Cessnaa Citation II Fix

File Description:
A set of data files necessary to operate the Dragonflight Collins radios was omitted from the original upload. Without these files you will experience an FS shutdown. If per chance I've caused another train wreck, I've also included a panel.cfg that does not reference the Dragonflight radios, but uses the default KingAir Collins radios instead. Baron Stereo Sound Fix

File Description:
New in Version 2 : I have been given permission to use Daniel Sallee's internal Baron sounds which were recorded from a real Baron. As usual the stereo sound field has been greatly improved. You also now have two choices for the startup and shutdown sounds: A Detailed Arrangement with various ambient cockpit effects or a Pure one that works more like the default sounds. New external droning and the default non-combustion sounds are now utilized, in additon to minor adjustments to the CFG file.
