On August 5, 2006 I traveled back home from
Guadalajara, Mexico to Las Vegas, Nevada.
When I was in the airplane (MD87) I thought
about all of you people and decided to make
a soundpack for any MD8X aircraft. So here
it is. This is my first soundpack. I recorded
every interior sound and edited some exterior
ones to make it sound realistic since I
couldn't record the exterior. There are
updates to come so if you find any problems
or sounds that need updating e-mail me at

File Description:
These flightplans are 100% accurate according to Air Namibia's summer timetable. I've just added some connecting flights from Eros Airport to Hosea Kutako Airport for one of the Beachcrafts, but it is so in the real life.
Please note, that the schedule to London Gatwick (EGKK) will be effective from July 2, 2005 when Air Namibia receives the second MD-11.

| McDonnell DouglasMD-83 (Default - Flyable) Update |

File Description:
This update was designed for FS users who downloaded the "Flyable default MD-83", available at Simviation and AVSim (filename: md83_flyable.zip).
A small bug was noticed when the user loads the MD-83 in FS2004 and no checklists are available on the Electronic Kneeboard when striking the F10 key. It happened because the checklists provided in that ZIP file were in HTML extension, and the FS2004 Electronic Kneeboard can only handle files with HTM extension.
So, now these are updated checklists, with some more information added in the "Reference Data" page, and both files are now in HTM extension.
The FS2002 MD-83 checklists don't need update and are working fine.
This is an update only. You need the "md83_flyable.zip" file to use this update.

File 2nd of 11 of a Terrain Mesh that covers the entirety of Mexican Territory and related bordering U.S., Guatemala and Belice areas, part of the "Proyecto M�©xico Real" project, compiled at LOD10 (1.24 arcseconds in latitude and 1.65 arcseconds in longitude) resolution from INEGI data. Intended to enhance the virtual flying experience complementing the LOD8 and LOD9 versions compiled from the same data. Compatible backwards with Flight Simulator 2000, Flight Simulator 2002 and Combat Flight Simulator 2. Refer to the file contents about the cover area to this compressed file.
