Mesh.

Cushman Air Park (WACP)

File Description:
This is a new “fictitious" Air Park in the State of Washington designed specifically for FSX. It serves as the Fire Base Air operations in the Pacific North West. Designed for use with Ultimate Terrain X (UTX-USA), Mesh Resolution set to 10m, and Mesh Complexity set to 80. Some older (FS9) object libraries have been used but are not required(see the readme). Includes AI and a special Fire Spotter repaint of the default Cessna 208B.
