Taxi Navigation (+Destination Weather Reporter) for FSX/FS9 V1.0 Download

Images related to this file:

File Description:
Do you prepare airport charts of every airport you visit, or just follow the progressive taxi to do taxiing? This utility will make taxiing easy and realistic by providing simple taxi navigation information in text. While taxiing, press "Ctrl + Shift + X", then taxi navigation information will be displayed. It includes current taxiway name, intersecting taxiways' name and distance (e.g. "On R7 : R2 (250m), R1 (643m), A (748m), A7 (748m)"). And one more thing, it also provides destination weather report. It can be very helpful to set up exact T/D(Top of Descent), by assuming expected runway with wind information. Enter destination airport before flight, and press "Ctrl + Shift + W" while flying, then destination weather information will be displayed. It looks like METAR and includes wind direction and speed, visibility, temperature, dew point and pressure (e.g. "RKPK 29403KT 47SM 32/23 1010mb").

Stampe-Vertongen SV-4C (F-GKEB) Download

Images related to this file:

File Description:
This is a repaint for the Stampe SV4C with Renault 4P engine, Version 2.0 released by Lamahelo & Beber for XPFR.aeronautics and available on the XPFR website. Look for STAMPE-SV4C_v.09-270_(33).zip

Livery-Artwork by Leen 'Flybike' de Jager, filename Stampe-F-GKEB.zip. Sometimes a model is so appealing I really wonder why don't we all fly this bird? I installed the little bird in X-Plane 10 and I am thrilled. Really a small jewel, looking so pretty and flying so pleasantly. As usual I could not resist making an extra attractive skin. I implemented normal files in the model, added several details as usual , etc. A big "Merci beaucoup" for my friends from XPFR. This really is a "MUST HAVE". For a big screen of this bird visit my website. Enjoy. Leen de Jager www.flybike-paints.nl

Mitsubishi MU-2 (N316PR) Download

Images related to this file:

File Description:
This is a repaint, made for the X-Scenery Mitsubishi MU-2 (payware aircraft add-on). It depicts the N316PR wich crashed tragically on the 25th of June 2006. I added normal-files (with specular-layers) wich contain custom-made effects (specular regulated gloss). These custom normals are part of the livery allthough they can be used for other liveries as well.

Please read the enclosed N316PR_Readme PDF carefully. Use a text editor e.g. Wordpad for editing the OBJ files. Make sure to install the new normal files from MU-2_normals.zip if you already downloaded this livery (they replace the normals in MU-2_N316PR.zip) and all windows will have gloss again. ( sorry for the inconvenience) The version V2 includes this new normals. Questions, or need help, please mail me. Enjoy, Leen de Jager www.flybike-paints.nl

Beechcraft Duchess (G-GDMW) Download

Images related to this file:

File Description:
G-GDMW livery by Leen "Flybike" de Jager, for the Leading Edge Simulations "Beechcraft Duchess". Its always very rewarding adding something to an existing model using new possibilities given by newer versions of X-Plane. Low res version for XP9 included also. This time I used the higher texture-resolution and added some more bumpmapping for in- and exterior. To achieve this all I had to edit some OBJ files (with kind permission from L.E.S.) to activate things like gloss and the bumpmap-effect.

Adding this skinset to the Duchess all liveries will benefit some of the enhances from this skinset too ( e.g. normalmapping for main wing and yokes and an overall a bit more attractive look). Unzip G-GDMW to a temp. folder and have a good look at the readme. Enjoy Leen de Jager http://www.flybike-paints.nl

CYYJ (2017) for FS9, FSX and P3D Download

Images related to this file:

File Description:
CYYJ (2017), Version 7, is a major upgrade to CYYJ (2014). It portrays the Victoria (British Columbia, Canada) International Airport (CYYJ), aviation museum, Pat Bay floatplane base (CAP5) and Coast Guard station, and nearby industrial park as they appeared in early 2017 - as well as a host of static aircraft. It is fully compatible with Victoria+ (both FS2004 And FSX versions), Ultimate Terrain Canada/Alaska for FS2004 and Ultimate Terrain X - Canada for FSX, ORBX's FTX NA Blue and other FS9 road and shoreline upgrades for the area. CYYJ (2017) includes aircraft and traffic files for a realistic AI scenario other than scheduled airline operations. (Use BC Regional AI - also available from this file library - for scheduled traffic). Version 7 adds all the recent major new construction and apron expansion at CYYJ, and includes a greater level of detail in many areas.

Wx2pfpx v2.6.4 Download

Images related to this file:

File Description:
A simple weather data provider for the discontinued Professional Flight Plan X software. The script fetches raw weather data, METAR and TAF data from the NOAA, US national weather service, which is then compiled to a single file that can be imported in PFPX. More than 15000 reference stations (airports) from PFPX are used and wind/temperature data is provided for each of them. When available, METAR and TAF data is also provided for more than 5000 airports. The original data source is updated 4 times a day, and can provide forecasts for every 3 following hours up to 16 days. *** A new script can trigger antivirus analysis as it's unknown, you can ignore it.*** V2: Great precision improvement, possibility of importing the whole NOAA dataset grid, a bit of documentation. V2.6: Repaired due to API change.

You can get it here for a great price!! www.donationware.net Thank you FDG for providing this great plane!! Special thanks go to Jarink, who is a repainter in IL-2/PF. Jarink was kind enough to send me his layered photoshop files of the Noseart that I used for these repaints. I also used his repaints as a guide for my repaints. This texture represents "Rhapsody in Red" one of the B-17G Flying Fortresses of the 91st Bomb Group, 8th Air Force. The 91th BG, one of the more famous groups in the Eighth Air Force. "The Ragged Irregulars" were based at Bassingbourn, England. "Rhapsody in Red" Crew Members:1st Lt. Frank L. Adams, Pilot (0763887); 1st Lt. Monte B. Adams, Co-Pilot (0556018); 1st Lt. Harold W. AIR FRANCE Airbus A380v2, , Download

File Description:
Demoversion with banners, new VOR gauge, with new PANEL and GAUGES, new external model, sound and virtuall cockpit. The Airbus A380 is a doubledecker, four-engined airliner manufactured by Airbus S.A.S. It first flew on April 27, 2005 from Toulouse, France. Commercial flights should begin in 2006 after 15 months of testing. During much of ist development, the aircraft was known as the Airbus A3XX. The A380 is now the largest passenger airliner, topping the Boeing 747, which was the largest for 35 years. However, the Antonov An-225 retains the record of being the world's largest commercial aircraft. The media has termed the A380 a "superjumbo", with some comparing it to Howard Hughes's Spruce Goose. The first A380 prototype was unveiled during a ceremony in Toulouse, France, on January 18, 2005. Its manufacturer's serial number is 001, and is registered as F-WWOW. The new Airbus will initially be sold in two versions: the A380-800, carrying 555 passengers in a three-class configuration or up to 800 passengers in a single-class economy configuration. Expected range for the -800 model is 8,000 nautical miles (14,800 km). The second model, the A380-800F dedicated freighter, will carry 150 tons of cargo 5,600 miles (10,400 km). Airbus made the cockpit layout, procedures and handling characteristics similar to those of other Airbus aircraft to reduce crew training costs. Likewise, the A380 features a glass cockpit and side-stick flight controller. Panel, GAUGES, model, sound and textures by www.afs-design.de - Author: A.Meyer.
